Pathetic service. No regards for patients’ time. Doctors and the nursing staff are so unprofessional. They all lack basic time etiquette. Paise deke bhi ye hal hai hospital ka. One would prefer to pee in their pants rather than use their toilets. They stink like hell. Would not recommend at all.

Your patience is tested to the core. Patients are not treated patience. The canteen especially never sends food on time to patients. The relatives keep on cribbing please send tea biscuits but they will not adher.

Not happy with lactation doctor explanation about pain. Fees is too much don't visit for lactation consultant.

It takes them an entire day to conduct a simple interview process.for example if a candidate goes there at 10 am then he will literally come out at 7 pm

It's my urge please don't buy the Aditya Birla Health insurance these people are cheaters last 7years I am buying this policy but today when I am hospitalize for 14 days in month of jully 2023 after discharge put for reimbursement but query has been put the same after providing documents still the same Aditya Birla group is fooling the middle class people and showing and promising in their documents the within 30days u will receive claim but not yet after sending document through courier and receiving their confirmations still they are saying and sending mail that they haven't recieved the documents and calling the customer care to check the status they said office address is being changed is it the consumers problems the address for courier is sent by the Aditya Birla customer care service.

This company is fooling people today I have file petion in supreme court the notification will be recieved by them within 7 days.

My mother is admitted in the hospital for 15 days now. Doctor is very nice, polite, straightforward. Just came to hospital due to doctors name. But the nursing staff here is very rude. Don't do there work on time. At time of doctor round they will tell you to leave the patient alone. Don't even let you stay near patient. Medicines are also not given on time. Some nursing staff and security on floor is horrible.
Don't even have empathy and manners to talk.

Most worst hospitality u can ever expect of. It looks like staff is trained to filter new patients and patients who wants to do follow up. On reception lady will tell u the rates of follow up also, so after follow up u don’t argue for charges. Doctor looks like trainee with only guessing of illness and making patients more confused. Admitted my father under Dr Samith Chouta for post Thoracoscopy infection treatment. He is very knowledgeable and explain what could happen next and treatment for the same in layman language. He takes care of you nicely until you are his patient. Thanks to Dr.for providing support and treatment during difficult time.
Overall Aditya Birla has good doctors. Probably they need to work on intra department communication. Right now there is no single person/dept.who takes the responsibility because of which patient needs to go pillar to post. Nurse staff needs to be more knowledgeable and helpful, billing staff to be available and clarify doubts, cleanliness needs to improved, most of the time OPD appointments calls go unanswered. This may help to improve the rating.

As per my experience, Aditya birla memorial hospital provides proper care, along with laboratory services, radiology facilities and other facilities in all major sub- specialities of medicines, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, neurosurgery etc.

I went to see a physiotherapist there for lower back issue. It was done very well. I had 4 sessions and got relief very much. Highly recommended. Its services and staff are really good.

I had my 1st dose of sputnik v here and found that hospital is not maintaining vaccine temperature. After complaining they managed few shots with temperature maintained for me and other left out people.
Plus No thermal checks, BP checks and No doctors on spot to do check up if anything happens post vaccination. Overall the management is lazy and rude staff.
Request you to NOT waste your money for paid vaccines.

I went to Aditya birla memorial hospital for abdominal pain. The gastroenterologist checked me thoroughly and asked for scan. The scan in gallbladder was diagnosed in that report. He immediately gave me the operation date. It was successful. My overall experience was really good.

The worst experience. My mother's thyroid surgery billing estimate was said to be maximum 95k but my mother's Aditya Birla Capital policy but for some reason that policy was rejected then the billing estimate was directly changed to 110k and after admission this was stated and 3 days final bill 1,25,884 rs Too bad management doesn't listen to your side. Very very bad experience. Only the doctor was better. This not good for poor peoples.

Doctor are good as per my experience they are taking care of patient very well and satisfactorily.

But the staff is not up to the mark as per my bad experience hope they will resolve soon these issues to be the best hospital in town,

Issue 1 alpha bed they ask for patient in ICU until u pay a big chunk they will not even open up. Even when u paid half amount.

Issue2 pillow will be there for 2 days then suddenly it vanishes and even if patients request he won't get that alpha bed pillow which he got after playing.

Issue3 patient will require water then nurses are so busy in ICU that they forget all ethics

Issue4 nurses keep on changing and they don't understand patient requirements. It's like a work for them not nursing.

