The service was very very good and the taste of food was very awesome and the enviornment is truly amazing

Food is nice and atmosphere is good. But service is bad and one Important thing they charge 5% extra on total bill for their staff and made it mandatory which is very unfair.

The best place
This place can make you to hangover types with its atmosphere and the songs. I am from nagpur and whenever I am in indore I always visit here.

The environment was awesome, service was superfast and clean. The food was super tasty. I will be visiting you again and again!

Beautiful ambience, comfortable seats and soothing emvironment.
But the service is really bad. We ordered pasta, which they serve in 25 minutes. Same for other orders too.
Also, the staff is not very cooperative. We used to shout to call waiter.
Even the taste of dishes was not good as per the price.

It's good experience, but should restrict the smoke at open place where dining is going

Discount scheme is fraud.
On 13.07.23 they had their 10th anniversary and a scheme of 50% was going on but they had not advised us about that and unaware of that discount we had paid the full bill. But on the next day when we got to know about that scheme we had called the cafe and the management there told that scheme would not applicable now. So we had told them that we were unaware about that scheme and could you please refund 50% of amount.that had denied the offer and said it was your mistake not ours.

they were offering 50% discount on the occasion of their 10 th anniversary, thats why i went there but at the time of billing they refused to avail me the discount.

They posted 50% discount on their insta page and at the time of billing refused to give any discount. They straight away said no such discount was available. Even though I showed them the post from there official page. They told me it's not applicable and gave lame excuses.

Oh brother, it is a great pleasure to go here, friend, you people also go here, very good food is available here, it was fun to see the place, I am very happy as well as my family

Mind blowing chilly paneer, everything else was also good. One extra star for giving paper straws and not plastic. Really appreciate the environmentally conscious effort.

If yiu are looking for budget roof top cafe with delicious taste you reading about right place. This cafe has 360 view of इंदौर situated on the 10 floor of Arienheights. Dishes are nice shakes are toothsome. Caffeine drinks can be improved.

We had lovely time at cafe Terazza. Got good service and tasty food. Ambience was nice too. Most of my friends will come again soon. Cafe Terazza is surely rendezvous for friends.

Remember I told you that I love food and food doesn't love me back? Well, The problem's Solved. At Cafe Terazza, Food also loves you back.

But you will not only fall in love with the Food. And trust me when I say this.

Cafe Terazza is one of the coolest place to hangout for people young at heart which also happens to be Central India's biggest Cafe Serving Italian, Mexican, Chinese, & Continental. It not just about the coffee lovers, they offer the best and hygienically served food to serve your hunger to have it on a comfortable aura. The ambience romantically adds up to the beauty of this Roof top Cafeteria.
Its literally a place where you can sit back and relax. We ordered Grilled Veg Cutlet Sandwich (Rs. 150), Aalo Tikki Burger (Rs. 75), French Fries (Rs. 100), Falafel (Rs. 200) and Humus (Rs. 250) to eat and Beach Blanker (Rs. 125) and Fruit Punch (Rs. 125) to drink.

The spicy is quite Indori which means if you’re a Indori or living in Indore for a while now, You’ll surely fall in love with the spicy flavors the restaurant has to offer.
Talking about its décor and ambience, This place is awesome at kills at both. The entry itself has a very decorative display of Vintage toys, And Once You Enter the Restaurant, The Ambience is a lot vibrant and the rooftop makes you fall in love with the amazing view of Indore City that you get to see.

Ambience is nice. Food is kinda ok ok. They put you 5% service charge and mentioned in menu is the way of looting customers. This is illegal. Average restaurant.

Taste is Average. Costly.
And more over. They make you pay "Service Charges" (which cannot be charged by restaurants if customer refuses to pay the service charge).

And their excuse is: Its written in the menu that service charge will be levied, so you have to pay.
Its Annoying.

Beautiful place at rooftop from where you can see the whole indore. The place gives you the sukoon and shanti you need so badly at evening.

The atmosphere is pretty good, mainly people prefer night time here as its a roof top cafe you can definitely experience peace from the height plus the view is special from top. I think it's good unless you are budget friendly, although the place is nice and comfy.

Location: Located in the same building as ShowOff pub, besides Tele-performance, Indore.
Parking wont be an issue here.

