I would have given 5star but kept with me one, thinking that there is always scope for betterment. Most economical, neat AND CLEAN. I would like to appreciate the skills of DR. Good service, charges 150, next turn to bhandari hospital, near synergy. Hospital, services are good just come with atleast 2_3hrs of time and it depends some time if patients are not more

I think they need a better appointment system and people who would understand the difference between appointments and availability. After taking an appointment we were told it will take 2 hours and we waited for 4 hours. Upon asking they said its the minimum time that it takes. I said if that’s minimum with or without appointment then I would just walk-in the next time. The argument they put forward is and I quote -“how will you know if the said doctor is available”. I said I would call and ask for the doctor’s availability beforehand but that doesn’t mean I am taking an appointment.
When I take an appointment, I expect a visit with the doctor -+ 30 mins of appointment time, maybe a little more but with an appointment a wait of 4 hours, is it fair. I don’t think so. And mind you - dilation of retina takes 40 mins which they say will be included in those 2 hours they mention while taking an appointment. I now ask the administration - can you come up with a better appointment system?

Best eye care hospital in Indore and most hygienic too. Proper Covid protocols were followed. Staff was courteous and co-operative, helps you throughout your checks, also guides you through the next examination and it's benefits. Hospital has the latest possible technological equipments. I'm really very satisfied with the service. Definitely it deserves five star's.

Sankara Eye Centre is a boon for Indore. The management has taken care of all what is needed for complete eye treatment. Starting from the entrance where everyone is checked with an Infra Red Thermometer for detection of Covid 19 symptom. The investigation fee they charge is only 150 Rs which is valid for 15 days for any follow up visit. Proper social distancing norms are being followed inside the hospital. The staff is very courteous and guides you from entry to exit. The counsellors keep you informed regarding even the smallest thing you need to be aware about. The Unit Head Dr. Rituraj Sharma ensures that everything is at par with the global medical standards. Dr. Ankit Deokar, Dr. Rama Kumar are one of the finest eye surgeons that any one can expect. They are never in a hurry for surgery. The surgery costs around 15000 Rs to 30000 Rs depending on the lens selected. The day care facility provided on the surgery day is also top notch. They also have another facility where all these is done for free for the needy. If anyone needs an eye care then they should definitely visit Sankara Eye Centre.
