My Car

I recently went for my Dzire car service and damage repair to MyCar. But their services are pathetic and worst than the local mechanic. They are no longer authorized to Maruti.
They damaged my car paint. I found stains of putty, paint all over the car after repair. Very bad interior and scratches on some parts of the car.
Their manager Sunil also doesn't know how to handle the customer. Workshop mechanic Rahil is also very bad for overlooking the work done. Most importantly, Manju Garg (owner) of the Mycar also will make false promises to fix up the things but she doesn't care of customer service.
I would suggest that never ever go to My car Bhopal otherwise your vehicle will be damaged and you will deal with very unprofessional people.

They mention that they are Maruti authorized on their job slip. But they are not. They are scammers. Stay away!

Below expectations interior. Availability of stock- less, only few varients are there Customer service is good.

Good showroom. You can experience driving before purchase

Ambience was not good. Did not make one feel welcome The sales executive was unsure about the cars they were selling and consulted his sales mngr on all the queries made by us. Parking facility was also not great.

Rates are very high. Just looting I returned with out service

Nice place to buy maruti Suzuki cars. Staff is coutreous, cooperative and helpful in nature.