But nurses and boys helping nature is missing
People are very uneducated and lack basic communication rules or protocol, though all services are good, staff is very immature in services providing. Birla family should see seriously the staff which is simply not qualifies for such health related services to public at large

Worst experience for Covid admission. All money making business, They have very wierd rules where we can't communicate with patient and home food is not allowed, Just showoff, internally no one takes care of your patient and all Doctors are rude arrogant and they just try to frighten you all the time, Food quality for patient is worst, Patient becomes weak post admission and mentally disturbed as he is left all alone.never ever admit here for Covid concerns.

Absolutely worst processes. They will literally make you run from pillar to post for every little thing. There is absolutely no co-ordination between ICU staff. Most of the times they are not aware about the instructions given by doctors. Improper Discharge summary documents lengthen the cashless insurance process so much that you have to forcefully get extended stay in hospital and pay for it.

I had met an accident and I got fractured in my hand. I went nearby hospital Aditya birla memorial hospital. I got treatment immediately and staffs are very proactive. I was admitted there for one day. Their hospital services are good. The behaviour of nursing and doctor is really good.

My grandmother was asked to do MRI. So we tried to reach Aditya Birla Hospital to get the MRI done. No response at all.
Later, my grandmother and grandfather went to hospital directly. And then staff said the MRI machine is not working.

My second vaccination dose was scheduled in Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital. Their management was good. It was raining outside and they managed the entire crowd very well. I really appreciate them.

My friend was admitted here for gall bladder stone surgery. The surgery has been successful. She had no problem and she is very well now. The facilities are good herem They take care every time. We had no problem.

It was a great experience as the doctors gave me the best possible care and the washrooms were of a decent quality. Awesome Experience. They treated me well. Everything was well planned and in a timely manner.

My patient came to aditya birla hopsital on Thursday morning 9 am 7/10/2021 in emergency for admission, but he was directed to OPD where doctor saw and sent him back home. In evening after the blood reports came they were asked to get admitted. I wish to know why he was not admitted in morning itself. Currently Patient Is in CCU and no updates are given to any relatives. On asking for updates and treatment the doctor is rude to say that we can start our own treatment.platelets when done at evening 7 pm (report should come in 2-3 hours) but report came next day at 9 am then the doctor starts SDP delay in treatment by 12 hours in CCU (inspite of platelet being 14k there is delay in treatment by 12-14 hours). The bedside sonography reports are not available even after 18 hours. I want to know why there are delays in CCU about reports and the treatment. The sisters on duty keep chatting whole night in CCU and this disturbs patient. I aksed. The bedside curtain is torn and the sunlight directly falls on patients face. You can check the CCTV and see how many times patients relatives are briefed in 24 hours. Unfortunately I have to shift my patient to other better hospital.

If you ask to meet any senior person or mobile number people are reluctant to give and god know what fear they have to give numbers. At present some repair is going on at CT / MRI scan area which is quite dangerous and its all dust gets inside CT scan room, just not taken care from hygiene perspective. They ask to adjust with environment with FULL payment of services. I needed to ask for basic information as to what is further course of actions every time … Spent around 7+ hrs for the treatment of 2/3 hrs, no value for my time.

Rating 1star as couldn't rate lower. I had visited there to show my Mother who had fish bone stuck in her throat which was paining a lot. Somehow they do not consider this as an emergency and even before the specialist Doctor could visit, we were informed with all money making tactics that 2-3 days admission is required and with flexible endoscopy the fish bone needs to be removed with an exhorbitant cost of 80k. We immediately left from there and visited other hospital where job was done under 3k. Moreover we were free to go home as no admission was required.
Sincere request to all to pls avoid going here as they are just into money making business.
There are far better hospitals in vicinity who genuinely treat you well and have equally similar equipments also their charges are lower.

I went into A wing for enquiry of vaccination.the watchman told me to go inside and ask.so I went and the staff over there did not respond properly and said there is shortage of vaccines and scolded the watchmen for letting me in in front of everyone. I went there for sputnik V vaccine. Staff was cooperative and well behaved. Whole process was disciplined & fast. Overall good experience. One thing I didn't like is for paid vaccine they don't accept online payments. They want cash payment. Don't know why?

I came here for vaccination, I selected Sputnik vaccine that was available at Aditya Birla memorial hospital. Staff is very humble. They all guided me very well. Highly recommended!

Staff is good but service is pathetic. House keeping is very bad. Patient's bed sheets are not changed daily even after multiple requests. Toilets are also not cleaned. Cupboard provided in room but filled with wastes thrown by previous patients. No coordination between departments.

