Initially they quoted 60,000 for treatment then they gave bill of more than one lac plus medicine plus food

Then when we spoke to them them lowered amount by few thousands

Only money making hospital, very bad staff, non co operative. Totally waste of money, I would suggest that no one should admit his/her child/mother in this hospital, mosquitoes are all over the hospital rooms, nurses and cleaning staff doesn’t respond properly in time. Worst hospital

श्रीमती एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर का लहजा रूखा है और नैतिकता नहीं है, मेडिक्लेम और रिसेप्शन स्टाफ के मुंह हमेशा तम्बाकू से भरे रहते हैं और मेरी चिंता यह है कि वे मरीजों और अटेंडरों से बात करते समय हमेशा थूकते रहते हैं।
यदि इस प्रकार के कर्मचारी अस्पताल का हिस्सा हैं तो मुझे यह कहते हुए खेद है कि हमारे मरीज के लिए ऐसे गंदे और असंस्कृत अस्पताल में आने के बजाय किसी सरकारी अस्पताल में जाना बेहतर है।
उच्चाधिकारियों से विनम्र निवेदन है कि मामले की जांच की जाए। इस प्रकार के कर्मचारी इस अस्पताल से जुड़े डॉ. की प्रतिष्ठा को धूमिल कर रहे हैं।
यह एक स्टार रेटिंग इसलिए भी है क्योंकि समीक्षाओं में शून्य या माइनस रेटिंग की अनुमति नहीं है

Worst hospital. Not recommended to anyone. Inexperienced staff, induction, lift, wheelchair not in working condition. Only money minded.

Poor behaviour, money making attitude, poor hygiene conditions even the housekeeping/nurses don’t follow basic cleanliness behaviour. Highly a not recommend place specifically for paediatric related issues. A internal tussle visible between departments.

Very bed experience with reception staff, I will never suggest coral hospital to any one.

I am giving these review bcoz after baby birth, birth certificate ke liye reception staff ka misbehave har bar call pr bolte the aapka no dedo hum aapko update dege but koi responsible person at reception one female staff always said we will update u tomorrow but their is no update from last one month. Very iresponsible reception fmale staff. I will give u 10 days ager birth certificate is tym mai bhi process nhi hua jaisa aapke satff ne bola uske accordingso consumer court nd legal notice ke liye ap ready rehna. Nd don't try to underestimed bcoz mere father high court laywer so notice to aayega.

Worst experience, specially Mediclaim staff is the main reason for this low rating. Not cooperative and very arrogant he is. I am not suggesting this hospital only for mediclaim staff. Its my request to Hospital management that plz change the staff asap if you want to protect your reputation.

Nursing staff and other staff behaviour are good. Room service like cleaness and other are so good.

Delay in diagnosis
Due to sunday all staff members are endorsing there work from one nurse to other and even duty doctors are not in a mood to work as he states that “I won’t attend if there will be no staff with me”.

Error in surgery
After alot of argument with the reception, patient was taken to put drip. But, there nurse and duty doctor attempted 9-10 trials to put a single drip on a 7 year old child which resulted in a heated argument with the duty doctor and staff where staff forgot that they were standing in a hospital and surrounded by many small children. They raised there voice and asked us to stop talking.
On the very next moment we cancelled our admission with a huge disappointment and dissatisfaction with this hospital.

A doctor owes certain duties of care to his patients, they are as follows:

It is his duty to decide whether he wants to undertake the case or not,
It is his duty to decide what treatment to give and;
It is his duty to decide the administration of treatment.

Proof of negligence are attached.

We called the hospital to check the charges for delivery of baby and kind of services. The front desk or phone attendant are so rude that it seems all the staff are collector and CEO of the hospital. Thanks but no thanks. We could understand the services, just by this call.

My experience with coral hospital was very good too friendly staff all the housekeeping & nurses & doctors was too good

Bad: canteen to buy food from there ice & ball is good enough to serve you

Bad: you need to continue follow up with the nurses. Few of them are very rude & bad.

Non cooperative management. There were cockroaches in the semi private room. There were hidden charges so be careful. The medical shop charged 4 to 5 times more for the same product available in the market for very less prices. My wife and baby shifted to mother care unit after a day of ceaserian and medical staff told my wife to go in open canteen and eat your food there. Even when they know, that day, there was a heavy rain. How can they do with a ceaserian patient like this. I never suggest any one to go in this hospital.

Hopeless hospital and services. My son has been admitted for treatment of dengue, due to non availability of room we got semi private. In the night all staff loudly talk with each other, do cleaning work, screaming and all possible disturbance that could
nottolerable. They scared us that you need to be an ICU because your condition is severe but after sometime when we understand that we have been fooled they said that we don't have any vacant private room. You have to adjust. Hopeless, there must be some limit for lie.

Very rude handling of your new born in NICU. My 15 days old daughter was admitted for photo therapy. The nurse and duty doctors were very rude. They took off her cloths roughly, weighed her and then kept her in cradle. And the nurse didn’t even bothered to keep a shawl over baby. The nurses and duty doctors uses news papers to dry there hands after washing. This hospital didn’t even have tissues in NICU, can’t imagine about other sections. For me, I was helpless to get admitted in this hospital because my Pediatrician visits this hospital. But it is a big NO For this hospital from me. I will never ever recommend any one

This is a mid to high range hospital. Its a relatively new hospital. The location is perfect and the hospital is easily identifiable from all approach roads.
The hospital's focus is around mother and child health. So they dear with obstetrics and gynaecology (woman health including pregnancy) and pediatric medicine and pediatric surgery.

They have a dedicated parking lot with a guard to guide n help u. The staff at the reception counter is helpful n courteous. The waiting area for OPD patients is spacious, well maintained n has a LED TV to keep u bay as u wait for ur appointment. There are 4 floors. Neonatal ICU and pediatric ICU is on 2nd floor. Operation theater is on the 4th.
The wards are clean n well maintained. Their USP is well maintained n adequately staffed NICU n PICU.
Their OT complex is very aesthetic. They have 2 main OTs and 2 Labour rooms. There is a small glass cubicle where the operating doctor can interact with the relatives during or after the procedure, which was a new n nice concept. Right now, only 1 OT is functional n the other is in the process of construction.
The complex has a beautiful doctor's lounge, clean, aesthetic n pleasing.

All in all a good n comfortable option for deliveries n C-sections and also for treatment of children. All the consultant doctors r very experienced n senior nd the staff is well-trained n helpful. Price may be a little on higher side, but for all the facilities u get n the experienced hands treating u, its not much.
