We are also celebrating today's big day but not accepting such a unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour from hospital where patient and their family members are already disturbed.

One of d best hospital in indore with all facilities I had visited for my father health check up and staff was very co-operative especially Mr. DURGESH SIR who was looking after all health checkups was very co operative.

1, Emergency Ring was not working
2. You should put a board about the parking area of the hospital, people dint know where is the parking and they park thr vehicles on road
3 canteen services are very poor, ordered coffee from room and after not getting coffee for an hour again called, surprised to get an answer that “kisko order kiya “ that means they are not writing orders, this practice is repeating thrice

Dr. Tanmay bharani is really the best doctor we have ever met.
He treated us like family and help throughout the pregnancy of my wife and because of him the thyroid was under control even after sometime we did not take the things seriously but he came and said you need to be sure that the thyroid is under control. And when the delivery happened normal and heard that news he was really really happy you never take credit never take appreciation.
That's the reason is the gem of the hospital.

Everything is fine in your hospital, you have to wait a lot for the doctors, wait for hours, then the doctors come and you are requested to fix your service.

Very bad experience with medical IN-charge his name is Mr. Ranjeet Singh, unprofessional talking behavior they treat like they are giving medicine in free of cost as doctor prescribed the dose for 5 days and they are not ready to cut the strips unnecessary we have to serve the cost of full strips that's not fair very bad policy management should work on this and management should tell to medical staff for polite behavior, as patients are already in stress during the deceases and they are just making money from us.worst experience i will never suggest this hospital.

Problems:
1. In Rooms 3 patients are kept but the division of curtains are for 2 patients only, on complaining they said we will change it, it will take some time but even after 1.5 month no changes have been made.
2. All stickers in the rooms are improper, no one can read and recognise the no.s, even the daily staff ask every patient for their bed no. Personally i myself changed the no.stickers on 5-6 beds with correct no (handwritten).
3. Some beds are not working properly (up-down) which is very important for patients, they need maintenance. After so much complaints they have exchanged our bed with adjacent bed, but after that they give admission to other patients in same bed, when patients come they refused to take that bed and then they have to change room. This happened 3-4 times for same bed.
4. In OPD waiting area on ground floor, some benches are broken and need to be repair for long time (1.5 months in my knowledge because i have been here for 1.5 months).
5. Everyday Staff come and ask for feedback / suggestion / complaints. But no one is intrested in solving them, no implementation on feedbacks/complaints.
Nursing staff is good, Housekeeping staff is also good, but the main problem is about maintenance department.
I hope they improve thier services. And i am still in the hospital so if i feel the changes i will definitely give more stars.
Otherwise hospital is treating patients well.
Doctors are experts here.

When u call on their no there IVR again returns to main menu inspite of opting the desired option, it's miserable on behalf of such a reputed name regarding seeking appointments.

Doctor don't explained why they are writing the test and what is the purpose of the test. They are keep writing tests and after test also they won't tell you what is the outcome of the test.they keep writing test which I think should not be happen.doctor have to explain why he is writing tests and should explain what is the result of the test so there should be clarity to the patient. If any thing they are not able to diagnose they have explain what is not clear and because of which I am writing more test to diagnose better.

Dr Ravi Nagar Urologist in Medanta Indore has advised his assistant to give only Wednesday and Friday to CGHS patients, and pasted a slip on file for marking CGHS patients separately to identify for that category, he had told that CGHS BENEFICIARY have bacame दामाद of medanta in 135 rs which is OPD price for them. He also told in 135 rs I can not give much time. He also referred my father having 77 years age to Medanta Gurgaon for further treatment under CGHS category in response to our query about his advise for URODYNAMIC investigation in private hospital. I would advise Mr Ravi Nagar to discuss with Medanta to discontinue contract for CGHS BENEFICIARY treatment in lower rate instead of bad behaviour and only two days appointment for CGHS beneficiaries who will stuck in mid of treatment in case of requirement.

Recently they are running Prostate Diagnosis camp,
But need improvement in maintaining the rush with proper guidance of directions.need to trained their staff for how to handle the patients and there Attendants.

I booked my Sputnik vaccination appointment for second dose from this hospital, when I reached to take the jab they did the entry for Covishield and send me to take the same. When I read the name on the Vial I informed them that I came here for my 2nd dose of the Sputnik and after ward they corrected their mistake. I was not the only one with whom this was happed. Despite of the low foot fall they were not able to manage the things. I will not suggest to visit this hospital as the management is very bad.