Worst experience of my life. Patient dint eat from morning. Doctor arrives 2 hours late. The process is even more useless. Filling forms.

1) Have gone for endescopy for my father and it was pathetic experience
2) You have to fill forms. And the representative enter same detail in their legacy system taking time
3) You pay by online mode. Even after payment they dont have acknowledgement. So they waste time calling accounts to confirm of amount os received. Who by default dont lift calls. After 30mins wait time they confirm on payment. So that doctor can start work
4) The pharma is on the outside, and you keep running back and forth for things
5) RTPCR test is mandatory and we have to pay for gloves/ mask for nurse to do rtpcr - who already has a mask. Means of interselling to squeeze money whereever possible

The test conducted endoscopy fir my father and results were just waste of time. They just make quick bucks from people's harf earned money

My father-in-law had a bypass surgery here and it was done using the latest technology. It has been over a year now and he hasn't faced any complications or troubles. We all know that the medical care provided by Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital is the best and we would like to thank them for the care provided after the surgery of my father-in-law.

Absolutely merciless behaviour for covishield vaccination. Kept the people waiting for more than 3hrs in the pandemic situation wherein a hospital is the place to contract virus the most. Worst than a government hospital with rudest behaviour from staff members.

Time slot was 10: 30-11: 30AM
Reached at 11 AM got vaccine injected at 12 PM
Management was nice, four step process,
It is in the A wing of hospital (first left turn when you enter the first gate.)
1) Give your name and appointment details to a person sitting outside A wing buliding when u reach to hosptal
Then wait till he calls your name (he will send 10 people at a time inside for paying and vaccine)
2) Go inside and pay, i paid in cash
3) Go to a queue for vaccine
4) wait for half hour for observation (no instructions or tablets are provided here, just observe urself, if any discomfort let the staff know)
There are two seperate queues for covishield and sputnik vaccines
Covisheild = 780/- sputnik = 1150/-
Waiting area for sputnik was outside, hence good ventilation (this was my primary concern that waiting area should be ventilated at the centre) (i think covisheild aspirants were waiting inside building)
As a doctor myself i suggest that People should take covid appropirate behaviour seriously during vaccine process and 10 days later as our body is developing immune response and can be considered a bit weak, if there happens the infection then our body will have to struggle to overcome both infection and vaccine which will be troublesome. So at least wear good fitted double mask or a good N95.
People if had good experience dont put up review unless its extremely good but if they have a minute problem then they will definately put on a bad feedback.
Dont fall for bad reviews for vaccination, the management is fine and i would recommand the centre for vaccination.

I have visited this hospital and have a treatment of gall bladder stone surgery from Dr Suprashant Kulkarni for my spouse. He guided us in very well and take care of all the things. He perform surgery very well. He is a great doctor. He responded to all queries in very good manner.
Highly recommended.

With very fearful and confused state of mind but the staff was very helpful and completed vaccination in about 45 to 60 minuits. I want to thank the supervisor lady and security staff for their HELP They were very polite.
All is well but there is some problem in registration system. But it was cleared very quickly.

As per my experience during the vaccination, Aditya Birla Hospital providers proper care and arrangements. The security staff is very efficient to manage the queue. Vaccination was going so easy as I have faced no problem and waiting.

I got a slot for vaccination in Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital. I appreciate their management of vaccination. Although there was a huge crowd, it was all managed by the staff and the hospital was very neat and clean. It took 45 mins for the vaccination. It was a good experience.

Worst experience.there nursing and front desk staff is too pathetic to describe. Sample collection people do not have an idea which report to provide. For my biopsy report they took more than a month. Sample collection do not respond over phone. You need to visit every time you want to check if your report has come. Pathetic is very small word for these s**undrals

I am from Jewar, I was in a bad situation, I had problems in my lungs. I got the reference from my relative. When I admitted there, doctors were treating me timely. My lungs were 80% damaged. Since I am getting treatment here, I am getting better.

Irresponsible services. Made us sit 7 hours for a pet scan? The so called snacks center has no online payment option in this world nor they have change to return on cash. Had to arrange change just to get a bottle of water? To add on to this, when asked for a feedback form to share my experience they had no pen to offer me.thanked them for the form and returned it blank. May be a strategy used so people dnt complaint. Pathetic day. I pity all those innocent people who were just sitting along all day without asking a word but waiting.

