My wife recently had a c section delivery at Motherhood Indore. We are very happy that, we went for Motherhood. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Raksha ma’am, is very pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend Motherhood. A very good care was taken of my wife and children.

I got my delivery conducted at Motherhood Hospital and we are blessed with a healthy baby. The post-operative care provided at the hospital was satisfactory. I was regularly being visited by 5th floor nursing staff and on duty doctors. They also provide lactation consultant and physiotherapist. The hygiene of the hospital is good and cleaning staff were very thorough with their work. Also the canteen provides a balanced and nutritious diet to the patients. 24 hour pediatrician availability is cherry on the cake. Overall I had a very comfortable post-operative recovery at Motherhood and I am thankful to their team for taking such good care of me and our Baby during our stay at the hospital.

Worst hospital of Indore. They charge you a bomb for IVF services and dont deliver on even basic promises. Cheaters.

Please avoid this hospital. They dont deserve even a 1/5 rating.

My bro had his IVF treatment at motherhood, ended up spending 3 lakhs against the promised expenditure of 1.5 lakhs. Most of the test were not required but for the want of baby the amount was spent. Eventually the IVF failed as the embryo quality was bad.

It was hospital's responsibility to get a good quality embryo which they failed.
3 lakhs gone down the drains.

Never ever have any of your treatment here.

I visited motherhood indore in Nov 2021. I can say, Motherhood is the best maternity hospital in indore.

Things that should be highlighted:

Place was very clean, clear and with calm atmosphere.
Hospital Staff was very supportive, helpful and available 24*7.
Room Cleaning was on time.
They strictly followed COVID guidelines.
Cafeteria food was also good.
Baby photoshoot was available inside hospital.
Surprise complimentary services as baby's slambook, photo frame, gift hamper, cake cutting and vehicle decoration was good.
Thanks to cleaning staff, nursing staff, doctors and admin team for great service.
Overall Services were as good as expected.

Things that should improve:

Seating capacity should improve inside and outside room with adding some chairs.

My baby girl born on 8th march 2021 before 8 weeks of expected dates. So we have to keep her in NICU for few days. The best care is given at motherhood hospital's NICU unit. Thanks to Doctor Anurag jain sir for giving the best treatment and care to my baby girl. Today she is going to be discharged, I am eagerly waiting to shower my love and care.

Very good maternity hospital and makes lot of sense during pandemic times for the safety of baby and mother. Dr Sonam Baxi whom we consulted is an excellent doctor and highly recommended. It becomes somewhat understaffed on Sunday and during night shifts which can be improved. But overall a stress free experience.
