Worst experience for photography. I was there 4 years ago for the same purpose and was amazed by the results, but this time totally wasted my money.

My Nikon D3300 camera lense were infected by fungus. So I contact the shop for solution they said camera have to sent to Nikon service center for fungus removal so i left my camera for service they charged approx 2700 INR to me but after a week again fungus problem arised in lense. Complete wastage.

Very Nice, it was. The Reception Counter of the Studio has to make more for the crowded Customers.

One of the Best Studio I have visited. It was really a good experience with them, always so enthusiastic and determined with their work. So professional, upbeat, friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. Also, they provide good quality products too. Really happy with their exceptional customer service.

The pictures you clicked are a sight to behold and are simply out of fairytale …! You people always ensure that bride and groom have a perfect day with memories of lifetime! We are glad we choose you for our wedding! We are very happy with your work if anybody looking for photographer just go to karamchandstudio and you will not ever regret on your decision

Not recommendable at all…. If you want to create a memory with your album and video please don’t go to karamchand studio they don’t know how to take photo how to create the magic of someone wedding they just do the work for money they don’t know how to work for others memory…. Disgusting work… I personally not recommend them to others

Worst professional behaviour and service. We are not happy with the photo quality. When we raised the objection they said that it is not their mistake, they do not change anything in the photo to improve the quality and look. They only print photo. We will not suggest Karamchand Studio for photography. Please look other photographer in the market. Thanks

The Lady at the reception is rude. We had got photos clicked at their suggested rates which were quite exorbitant. Requested them to share the soft copy of photo. They at the time of advance payment of all 750 rupees agreed for 1 photo. They wanted 30RS charge for each photo which we suggested not to take as we have paid a large amount. Agreement atlast was to share 1 soft copy without additional charge

The Delivery day, they denied the commitment.poor Service/behavior and not committed to their word.

Contacted the store over phone to get a photo framed and delivered one week later….
Paid advance as well,

Called him on the day when it was to be delivered, and apparently he had forgotten the order!

I ordered a print for collage.and got it in stipulated time.happy for the service received.the owners are nice people.both uncle n aunty are good in nature. I even purchased my camera from here canon 700d at a real competitive price along with free gifts.all in all a good experience at this place.pretty happy actually

Good service but need some improvement -

• Inside the shop also have a photo Studio Where you can get your album printed.

Improvement (my opinion)
• Studio space is not too much.so you can improve your shop for looking more attractive.
• Your products is also expensive.so need improvement for this.

What i like -
• Staff behavior.
• Customer service.
• EMI & Online payment availability.

There staff's nature is very friendly, thats the main reason that i am always prefer this shop

Lethargy service.after giving the time customer waiting n waiting.better.go for other options it's very old color lab but now very undigestable service.

I bought canon 77d from there and I still have no problem with this set, I give 4 star rating to them for good communication.
