Evok Furniture Store by Hindware - Indore

Most unprofessional business I have come across in my life. It has been two+ months with 75+ phone calls from my side to their customer care but no one cares. Neber buy anything from thos most ridiculous brand.

The store has a good variety of home furniture and gift items. The staff is very cooperative and polite. An overall good experience!

Wide range of Furniture including interior and home decor products are awesome. Price range is also good. Nice ambience and supportive sales employees. Thank you for your services.

They have an impressive range of classic looking, original teak wood furniture at reasonable prices. The staff is well informed and professional.

I purchased 2 sheesham wardrobes from them. It has been almost 1 year of purchase, till now the doors of the wardrobe don't get close. They send a fitter, who is incapable of solving the issue.
Never purchase from them, if you require service. Worst service ever.
I have 2 wardrobes now, whose doors never get closed. Owner keeps telling we will fix it, but lacks action in resolving the issue.

Never ever buying from Evok again. Brand will no values.

They usually ditch you in pricing. Today's price is all together different from last week. Even the discounted price is more than what's the actual price last week

Lots of nice furniture. Moderately priced. Easy to book and very punctual in delivery. Free installation. Showroom people were friendly and helping in nature.

Poor quality & poor services…brought this on 15th aug 2021…after few days joints opened …complaint for replacement on 24th Aug 2021…

Very nice furniture store.worth a visit. Not only furniture but home decor products also available.

I got cheated by the fact that the Brand is owned by Hindware. I purcased a sofa in October 2018 and was delivered to me in December 2018. Within one year the upholstery strated cracking and the store refused to entertain the complaint. Bad expirence my recomendation please be careful before purchasing anything here.

I am rating 2 stars for the staff. The staff is always into phone which which is why theydthey not take interest in showing and elaborating products to the customers. Their furniture and home decor is really great but again Staff is very poorly trained.

My best furniture shopping experience was from Indore Evok, where I found all kinds of furniture I needed, under one roof The atmosphere staff Behavior Grooming is worth seeing here I would like to thank Evok staff.
