Overall hotel is good to stay. Breakfasts was too tasty with different items but dinner not upto mark okok taste. We book two rooms for ashtavinayak tour but the hotel location is too far from the temple place, one room was having water blockage issue in washroom which they clear it out. Hot water was not for 24hours after 7am hot water was available. Some issues they need to check before the guests arrived so it doesn't impact to the guests mood. Not much hygienic washroom, drainage cover was not clean, tiolet was not upto clean and also when second day room cleaning was done it was not upto mark, room was stinking. In one of the room was not having room freshners.
Note the many fake reviews here! This is absolutely NOT a 5 star rated hotel. By far not. It's run-down, curtains are only covering half of the window, the room is with cockroaches. WiFi is often down; complaining does not help. "White" towels are disgusting grey, the room is noisy, smelly, If you are on Business trip: look for something else!
The room was comfortable and immaculate. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect. This is the worst hotel in Pimpri, Pune. The rooms are unclean, no ventilation, washrooms are in so bad conditions. Drastically need improvement in all areas possible. Their restaurant is as pathetic as it can be. Masala papad also takes 45 mins to arrive, that too with too much lemon spilled on it. Don't even try to order even water here. Service is too pathetic. They asked us additional amount at checkout even after showing fully paid receipts from goibibo. They made us wait a long time before confirming that it was their mistake and let us go. It was horrible experience. Very pathetic staff, pathetic food, unhygenic rooms and location also not good. AVOID AT ANY COST. DON'T EVEN GO TO STAY THERE EVEN IF THEY OFFER IT FOR FREE.

It was a good experience. The breakfast was okay, though, not great. One or the other thing was lacking in almost everything. Like the tap was loose, shower head was not proper, check out time was too early, few options in breakfast etc
I had the opportunity to stay at this cozy hotel a few days back.it was extremely comfortable.had met the General Manager Rahul who was excellent to speak to and made sure we have a comfortable stay.great rooms, great food and more importantly the service.
Recently I have been here for single occupancy, had pathetic experience. Rooms and bathrooms were flooded with cockroaches. They don't give room service. Bathroom were unclean.
Recently I had booking at 7 Apple for two queen size double occupancy. I had worst experience with this hotel. The rooms had cockroaches and not neatly clean. The hot water was not working initially. To get the hot water, we had to wait for 15 minutes by wasting water every day. Although, we had lot of trouble, breakfast quality and options were really good.
Hotel management need to look into these facts and work upon solutions for the same.