We have his conplete checkup details from the hospital of ahemedabad but the soctors said it's been done in the indore so we go there for his surgery in medanta, it's been 5 days no doctors done surgery and charging everything at high rates. Even they said that he has stone in his heart, they even didn't remove it, they just adjust it in side.reallyy.stone can adjust in side rather than removing it. After that they are calling day and night for the money.deposit money deposit money deposit money even only 5000 is left from the amount of 2 lack. We deposit whole money and they are delaying his operation.

Too high charges and too bad services. Staff behaves no better than small rural hospitals. Can't say government hospitals because they are also improving and had their reasons to be irritated. Take prior appointment almost a month ago still you have to wait 3-4 hours. Pay hefty fees, skip your office and be at their disposal if you want their services. P. S. Not safe during COVID-19.

Gynecologist Namrata kachhara is very ill mannered doctor I have ever seen in my life.she don't know how to behave with a pregnant lady. Medanta you should look into the matter. This is not a fake review. Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of your doctor.

And the reaponsive skills are below zero. No one is responsible for anything. This hospital really needs a good administrator to put a strong leash on them. I believe its a private hospital and they charge you hefty amount for that. N in return we expect quality and service. Bt plz dont expect this here. It's been a week since my grandfather got hospitalized in Medanta. He went through implantation of Pacemaker in his body. His operation was scheduled on 12th October at 12: 00 PM. At 11: 00 AM, he was taken to the cath lab and was told not to take any food or water as it is advised not to do so before 1 hour of operation. The Doctor kept on delaying the operation for 1-2 Hours and finally did the operation at 7: 00 PM. My grand dad was so thirsty for 4-5 hours but was not given anything because the Dr.was not sure when will he operate. After the operation completed, we asked for the precautions we need to take and update on my grand father's health. The Doctor was very rude and didn't answered even a single question. The Company people from whom we purchased the pacemaker told us about the further detailing's.

After this, he was shifted to ICU. We were told that he will be shifted to room next morning early around 10: 00 AM. Shockingly, there was no empty room available. There service is more than worse once they receive the money. They give you false hopes and commitment before the operations and does nothing afterwards. We have purchased a complete package in which it was mentioned that patient will be kept under observation for 4 days. But after operation, they just denied and said us to leave just after 1 day.

The Hospital and the doctor, both are totally Fake. No one even takes care of the patient. If you want to save your money and moreover want a good treatment where the patient feels comfortable, Don't ever go to this hospital.

The worst doctor I have ever seen in medanta hospital. (Dr. Namrata kachara). She is very rude and arrogant she has refused to do treatment of my wife. She told me that she is very busy and only gynecologist in the hospital and the hospital have a very small and adviced me to go to bhandari hospital telling that they have sufficient staff and doctors and a good setup.

Take a normal person, tie him with the chains of needles he cannot remove, put him in the confinement of ICU, don't let even her mother meet him and TADA you have a patient. Doctors are absent 23.5 hours a day but security guards are always present to treat you like a terrorist. Real terrorists kind peoples dominating and bye passing the guards with flying flags. Welcome to Medanta hospital, Indore.

Good infrastructure but very bad behaviour by security guards who will keep you offending every now & then under the guise of security of hospital. Management must stop liberty given to these poorly trained security personnels to interact with visiting wards and patients. Whosoever visits hospital, already have disturbed mental status and in such a situation no one expects bad treatment meted out by these poorly trained security personnels. Hope management will give heed to above suggestion.

The worst experience of a hospital ever! I got my mother operated here for knee replacement surgery yesterday and I suggest you should not get any operation here, if that person is dear to you. Here is a list of adverse situations I have encountered in past 2 days-
1) We opted for a private room- as per what they charge, they have provided no clock or fridge in the room! You cannot eat in the room- ok even if this is a rule, you cannot take food in your bag either! What kind of rule is this? A person is not eating in the room, saying upfront but the FEMALE security they have hired is a villager and ofcourse cannot understand.
2) The security staff (6th floor) is extremely rude and ill-mannered, answering back with comments is probably their forte. After your operation, they will make your life hell. They REALLY need to get trained their behavior will be more concern than the patient! Management must stop liberty given to these poorly trained security personnels to interact with visiting wards and patients.
3) For 3 days continuous, the patient was given Loki ki sabzi & same dal every night for dinner! What is this? Also, you cant take fruits for the patient wherein the patient was given PACKED JUICE! This is horrible. The juices are supposed to be fresh and not packaged! Do I have to teach a Hospital?
4) Everyone in this hospital have their own rules- The cafeteria is worst, you wont get food if its finished. They wont even pack it for you.
5) You can also leave your child away somewhere because again these ill-trained security guards will make sure you do.

PS. The only upside is the doctor who operated her, jovial and good work.
Other than that, DO NOT GO HERE.
