It was a very different experience and much needed.
They did their best and helped each and everyone of us to the max. As far as problems are concerned there were a few but were managed and we also understood its Hajj so we have to be patient.
Food was good. Pick up and drop to the airports were well facilitated.
Its Hajj not a vacation so have to expect some issues.
Overall very good experience.

We did hajj through them and Overall experience was very good. They provided us the best service possible within the limitations of hajj travel which is a difficult journey and its not like a vacation. Special thanks to Atiya Khan and her son Nabil. May Allah reward them for there dedication in providing excellent services.

We recommend this Tour to all People.
And Mr. Faiyaz (Head of this Tour) and His Family are very helpful and very genuine people.
Food Was Very Tasty and All Commitment Given By Mr. Faiyaz are full filled.
And Hotel Stays Was Very Nice.

Good arrangement and services, Mashallah. Makkah hotel Retaj infront of Haram. They have very good staff always helpful in Mina and Azizyah. Overall Good Experience and services as per commitment.

The management and the proprietor of this organisation does not provide the service as per their commitments so beware of them as they over comment at the time of negotiations, so that you can be lured and then underserve at the time of delivery and at that time you could do nothing.
I went for Hajj with them they promised me 2 in a room in Madina and finally made me to adjust in a quad
SO I REQUEST YOU ALL TO TRY DIFFERENT TOUR AGENCIES AND IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO MAKE 3N TRAVEL AND TOURISTS BUREAU AS YOUR CHOICE THEN TAKE EVERY THING IN WRITING WITH SIGNATURE AND STAMP OF THEIR ORGANISATION.
MAY ALLAH SUBHANOWATALA SAVE YOU FROM SUCH QUACKS

Yes, unpleasant experience, they promise very high and deliver low

The tour operators also give sermons to Haji’s to mind their own Hajj and not to focus on food or facilities! This is nonsense!
We were on a Premium package with accommodation in 5 Star facility but Lunch & Dinner were catered from elsewhere and never in time!
We were shocked to see the way in which the food was brought in polythene bags and not even in proper utensils / Casseroles!
The story in Mina is not advisable to be written
The very thought of the way we were accommodated / treated in the Mina Tent brings Nausea, and is deplorable!
The tour operator simply blamed his Saudi counterpart (Moallem)

The Tour operator also checks you out of the hotel room well in advance to accommodate others in your room for the night! Seriously!
For a 7: 20 Am flight from Jeddah, they herd you out of the Makkah Hotel room at 8: 30 pm the previous night citing reasons of transport / road traffic, and passport formalities and dump you in a Taxi for an hour and at the Moallem office for a couple of hours and then dump at the Airport well in advance! We were dumped at the Airport about 6 hours in advance, and the Airline counter was opening only about 3 hours in advance of the flight! We were at the mercy of the Taxi Drivers! None of the Tour operators Reps accompanied the entourage to the Airport
It was an experience we do not want to recount

5 star promises and 3rd class services given by them.
None of the haji in the group was satisfied.
All were complainig for the services given.
At the time of booking you are lured by fake promises and at the time of services you are shouted by him and his people.
Very poor behaviour from him and his fellow men towards haajis.
Every time we complain about any service we are shouted by them instead of solving the problem.
Not feeling to give one star also.

Poor service. Commitments made at the time of booking were not fulfilled.

We were forced to book our Haj with them, because at least 20 tour operators with whom we enquired, had no vacancy available.

It's now that we understand why they had vacancy until the last moment.

Food is served miserly. Always short.

At the time of meal, water bottle is restricted to 1 bottle of 330 ml per person. This is just one of the many examples.

Not at all recommended.

Nonstop Nonsense at Mina right from the teeming tent to the boorish bathrooms to the frugal food till the tarried transport to Arafat.

Deplorable Haj Service.

Too many commitments went unfulfilled.

Service was third class.

The most disgusting part was their attitude towards Hajis. If anyone went to complain, they'd get an earful from the management.

Before check in, you've to stand with your luggage in hotel lobby for at least couple of hours, because they're busy distributing rooms, which they could've done well in advance.

Food was pathetic. Inedible.

Not at all recommended.

I’m traveling for Haj with them and chooses the premium 5.2lakh package and the list of facilities we are getting are as follows:

1. Less then third class food and along with the owner of the company standing at the gate instructing the staff not to give more than one water bottle (and that too of 300 ml) to Haji’s wheather it quench the thirst or not.

