Place is Good But The Manager's (Rajesh Wavle) Behavior Was Rude And His Commitment Was Not Stable.

Wonderful Place to be at, if you want to spend a quality time with family and friends. We stayed at this 4 bhk villa. The service, food and stay was amazing.
Highly recommend if you wanna go and have a good time.

Lovely getaway destination! Enjoyed with family a peaceful holiday, thanks to team Aashiyana:) they did not give us a tiny chance to complaint about anything. The villa we booked, was a 5 bedroom with 4 washrooms and a huge hall. We were 25 of us staying very comfortably. A swimming pool, garden, slide n swings for kids, bigger swing for adults, barbeque facility, terrace with place to dry clothes as well as sit n enjoy the view. They have inhouse catering. They serve breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. Menu can be altered in advance as per your choice. They are very accommodating. You will get plain milk for kids as well. The staff is friendly n never say "no" to anything you ask at any time. Overall a beautiful place to make memories.

We went for 2 days and it was amazing vacation for us… they managed 22 people like peace of cake… they have manager called Bablu and service staff mahesh and Vikas… they managed everything very well… we loved the hospitality and we would love to visit again…it was heaven for 2 days for us on this villa.

Beautiful and Comfortable villa, well maintained and clean. The most helpful and sweet caretaker I have come across in my life.

Grand Villa is located at Lonavala and has all the basic facilities in the surrounding area. They provide food and staff for a better experience.

It was not upto expactation. Bathroom was not cleaned when we reached. And some bad odor of gutter line leakage was there.we didnt enjoy

Small property.not well maintained.fan full of dirty.cockraches all around.worst was food.all of us had stomach upset issue

This is really value for money venue. Be it a small function or weekend gateway, you'll definitely relax & enjoy.

Staff is really co-operative. We also had baby with us. & They provided all extra things which we asked from them (like milk, plain rice, boiled egg etc).

Rooms are clean.not sparkling clean, but good enough. Swimming pool is also Clean. (we also saw person coming for cleaning next day at our checkout time). They have proper lights and generator available.view from balcony is also not bad. Food quality is great, although bit excessive on oil, but when we asked them, they improved cooking as per our liking.

We visited with family of 12 to classic premium, it was great experience for all of us. Caretaker also kept in mind that family is visiting, so he added chapati & subji along with regular biryani (this was not included in package and neither was charged).
Parking can accommodate 2 SUVs.

I'll definitely recommend this villa and shout-out to Rahim & Rajkumar for taking care of us.

The villa has 5 bedrooms. 3 r huge. 2 r medium sized. It has hige beds that can accomodate 4 to 5 adults together. Has a lil roofed terrace. The pool is very small.
There is not much view of lonavala as its in a gated society and all several bungalows surrounding it.

They served us Jain food. But unfortunately most of us fell sick on our way back with stomach infection and fever. Can def improve its food standards.

Grand Villa is spacious and has 5 bedrooms in it. You will have privacy which you always wanted.

Aashiyana Villa is one of the best place i have visited in Lonavala in all these years.

Humble and Polite Staff. They do give importance to cleanliness.

Food was not great at all. Open space n room living room size looks big in photo.but not that big at all. Care takers were good but policies were rigid as they had common staff for 4 bunglows

Our family was there on 21-7-21 in The Grand bungalow.
The place is exactly as shown and even better Alhamdulillah! The accomodation and services are commendable.
The owner, Rizwan uncle and his family were the most loving hosts we have ever met.
It has excellent staff and the most delicious food. Alhamdulillah

Good food clean and well maintained rooms. Children friendly. Ample space in room and hall. Very cooperative staff. Made food as per our discussion and taste.

It's value for money with the food that they serve. The villa was kept in tip top condition. They rooms are spacious and designed in a way that most if not all the guests can sit together. The pool was clean and big enough for 9 people.

Beautiful bungalow and easy to reach via expressway and then a small detour. Good for a getaway with family or friends

Too good food. I would have rated more than 5 for the food we had. 4 stars becoz the washrooms are not spacious and clean as expected. Otherwise we had blast at the villa. Would highly recommend this place.

