Very family and kids friendly diner. Food is reasonable and the service is superb. Been here more than once.

Very poorly managed place. The servers are impolite and quite hostile if you ask for minor changes like maybe asking to clear glasses or please get clean plates. The captains were clearly unhelpful if you ask for their recommendations. And lastly there's food that leaves a bad taste in mouth. We encountered that our Tomato soup lacked salt completely, our server was kind enough to tell us to use the salt shakers. To quote him, "Ye isi ke liye to diya hai sir". Hospitality business, I don't think so.

Earlier service and food was good, but now since last 4 times service is so bad and food quality also not good as before
No co-ordination within people service food.

We wanted to order Chicken malvani dish but waiter asked us to try their special 'Gharguti chicken' dish & it was not so good as they described. It was made up with a lot of coconut powder so try avoiding it if you wanna taste something spicy!
I also had hot chocolate & it was good.
Prices are a bit on higher side.
Service & ambience was good.

Since from 2016 i started visiting this I loved it very much that I order the food from this hotel only and everything is really there, the design and greenary you all should try this hotel

Decent place to dinner ambiance is ok not much food is good but quantity is less you have to order at least every food item, pocket friendly the quantity is less

The food in the place is excellent! Chef's kiss!

But the service is terrible. They took 40 min to get the order at noon service when there was no rush.

The waiter didn't know which table order was from they tried to serve it on the wrong table.

Atmosphere is okay. Best order at home.

It's one and only restaurant in this area which is having Ample Parking space, Professional Staff, Delicius cooks for all kind of food, start from starters and end with Delicius Gajar Halwa as a desert. Always prefer to eat heare.
Hotel ambience is nice, staff is very professional and fast delivery of food.

We tried paneer casata with kulcha it was awesome. Classy theme with retro music you will get a good ambience with good people.

We ordered Jain food (specifically without onion garlic). But inspite of reminders, they they put onion and then even after showing proof of onion, they denied that it is not onion.

Sorry to say but based on my previous experience as well, i can say this is not a place for jain veggies or pure veggies.

I regret visiting agatya lohegaon. I do not recommend to any other who want Jain food.

Worst hotel for Jain food.

Food is really delicious, gajar halwa was too good, plz order before finishing staters it might take time to prepare food

Most unhygienic restaurant i have ever witnessed & highly renowned for bluffing customer since more then 3 years.
Chicken is mostly frozen ones which is not fresh rather its more then 3 to 5 days preserved one and same is cooked & served to customers. Despite telling them please serve fresh chicken but again today they have home delivered a rubbish frozen chicken. You know the frozen stuff how it smells specially the flesh items. Their rates are also too high but what annoys me more is rate is not an issue but their items are not at all worth to what they charge. They have many outlets around dhanori & lohegaon area but they all are rubbish & highly unhygienic. Their staff is also all from north india like uttarkhand and dont understand the local marathi language.

Nice place with nice service. Food is awesome. Well maintained Hygiene and care. Little hot in summer time but AC option is available. Try once!

Visited Agatya restaurant (non veg) for dinner on 14th Feb Valentine day. The restaurant was having a full rush and at full capacity. The service staff was also trying to provide quick service.food was of good quality. By the time we were through with our dinner, the queue was almost of 30 people. Good restaurant and good food quality. Will give five stars when I could see effective management of staff so that they provide best of their service.

Good place for veg and non-veg food. There is another hotel named Agatya Pure Veg which I feel is worst in this area. However this is good and will not disappoint you

Very bad experience with the food and waiter. The waiter was very eager or frustrated for some reason and the food was very disappointing

Starters were good but quantity was not satisfying. Service was very poor, main course was served 40 minutes after the starters. We ordered chicken Banjara masala and we were told that the taste will be spicy but it was sweet and the gravy was stuffed with garlic and it looked like we are served with Dal and boiled chicken in it. Also It was very expensive in terms of service and taste.

Ok. The place was dull, food was ok not at that great, no sanitisers or checking at the entry or not at the table too. No one really cared.

Management please look into the matter don't risk during covid times.

Very nice place. It's very clear and ambecy was very nice. Staff also very good clean uniform. Welcome of customer of restaurant is very nice with beautiful girl.

It was finest restaurant of dhanori before lockdown but after lockdown they lose their chef. And now a days to eat here it’s just waste of money. Had same experience to my friends and family. After lockdown i ordered my fav dish tawa fish-fry but it was over spiced. When this prob discussed with owner he said we are waiting for our regular chef. But later 2-3 times i been there but no improvement. So just stay away from this place.

Good restaurant which serves a variety of Veg & Non-veg dishes.but one should avoid peak time as services detoriate drastically.
We have been there at Valentine's Night along with friends and family but the didn't get dishes well cooked even.

Food is good if you like the gravy. Because for paneer and boneless chicken I feel the same taste of gravy. Well may there will be diffrent gravy with other paneer dish but I have tried yet

A bit overpriced as the food is not worth the price. The chef also seems immature as the dishes ordered were completely different.
Ordered "Hot & Sour" soup but received manchow soup. Normal paneer served instead of Paneer Tikka. Also the quantity of paneer was very less.

Food is really awesome. I mean the quality. It will feel distinct only once you visit it. Overall nice place. Nice friendly staff.

The place is well lit and decorated. Welcoming staff and waiters who give you personal attention to your needs needs. Food was ok but was little expensive than expected. Everything except the washroom was up to the mark. Expect the fact that washroom was wide open and unclean.

No meal card accepted (Ticket/Sodexo), comparatively expensive than other restaurants near by. Food is ok, sea food is not always fresh.

We have visited several times this restaurant in past and had nice experience. This time it was not the same. We ordered chicken handi in main course. It didn't take too long for the dish to be served. In 7-8 minutes, it was served, since we were hungry we were expecting a great taste but to our surprise food was cold as room temperature I mean temperature out there was a bit on higher side. Taste of chicken pieces and gravy were totally different. It was giving a feeling that boiled cold prices of chicken were dropped in gravy and served immediately. Though service was good but food was not. 2 stars are only for service. I will b looking for other options next time I go out for dinner with my family

Do not go to this restaurant under any circumstances. Ambience is good but that is not what a restaurant is primarily for. Food here is pathetic.

Chicken clear soup has some bad smell and taste was bad, chicken biryani was good in taste however people who like to eat less masala will be disappointed because the content of masala was too much. On our request they gave us a small bowl of plain rice which helped in finishing the biryani, service is good, staff is courteous

The food is good but the service is pathetic. Minimum wating time is more than 30min for simple order also. Very bad ambience, mosquitoes everywhere, loud music and very costly food. I have been there twice and both the time i faced the same.

Nice veg and non veg food available with seperate kitchens for both and eating areas are also separate. Food is a bit more spicey.

North Indian cuisine is nice but there isn't much variety in the taste of paneer dishes (only orange gravy ones), most of them are either sweet or medium-spicy, as for breads, the naan and tandoori roti are nice. Chilli potato is very tasty too.

The environment is really nice especially during night time.

The taste of the food was good and the service provided was also good.only the thing which irritated me was the open Drainage outside the hotel which stinks badly.rest all was okk

Waiter offer a dish which was not mentioned on menu card, when asked for the price he said other price and on bill price was much higher for that dish.when I asked he bluntly lied that same price he told to us which was mentioned on bill.
Guys do cross check price of food items which was not mentioned on menu card.
