Hair styling review- I had my hair cut just before onam’23 by Ashiq from Zookie and I instantly realised he is a great hair stylist. Then two days back I went to Zookie specifically asked for Ashiq to get my hair colored. The result is really impressive. I would really recommend him to everyone. And actually I had got my hair colouring from Zookie at the beginning of 2022 too, where I had gotten my hair colored green and blue by a lovely lady staff and surprisingly the color stayed on my hair for 8 months atleast. So I have only had good experiences with Zookie so far.

I had a hair spa and trust me, the hairfall after that is terrible. Last time i did in another parlour and the result was outstanding.

If you are going here it is better to take a “do or die” chance. Because they have only untrained hairdressers. If you are lucky, they will do well. Last 2 times I got this experience from there. Will not go there again.

Got one of the best haircuts i could ask for. Aashik who gave me the cut really knows his way around the newer trendy hairstyles.

Compared to everywhere, i felt here's price was reasonable. Done keratine from here, it cost around Rs 5,000. That was ok, i think, compared to other places.

Very unprofessional. This is the first time I went here as my usual place was a bit far from home. I had a function tomorrow and had to do a haircut and coloring urgently as I had come back to town. Hair cut was okay, but coloring was trash. The guy who did it applied it on the skin also close to the hair which looks bad. Tried washing it, but is not going. I did not realize this until I came home and looked in the mirror.

Had a very unprofessional and disappointing experience this time at Zookie. All the previous times I had been there, it was a satisfying experience and so I made sure I went there this time too for haircut and keratin. The haircut was a wierd cut, was never close to what I asked for and the keratin looked fab for the initial first week, after which my hair started coming back to the original texture and waves, which as a regular keratin treatment undergoer, I felt inappropriate. And the usual professional touch that Zookie had in previous years was absolutely gone!

I did a bikini wax from this salon first thing they didn’t use a glove and they was using a butter knife to apply for every dip they was using the same butter knife. And for the power they was using the power sponge directly. After the wax i was having a pain so i checked. My sink was peel off from my bikini area outer lips. I will never recommend this place to anyone it was so unhygienic and unprofessional.

Used to be a regular customer here, not anymore. Last time I had a terrible experience here with the "Stylist". It felt not worth the money and the staff here is very careless about handling clients and felt like they lacked proper training. Never coming here for a haircut again.

Ajmal is amazing, so meticulous in his approach, gentle and so much precision with attention to details. Wonderful experience, coming back for Ajmal again!

I went for pro keratin and keratin treatment as my hair was very frizzy and dry they said it lasts for 45-46 washes but then after few washes my hair got back to frizzy and more hairfall. My mom faced the same issue and her haircut was made short which she's very much disappointed.worst experience.not satisfied.never gonna visit here again.

I have been coming to Zookie for almost three years now, and there's no other place I would rather go than this, because of their really good service at an affordable rate. If I am to choose one of the best things that happened to me in Kochi, it would definitely be Prity didi from Zookie. Like they say, whichever city you are in, finding the best group of friends, finding the right salon experts and dental specialists become utmost important, as they become your go-to people, for the trust they build with you and vice versa. Zookie is one place I am glad I found. In addition to Prity didi, there is Abhishek, Anjana didi, Mamta didi, with whom I have had the services from. They are all quite good in their own way, always striving to be the best and learning a new thing each day and helping each other, totally content with the work space, which shows how good a manager they have.

I am very happy to say that zookie is the best salon in ernakulam. Especially staffs are very friendly and thank you all️

The hair dresser was really good and provided lots of insights on how to protect and maintain my hair. They used sterilized scissors (can't remember if the comb was!). Other staffs were friendly and good at their work too

I had an amazing experience in Zookie. It is one of my favourite places to do any hair treatment when I'm in Kochi. And If you go there.ask for Bishal in particular, he is the best!

The salon itself is quite well maintained. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The services are a tad expensive though.

Went here for the first time. It was a very bad experience for the first time. Staff who can't even understand instructions and even more so the reception manager who can't explain things. They do as they feel. Staff with no experience. Overall a very bad experience.

Got our daughters first haircut. Well managed by the staff. And things went smoothly. Highly recommend this salon for kids haircut.

I have used Zookie's home service. Had done a saree draping, makeup and hairstyle.i was very happy with the result.

Did full arm waxing, careless and very heated wax were being used. I'd recommend using a gear controlling wax machine.

I got my hair colored to turquoise blue after getting a haircut. Excellent customer service and the color came out really well and complimented the hair cut. Highly recommend.

Have been visiting the Kaloor saloon rather frequently. The team and faces have changed post Covid. But as always the service is excellent. The stylists are good and they are able to pick up the client's preferences and deliver the makeover desired. Would continue to patronise this place as the rates offered are reasonable by normal standards.would like to make a special mention of Preethi who is extremely courteous and outgoing.

They provide such professional services that I always prefer to go there. Especially Preeti is really good at doing eyebrows and whatever she is assigned to.

Finally stepped into a parlour after what seems like ages. Since the covid lash out I mean.
Basically i was a complete mess and Zookie folks did their best to make me comfortable. And I got the haircut I was hoping for - me happy!

Well i was so amazed with the service provided by the people the hair stylist styled my hair was the owner of the salon sorry I forgot your name but he is so ground to earth wow️ the girl did my brows is also amazing (preeti thank you) will I visit again definitely now I got my place in cochin and it's pocket friendly as well defiantly recommend to everyone just give it a try you won't regret.

Zookie is the best in its business. Good location. Great work by professional stylists. And of course the ambience there is neat and stylish.

I have been a customer at Zookie since the last 12 years right from the 1st one that they started at Palarivattom till the latest one near the Kaloor stadium. They have a great bunch of stylists & hair experts headed by the much experienced Prajeesh. In short I would definitely recommend them as I am really pleased with my experience.
