I am not able to get an appointment. The direct number shown in Google website is not working/ switched off. It takes you to the appointment through Google. All confusing. Surprisingly I got a call today from the hospital for appointment, may be the switched off phone might have given them the missed call. Someone called, she took long time time to actually give an appointment as I wanted an appointment between 7 to 8 pm. While I was talking to the lady it got disconnected after 5 minutes. Later neither i called bor she called. I didn't call because I experienced it to be very cumbersome to get an appointment. Finally ended up with no appointment. It never happened with me when it was named ADVANCED EYE HOSPITAL. Sorry to post this review, but I experienced it from my very favourite hospital

The doctors and staff of AEHI are very helpful and the treatment given was also very good.

Service of all wing is very cooperative and satisfactory. Hospital staffs are very soft spoking.

Had bacterial infection in my right eye. Was happy to get treated by Dr Yogesh patil. With the medication prescribed my infection was reduced within two days. Dr Patil is extremely claim, and explain you well what steps to take. The staff Seema was very polite and helpful.

Opd consultation and management was overall good but the Internet system went down.i was told i would get a soft copy of my consultation/eye check up report via whatsapp. It is still awaited

I did Glaucoma (Trab) surgery by Dr Rajesh Mishra and I am really happy after the surgery. The staff and doctor here are very helpful and kind. I will always recommend Advanced eye hospital for any eye related procedure to my family and friends.

The hospital location was far away from my house but the hospital co operated very well for everything to make my visits to the hospital as less as possible. The mediclaim process was also explained and guided very properly. My mother had a successful catrac surgery for both the eyes. The pre and post Surgery experience was hassle free.

We had visited for my mother's cataract and the operating doctor was Dr Nitin Tiwari who is a gem of a person. He made my mother feel very comfortable about the entire procedure and patiently resolved all her doubts. He is a good surgeon and ensured all precautions were taken before and after the procedure.

I had done my cataract surgery here Dr Nitin Tiwri sir is best surgeon. Also counselor swati madan she help he alot throughout the procedure and other staff also very polite. Highly recommended

My wife Mrs. Kalpana Mishra underwent cataract surgery in both her eyes in last January and February this year. We were bit hesitating for a visit to the hospital due to the prevailing pandemic. However, we are very happy for the service which has been excellent prior to and post surgery. The staff are prompt and courteous in their service. Dr. Vandana Jain is a very competent eye surgeon. Please talk to the patient in there convinient language, specially with oldage patients because they are not understanding another language smoothly rather than there mothertoung. So I have given you one point less, neither you people and your service amazing.

All the eye checking was done by ITM college opthalmologist interns, I was checked very casually, Dr who checked me spent only 3 min flat and I am out of the cabin, they only depend on the readings given by intern students.don't know whether they checked me correctly or not. I am going to take the second opinion from another sys specialist.

What puts a patient off is continuous out of turn service.
I experienced people coming an hour later also serviced earlier. Something transpires between reception and optometry, the first stop after payment.
On asked why there is no numbering system to monitor the service there was silence. Appears it is deliberate.

It is very big put off to all and particularly to elders.
What is the reason behind not introducing a simple number system in such a sophisticated clinic with linked computers and information travelling from One desk to other electronically could not be assessed except that the first time visitors are given out of turn service whereas followup patients are made to wait. If that is the reason, it must be trashed. I saw other reviews as well and came across the same complaint which shows that my complaint is not one off case.

Please introduce a numbering system and follow it. Do not inconvenience early comers and elders. It pains, irritates and one feels like dropping the plan for the day and leave.

The Advanced Eye Hospital and Institute (AEHI) was recommended to me as one of the best eye hospitals in India. This really caught my attention and I started to make more research and enquiries about the Institute which I found to be credible. When I became convinced, I started to plan my journey to India and booked an appointment with the hospital. When I visited the hospital they carefully took my details and interrogated my case very well before making any opinion. After all the data collection and analysing of same, I was advised on the best possible, safest and the least risk eye operation procedure which I adopted. This was successfully performed and my vision has significantly improved since then enabling me read comfortably without the need to strain my eyes.

I have safely returned to my country The Gambia with great smiles and admiration for the Institute. I would recommend AEHI to anybody for any eye related problems.

I am very proud of my wife who can read for straight three hours in public for a book reading. So, when she developed cataract in her both eyes, it started affecting her passion for reading. We decided to visit Advanced Eye Hospital & Institute (AEHI) in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. At AEHI, my wife availed excellent cataract surgery from Dr. Vandana Jain and got new lens for distant as well as near vision.

Later, when I was diagnosed with cataract, even I got cataract operation from Dr. Vandana Jain. But, somehow I was not satisfied with the results as my vision was not clear. Then, I was referred to Dr. Yogesh Patil for a thorough Retina check-up. After OCT test, it was found that my retina had swollen three times the normal size, because of which I couldn’t see properly. Then, Dr. Patil advised me to take an injection. Dr. Patil explained me in detailed that the effect of injection will be gradual, which turned out exactly the way he said and slowly I regained my normal vision.

I am truly thankful to Dr. Vandana Jain and Dr. Yogesh Patil for giving me and my wife the best eye care service. "

I had my back to back cataract operation on both my eyes done by Dr. Vandana Jain in August 2016. After my last review check up in July 2017, I was back in the hospital for review this morning (14/12/2018). Some of the staff members are gone and new members are there but the beautiful atmosphere of cleanliness combined with courtesy of the staff as well as the doctors has not changed a bit! Too long wait. Staff is quite courteous. Patient gets tired of waiting. Quantity has increased, need to control quality.

The service provided for femto LASIK here was outstanding. Dr. Vandana jain and her team of doctors immediately put me at ease and were very professional and forthcoming about my concerns during and after the procedure. I have been visiting AEHI for past 4+ months in connection with my Thyroid Dysfunction. Thel interaction with the front desk staff has always been great. Optometry staff are quite good and professional. The expert advice from the Specialist Dr. Prachi Agashe and Dr. Akshay Nair helped us quickly move ahead with the surgeries and the end result is that I am able to appreciate all 4 seasons. I am back on the driving seat and my confidence in everything that I do is back. I took my younger brother to this hospital for corneal transportation, surprisingly, he started reading within four days of the operation, and I said wooow, what a hospital! I love the staffs and every bit of this hospital.

Extremely sorry but we are thoroughly disappointed in this visit due to
1. Too long wait
2. Out of turn entertains other patients
3. Indifferent attitude of staff.

Nonetheless we have very high regards for Dr. Yogesh Patil who is not only knowledgeable and competent but also an Honest doctor which is a rare quality nowadays.
Sorry for my adverse remarks for other matters which need to be looked into.