2. All meals are cold every time.

4. A 1 star also have napkins on the table and hot food but they don’t have both.

5. Since it’s been 31 days already and all meals are same with “daal chawal.their most favourite one”and that too with too much of spices, which will make you ill, I myslef vomit many times and my stomach gets upset every time I eat their food, hence I took the food 7 times only in 31 days.

5. Many more, will send all soon.

6. And REQUEST YOU ALL TO BE AWARE OF THIS AND PLEASE NEVER MAKE A DECISION TO GO WITH THEM,

7. They make many comments but when you ask them they START SHOUTING ON GUESTS “HAJIS YOU ARE ON YOUR HAJJ SO DONT SEEK FOR FACILITIES “ (which we have paid for already). MIND IT PLEASE

8. I have done my part.now choice is yours.but choose wisely that’s my humble request.

Comprehensive Review of Haj 2018

Worst Haj service in India, headed by Faiyaz Cheater. They do not even deserve 1 star.
Only 5 star rating is given by his useless son.

He has 2 licenses - One in the name of his wife Atiya, & other in the name of his brother Jabir.

On top of that, there were some Hajis who were given individual Haj visas without being informed, and due to this, officially they were given Maktab No. 260, in spite of paying premium amount for Maktab No. 25

Accommodation in Aziziya was miserable.

First of all, after traveling for more than 20 hrs, all the Hajis had to stand with their luggage for almost 1.5-2 hours, before they were allotted their rooms.

In Aziziya 6/7/8 people were cramped in one room with no toilet attached, in spite of the fact that commitments were made for giving 4 sharing room.

If anyone complained, Faiyaz Cheater would give any one of these answers:

1. Either he'd blame the Saudi government (I don't know for what reason he did that)
2. He'd tell Hajis that, for the compromise you're making during Haj, you'll be rewarded in Akhirah.

Food was inedible, miserable, pathetic.
Quantity of Food was short in every meal.
One had to arrive as early as possible, to get all the dishes, or else it'd get over.

Reason for that was, when there 120 Hajis present in Aziziya (plus staff of 10 people), Faiyaz ordered food for 75 pax. When it fell too short, he increased it to 85.
This fact was confirmed by the head of catering company Shareef Bhai.
Once during a meal, when one of the staff of Shareef Bhai did a head count, they realized this cheating of Faiyaz and then confronted him.

During the meal, each Haji was given one water bottle of 330 ml. You cannot ask for more drinking water.

Service during 5 days of Haj was as follows:

Day 1:

Half the Hajis were shifted to the tent in Mina the previous night. When they reached the tent, it was filled with cartons of water and juices. No place to even sit.

All the Hajis had to personally do labour job in the state of Ihram and shift all of those cartons out of the tent. (we've video proof of the same)

Then, the next morning, when the balance Hajis arrived, there was no place for them to even enter.

Reason for that was, all those Hajis who were given individual Haj visas, and were allotted Maktab No. 260, were illegally accommodated in Maktab No. 25

Finally, after waiting outside the tent for 4-5 hours, in bright sunshine & 45 degrees, they came to know about a tent in neighbouring Maktab, which was vacant due to some reason.
Then the remaining Hajis were illegally accommodated in that tent.

Breakfast on day 1 was one boiled egg, one stale khaboos and one cube of cheese.

Lunch served at 5: 30 pm was packaged Dal and khaboos, which was to be eaten freezer cold.

Dinner was also similar.

Day 2:

All Hajis were kept waiting for bus for 2-3 hours.

After reaching Arafat, lunch was served on time but it was not suitable for Indians - Camel Meat & rice.

Bus from Arafath to Muzdalfa was good & on time.

Day 3/4/5:

Space issue came back again, due to which few Hajis shifted to Aziziya apartment for rest.

In spite of that, Hajis were woken up in the middle of the night, for accommodation.

Faiyaz told all Hajis to come to Aziziya Apt. For lunch & dinner, which was a total 5 km walk, with no chance of getting a cab.

Some opted for that, while some remained in Mina eating snacks.

Thus, the 5 days of the 'Premium Haj Tour' ended with all sorts of compromises being made by all Hajis.

May Allah forgive all of us and accept our Haj.

Didnt feel like to give it even that one star.they dont deserve it at all.pathetic services and false commitments are their key to success.