Cafe terazza is one of the most popular roof top cafes in Indore.

Ambiance is pretty descent with smooth lighting all over place.

Lift is available at the ground floor, and this cafe is on the 10th floor.

Cafe tereza does not have city view from all its tables there is a tower where you can climb up and get a pretty view of city during evenings or night!

Taste of food has somewhat degraded in recent times, i went here recently in Feb 2021, and i had following items:

Hazelnut Hot Coffee
Crispy Corn
Pasta: Barbarossa
Terazza special Cottage Cheese Rolls
Sizzling brownie with Ice Cream

(I will add the menu along with some other pictures.)

Each one the dish except for sizzling brownie had something that wasn’t obvious.

Management should look into their taste of food.
Salt proportion and presentation of dishes should be taken care of.

They do not have sanitizer on every table. You may bring your own bottle otherwise you have to get up and go to the dispenser machine till counter.

However i liked the service was fast. And staff was well trained.

I wish we could sip coffee sitting on the tower with city view, but it wasn’t possible.

Also, when I arrived, i was told some table are reserved, but almost an hour later when i leaved i did not found anybody there.

Lights are nice, you can get pretty cool pictures here!

Taste is not amazing like Shreemaya or Sayaji, but not bad either.

Other rooftops are Red Maple / Farzi Cafe but they are either way too expensive or located in the outskirts of city.

Therefore, if you wanna hangout with your partner / parents / friends and have a relaxed time, this is a worth it place to visit!

The vibes of this cafe is good af but the food is kinda k k, i mean the taste is not tht good as compare to the view and vibes but definitely worth visiting. I really want them to work on there food taste cause other than tht everything is good. If you want to enjoy and want some good vibes then u can visit this cafe food taste was

Nice place and amazing ambience.
I loved the music and the lightning. Nice place to hangout with friends.
Couples can also visit as it has slow and amazing music playing in the background.

We have pizza, hakka nudels and kitkat shake. It was amazing.
I ordered some strawberry smoothie bt they offered something else which was not nice at all. Rest all was good!

Amazingly lit place with plants set up around. The best time to visit is around sunset for some great city lights. Lighting is what makes the cafe a beautiful place to be. Rooftop makes it even more breezy. Just the right time and you'll love the ambience. Coming to the food, we ordered a kitkat shake, masala fries, masala chinese maggi & Paneer Chilli. Masala fries and Maggi were the ones to steal the show. Kitkat shake is something demands improvement. Service is good. Would call it a pocket friendly place as it offers a great ambience, a good service as well as good food for the cost lower as compared to other cafes having only good food. Loved the place. Taking away a star just because it also serves Non-Veg.

The restaurant can offer more cozy ambience, which I felt, was missing.

Does not have great dishes as well, service time is more than average and waiters are well mannered but they look sad.

Ambience looks really great at night with all the lightings! If you want to spend a beautiful evening under the sky, then this is the choice!

The food isn't that great and the service is pretty bad. The staff doesn't listen to your calls and the orders are very very late. The view from here is good although. But doesn't really have a great ambience. The prices are also quite high. There are much better cafes in Indore.

Very good place to go with friends and family, food is very good, ambience is excellent. Service is a bit slow but you don't mind it about as you enjoy seating over roof top.

Nice place to chill and hangout with your friends, i ordered cold latte and veg club sandwich with crispy corn taste was good and a place with light music playing in background makes it perfect specially a rooftop sitting makes it more attractive

They are always disrespectful and they always give excuses regarding there menu as well as gold membership. Worse experience

Conmortable and quaint place but staff members are not warm and friendly. Parking soace available but i would not recommend their dishes and coffees at this place. Staff is not supportive and they are not courteous wifh their job. Definitely if you go only fir the taste and the caffe beautu, you should go there but if your primary concern is the quality dine in and cafe services than you should avaoid this place. They have weird rules in the place, you can't rake selfies if you mistakenly took your selfie in caffe terezza and niti ed by their staff you are asked to elevate your billing to 3500 inr. I wouldn't go there in future.

A rooftop cafe with an amazing view especially in the night and outdoor n indoor seating options. Good ambience, good taste and good service. Space is comfortable and a great place to go with friends and family.
