We had bought office furniture around 10 years back. The quality and durability, then was good.
But we purchased last year and had a terribly bad experience.
>Furniture was not delivered on time
> Delivered furniture was very poor quality and absolutely no durability. The table broke down thrice during transportation
>Person dealing was insensitive and care a damn attitude towards customer satisfaction.
> Finally we accepted the defective furniture after they did some patchup work. No other option.
> Will never go to them ever.
Their quality and services have degraded over last 10 years.

Poorest of the service from this place.it's been 15 days I am chasing for my order and they are unable to deliver the complete order. The quality of furniture is also doubtfull as the screws from the chairs started falling the very next Day it was delivered. I am calling continuously for the fix but no one is answering.

Facing so many problems with this supplier as an architect, god know what happens to the common man ordering furniture from this place.totally disappointed.

Pathetic quality and no response towards complaints. My interior designer (coincidentally he was also Jain) orderd my office furniture from this company. They gave us one year warranty but just after two months furniture started breaking up and screws started loosening again and again. I have an advice make good use of your hard earned money and buy from reputed brands instead of these local brands.