Went for vaccination today. There is no sign board mentioning where people should go for vaccination in huge campus of the hospital. Everyone goes to front desk and then from there people were directed to go all the way back side in main building. After waiting for 30 minutes in the queue, staff pasted paper of Sputnik vaccine on the glass door, then people who want to get Covishield enquired about where they should go? Staff then pointed at the back side of Building A. Waiting time in morning was around 1 to 2 hours. Staff is completely confused where people of Sputnik and Covishield sit. We experienced perfect example of mismanagement. Only cash payment was allowed. Birla hospital accepts mobile, card or any other payment method even or small medicine, but for vaccination only cash was asked. I think even private and small hospital provide much better services compared to this hospital. After vaccination, you do not get any suggestion on what should be done in case of emergency or you feel unwell. Lady Doctor who is injecting vaccine is extremely careless, impatient and arrogant.

The best Dr Rakesh Ranjan.
Best Neurosurgon in Pune. He is best in his class. Very Humbe and simple personality. My patient was suffering from two spinal Tumor other dr said we can't operate this case. As I said Dr Ranjan is very experienced and best surgeon. So finally he operated and Now my patient is almost curred. Thx to Dr Ranjan. God bless u.

I went with my father this morning for covid vaccination after registering it via the arogya setu app. Before going to hospital also i confirmed with the hospital about the vaccine availability. They confirmed me that eveything is available. When we reached there we were told that my father's registration has been cancelled. We were not informed about it and they have no reason for the cancellation. My father has been recently operated and it is really diffucult for such people to go again and again. But the hospital hardly cares.

I think you should be very sure before getting vaccinated at this hospital. Infact most of the people coming were made to return.

I was diagnosed with typhoid and dengue both and was admitted in aditya birla hospital. Every one is so good there, specially doctor, nurses, housekeeping everything, I was completely cured by the right treatment at right time.

When I called them on 3rd of March 2021, after booking on the Co Win app, for the vaccination, they told me, that the vaccinations have not started. They took my details. Today I called them, and they were very rude to me, and said that that I should have come directly to the hospital. There is a lady named Jyothi in the vaccination department who was so rude and yelling at me. This is the worst money minting hospital one can find. They do not bother about their patent's, do not care and have no manners. Never go to this hospital.

The infrastructure of this hospital is huge and hygienic, the departments are well segregated and they've been following all the coronavirus guidelines well.

My wife had visited the hospital on 25th Jan 2021 for my father Covid Test (Rapid Antigen).

During payment, Miss Neha from Covid department (Mother And Care) had swapped my card twice.

I had raised the query with Neha for first transaction but I haven’t got any good response at that time and amount got debited from my account. After two days, I had follow-up and filled the Refund form on 27th Jan 2021 and still waiting for refund at my account.

I also follow-up with bank for fraud transaction but they said Aditya Birla hospital got the amount from bank, now you will have to follow with Hospital for refund.

Very bad experience with Aditya Birla Hospital, and still following up with Miss Neha (Arrogant), still no result. She did a mistake and I am suffering from last 6 days.

I visited Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital for my treatment and the services were very satisfactory. All the doctors, nurses and staff made us feel comfortable and like home.

Emergency ward won’t pick call before 8 am and after 5.30 pm. Receptionists are unaware if doctor is available and if available when will they come.

Just showoff nothing is there. All they need is money. Charges will be like top hospitals but services is not even compared with local mbbs hospital.

My father admitted in Aditya Birla came to pet CT scan three hours it required after complete PET CT scan they said transport will come within half an hour you go and stay with your father at outside. He is unable to seat more than 5 minutes they know the situation still staff are are saying you go and sit outside he is unable to sit we are not expected this type of services from Aditya Birla

Hospital has good doctors and testing facilities but it’s disorganized.
My mother is getting treated here since last 5 years but every time she has to carry all the prescriptions. Really don’t know why can’t doctor find that details from system?

Moreover we went to do ultrasound for my mother, the nurse kept that prescription doctor gave, after asking she told me that it will be returned after UT. And there was no coordination amount staff to support patients, I can imagine if my mother comes alone how she will suffer. Finally UT completed and then I asked what’s next, I have been told to wait to get film, which took again some time and follow ups. At the end film received but nurse didn’t returned the prescription, again I had to request it. Then again that chaos, finally she returned and asked to get it photo copied for her record, I bursted at this moment.

And it didn’t end here, I went to washroom and hand wash was empty I asked cleaning staff 3 times after that it was made available. It’s pity to see that during COVID time hospital is so careless abut basic hygiene.