Very pathetic management
One spot was present on the bed already, but while checking out they were charging us 1000 rs for just one spot, don't recommend going there

View is amazing and so is the pool, it would be great if they could make the place a little brighter as it looks a little dull during the night time

You do not have to worry about food at all when you are going to this villa! The food they provide is really tasty and the maintainers of the villa are really cooperative. But I must say that the pictures of the villa were deceiving. The swimming pool and the lawn weren't as big as could be seen the pictures. We were initially dissappointed by this fact, but then there's no choice once you have booked the villa.

An awesome place to stay in Lonavala. Clean, hygienic villa with all modern amenities, spacious. Amazing lipsmacking food. Courteous and cooperative staff always with a smile to serve us. And above all Mr Patka the owner makes u feel at home. Would love to visit again and again. Thank you Mr Patka.

Thanks so much for providing such a wonderful place to stay while in Bend. The location of the Bungalow is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the waterfall fabulous. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!

I have been staying in villas for than 2 decades now but never had such a pathetic experience at any villa. It's just not about the worst experience but also the attitude of these people. Caretaker keeps on lying about everything. In all washrooms there was some or other problem. In one washroom the tap was broken badly and in other washroom the shower was not operational and in other washroom the shower had to be operated using a plier for which you have to call the caretaker everytime you wish to use the shower. We were still ok with this experience and our worst fears came when while sitting for dinner one big rat crossed and we had to put in 1 hour of efforts removing the rat then. And our nightmare was not yet over. The manager didn't even speak to us through out to check anything about our experience and when we asked caretaker to send manager, we were only given excuses. And then finally while checkout when the manager came he started fighting with us inspite of we facing all these issues and started shouting at top of his voice. I generally never write such bad reviews but I want to alert each and every person to be careful before booking this and just avoid unless you want to convert your most awaited vacation experience to a horrifying experience.

If you want to swim, eat and sleep then only go here. For party, fun and enjoyment with your friends then look for another place

Owner is least bothered and is very irresponsible. It’s a residential area at the first place, you can’t play music and have hundreds of other restrictions. This would be the last place on this earth where I would prefer partying.

Worst place I have ever been to. Owner himself is least bothered about the facilities to be provided.
Not a recommended place if you want to party.

I wont deny that the villa and the surroundings looked beautiful when we entered. But the experience over there was awful. While we were partying suddenly 2-3 cops entered the villa accusing us of creating noise. We weren't even informed about the time limit till when we could play music. Owner or the caretaker was least bothered. Would never visit again. Worst experience. #BT

Point by point review of this villa:

1. First of all the pics are highly deceiving. The bunglow is not so spacious as you think and as people claim here in their reviews. You can hardly accommodate 10-12 pax
2. Advice for all young ones going for party, music will be forced to stop after 11. Pools will be closed. You will be schooled for noise by giving reasons of neighborhood getting disturbed, though the parties are on in villas nearby.
3. Caretakers are not available all the time, you need to call them up each time you need something. But they are helpful whenever called.
4. Rooms are very small and no common bathrooms. Pool is for 5-6 ppl max. That too needs to be cleaned
5. Overall it is very expensive at these rates, you might get better 4 bhk options.
Recommendations -
*Owners need to chill a bit and not to be so nagging all the time for smaller things
* decrease the rates. You are charging bomb
*food can be made better

Had a great experience of stay, Owner and the staff takes care as a family, Home away from home, very peaceful place, loved staying there, shall visit again and again, strongly recommends friends and family to visit with family

Was a hasty last-minute plan for us to book a stay here and hop on to a car to reach Lonvala. And we could not have taken a better getaway decision! The property is midst of lonavala.lush green surroundings, in a stylish setting, it was love at first sight for us.  The staff was supremely courteous and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were huge and had a lovely modern classic interiors. Perfect destination for those who want to switch off from their mundane lives and spend a couple of days in the lap of mother nature

Owner and staff of the villa was very cooperative and understands our needs and provided timely and in time.

I never write d reviews for anything bt d hospitality n service provided by these guys prompted me to write one. Furst time i got contacted with aashiyana villa ws wn our family were planning for a short trip to lonavala v hired d bungalow in lonavala through aashiyana villa. Jst by giin through online v booked it n d experience v hd there ws super awesome the maintenance of d bungalows ws top notch n d food n service provided ther ws jst awesome the staff ws vry polite n cooperative. Nw v r staying in thier bungalow in panchgini n as expected the same review goes for here also. D owners of d bungalow r also vry cooperative n polite. I wd recommend you go for it, as its worth for evry penny u pay for.
