One of an excellent stay i had ever. Food very good. Rooms are well maintained and staffs are very polite. Definitely recommended place.

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel (since kuttikanam and wagmon hotels were sold out) and this was nearest hotel to these tourist destinations.

Hotel neatness: Per high standards of Kerala, this is neat and clean. Rooms are big and comfortable. Has ample parking space, 4.5 star for that.

Service: Service is an poor and casual. The hotel seems to be run like charity home. There is bar in the hotel and if that is closed you are cut loose.

The hotel owner gives a day off for staff (wow dream company) so 1st oct was off and 2nd too was dry day which is fine. But who will inform the customer. The staff simply disappeared and we were conveyed to order from nearby hotel (which are all dirty). We had to fight to get dinner arranged in restaurant.

I will give 3 rating for service. They are casual.

Restaurant: Food is decent and kitchen seems to be neat (rarity in this area). We had veg which was good. Breakfast won't be available before 9 am, you have to pre-order. I would give 3 rating for service.

Please don't reply saying we called you to ask for dinner, you should know there is no network in jungle area. Also, sensing the holiday - i asked your staff in the morning if restaurant will be functioning, they said yes. But it turned otherwise.

Very Good hotel, Clean rooms, Well maintained. Staff is highly trained. Food is also very good.overall good experience.

The hotel building and facilities are old, but well maintained and not unpleasant. Above all, I was impressed by the employees, who were very friendly and pleasant to serve. Breakfast is good and the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. It was a memorable hotel and I would like to go back one day.

This time the rooms were clean.food as usual was a total letdown.
Coconut Chutney was literally hot. I mean it was probably heated for some reason. I wonder why.

We spent two nights and one day in this hotel. It was really enjoyable staying here. Their hospitality and team are excellent.

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located. Good food. Very friendly & helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr Jennisith Charlie who helped with everything including getting a cab to the airport. Has a BAR attached which is an added bonus.

Had a very pleasant stay in zodiac heritage. A great hotel to stay with your family. The ambience is good. The hotel staff are excellent.very co-operative and professional in their work. They don't have even colas, they dont serve egg items in Ac bar, So many like this.
Then also in price part they are excellent, Robbing your pockets

A very good hotel in Mundakayam town. The rooms are well maintained and hygienic. The bathrooms are also clean. Tasty food with timely room service. The staff are polite. A bar also functions inside the hotel. A parking area is also present. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

The Bar is too dark inside. Too risky for those who are elderly and having eye problems.
Had to repeatedly request for better lighting.

Very good for stay. Ideal for family to stay. Took this hotel for a night stay before going ahead to Sabarimala. Rooms were kept neat n clean. Had all the basic amenities a 3 star hotel provides. Has a restaurant onsite but it was closed by the time we reached. In fact they closed pretty early, 9.00 shouldn't be the time to close isn't it? One issue we faced though is we booked 4 rooms n wanted to cancel 1 room but they did not do it. We tried to cancel the room by calling the hotel directly 2 day prior but they did not help.

We visited this hotel on a Saturday for one day hangout to paranthumpara and paanchalimedu. The hotel rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Paanchaalimedu was a half an hour drive and we could nt go to parunthumpara as weather was not welcoming. However we went back to enjoy the facilities of hotel. Unfortunately hot water was not working and even after complaining it never worked. But we were ok and was able to enjoy the holiday with what we had.

There was a bar down on the ground floor so those who wanna enjoy some drinks will love it. There was some disturbance in the night as some people where trying to get liquor in the midnight and ended up in fight. It bothered us for few minutes but security handled it pretty well.

I am reducing one star as we would have appreciated having a hot shower. But I highly recommend this property for families and bachelor's will definitely enjoy this.

Stayed there for two days. Excellent service, rather quick service. Rooms are worth the money and ample parking. Iooking forward to visit again

Lot of uncertainties here, even clashes are occurred between over drunken persons most time, not a peaceful place to visit

We discovered this place while looking for a nice and clean family restaurant on our way to Thekkady.

The property is very nicely decorated and clean. Since we reached here in between lunch and dinner timings they had limited menu but were flexible to accommodate us. The food was really good too.

Both Saddam and the in charge of the restaurant were very courteous and helpful.

AC bar is very very good. It's very neat and clean. Staffs are also friendly. Food items are also very good and tasty.

Visited the multi-cuisine restaurant. Very neat and clean atmosphere and the food is yummy. Courteous staff and clean surroundings.

It's a very good stay at this place, from bangalore to sabari Mala we planned by car,
We stay here which is close to pampa around 40km. No other good place for Better price at that time. Much happy for the amt we paid, highly recommend for Sabarimala devotee's.

The zodiac heritage hotel is nice nature friendly the hostel senter place in mundakayam there is bar to AC and non AC rooms available 24 hr service

Poor management system. Bad service. Low quality beers, No taste no gas. Beer tastes like boiled water like sour water.

Good resturant well trained staff good rooms good bar 4 star so it's kind of a nice or the only nice hotel in mundakayam town rooms are really well maintained and good staff
