Very bad service. Even after consignment slip they won't give you parcel and will ask for additional documents which are not even mentioned in there documents.

I would like to thank VRL Goods Movers and Packers Delhi for the whole experience. Mr. Raj was very helpful and understanding throughout my whole experience despite the issues they had to deal with. Staffs were very polite and packing and unloading is safe as well!

Worst logistics service worst staff unfair charges rude behavior delay in delivery.

If here is below 1 star option I will give that. One of worst Transport service provider and Worst Manager in VRL. He never listen and disconnect the call. Never listen the. Issue. We send goods to Tirupati and whole food products received in very bad condition. No Safety No Help. Think twice before choosing VRL. Choose VRL if you want to loose your customer and don't care of goods.
