The doctor and nursing staff is good but the billing and the TPA is pathetic they won't admit patient without deposit the but even after receiving the claim amount from insurer you have to followup with them rather than Beg in front of them for your own money. ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE IS THERE FOR HANDLING AND IF HE IS NOTTHERE THEN YOU ARE STUCK THE EXTENSION135 OS USELESS AS NO ONE PICKS UP YOUR CALLS.

Hospital doctor's and other staff is good.
But always carry cash because even if you have a cashless insurance payment team will never reply your insurance company and last minute they will ask for cash.
Payment team is so pathetic.

Doctors do not cooperate at all they have no concern for patients health they are only bothered about their fees

Worst experience of admitting my father for bypass surgery. Visiting Doctor, Mr. Arvind Gehlot who did surgery, was good but the post surgery care was not at all upto the mark by the available doctors and staff. Local team of doctors is not supportive. Service was quite delayed and no quick response. Hospital is intended to make money.

My mom was admitted here, the treatment is best and the care they have shown towards my mom was top-notch.

So if I rate, then out of 5 below will be my ratings

It's a very costly hospital, you need to have insurance to cover yourself. But I'll say when it comes to treatment they are best.

AIMS Hospital staff are very helpful. I had company based health check up appointment and I was surprised once I reached to Hospital. All tests done one by one without any waiting time.
Pre and post consultation provided very smoothly.
Saturday samples taken by Monday EOD, reports received over email.
Post consultation with Dr. Neelam Mamnia was very very fruitful and informative.
She gave full time to understand daily life and compared with reports.
She suggested exercise with change of slightly daily activities.
And i was surprised, she prescribed 1 medicine only. Even local and most of doctor suggests 7 to 8 types of medicines.

I recommend everyone to visit AIMS for any health checks up if required and get best services within time.
Do consultation with Dr. Neelam Mamnia for best counseling with fully satisfactory treatment and discussion. She allows full-time to discuss issues without any hesitation.

Doctors never come on time. They'll give you the appointment 1hr prior. Doctor will come suddenly & treatment is done for everyone in one shot. They don't even bother wether the patient is dying or in bad condition. You'll be told, doctors are in some urgent case everytime you visit

Very poor management took an 11.30 appointment and Dr was almost an hr late wasted my time aswell as money to reach there

I have been treating my father for skin cancer from July 2021 to July 2022 at AMS Hospital Dombivili East and he got Immunotherapy treatment at AIMS. My personal experience was that the whole process was very professionally managed by Doctor Mr Rakesh Patil and the nurses and staff at ECHS office. My personal thanks to Dr. Rakesh Patil and Nurses at Cemo therapy ward Mrs. Sini and Reshma Madam and ECHS Head Mrs. Nalini Madam for all the help they all have given me during the Immunotherapy treatment for last 12 months. I personally am ery satisfied with the treatment and hope to get the same in future. Thanks once again.

03 August, 2022: Dr. Sowmya Rao had performed two Root Canal treatments for me recently. I am very happy to note that both these were performed in a very comfortable manner and without any complications. I would say that Dr. Sowmya had done an exemplary job and I wish to thank Dr. Sowmya for her care and expertise. Also, I wish to say a good word about the Nursing Assistant, who was also very caring and helpful.

Thereafter, as advised by Dr. Sowmya, a Surgical Tooth Extraction was performed by Dr. Vivek Jaiswar which was also done in a very brilliant and comfortable manner.
Dr. Sowmya was also present during this extraction.
Once again, I wish to thank Dr. Jaiswar and Dr. Sowmya for all their good works and follow ups and care.

20th June 2022: I had done a basic health check and today, had a consultation with Dr Neelam Mamnia. This was one of the best and most refreshing experiences that I had in the recent several years. Thank you Dr. Neelam, thank you, AIMS. Also my thanks and best regards for the wonderful service being provided by Smt. Sharmila and Smt. Swathi of the Health Check department.

Untrained Staff, online appointment booking receiving and accepting after patient reports at counter and ask for timing, staff answer I don’t know you can Sit and wait, so in my opinion it looks hospital want to create crowd? I don’t know how they are cleared Statutory audits, my question is on that all regulatory authorities? How they are auditing.

Some dialysis technicians dont have manner how to speak to the guys coming with patient. Their atitude is too high.
The hospital is ok but location is in such a place there roads are no good. Parking place for 4 wheeler is very less.

The most pathetic services by the hospital especially the doctors and clearly they are into money minting business. Doctors don’t do the diagnosis properly nor are they able to treat the patient. You will be just like their subject for trial and error if you go there as doctors don’t work in sync with each other especially Dr Sandeep Kadian.
Wouldn’t have rated even 1 star coz it does not deserve any stars at all.
Management needs to first hire doctors who care to treat.

I went to take my third booster dose of covid vaccine. Staff was good and polite. Hospital was clean. I don't know much about the charges and the quality of doctors and treatment. From outside everything was appearing attractive.

Gratitude and respect to all the doctors under whom my Uncle and maternal aunt had surgery. Thanks to every staff member for the lovely home-like treatment. Hospital provides very good services to patient as well as to relatives also. They treat as their family member to patient.

Hospital is very clean and hygienic with all equipment newly setup
Ms. Sharmila who backed us up with all the processes & navigate through all the checkup activity. Overall great experience.

Suggestion: Need to improve on eye chekup service as part of health checkup package.

One of the pathetic hospital. Don't have value of time, the staff have no idea when the doctors will come.the will just take the money once and will make you wait. My appointment got canceled and rescheduled 6 times.

Staff is very nice. And the atmosphere there is also very nice. The patient is treated like a member of the household by the staff there. The employee is very good they took very good care of my family members who were admitted there. Truly a good hospital

Been visiting Aims since 1 year now for my dad’s chemotherapy. The hospital and uts facilities are top notch. The staff is very friendly and courteous and always ready to help. Thanks to doctors for their treatment and nurses for always being by our side.

Today we went to AIMS hospital for a health checkup for my better half. My experience with duty staff and doctors are very much appreciable. The neatness and cleanliness are quite good. The staff at reception counter was very helpful. In total I would say a good hospital.

My Aunt, My friends died here due to improper or late diagnosis.

Visit the place for vaccination only if you hav free leisure time. Waiting for more than an hour with other 3 members for the 5th to arrive. Arrogant staff says vaccine wil be given only if 5 members are availble. I asked what if the 5th wont come, i was replied then you can come tomorrow for vaccination.we need 5 to giv sputnik.

Definitely not recommended. The receptionist is rude and do not give realistic doctor appointments. I had a bad experience yesterday when the receptionist confirmed on call that the doctor was available and when I reached the hospital on time, the doctor had left and the receptionist did not bother to inform that a patient is waiting. I would urge the hospital administration to get more empathetic receptionists and doctors.

My mother was admitted here for severe UTI under the CGHS facility. Dr. Sandeep Kadian treated her well. The staff was helpful, hospital food was very hygenic and customized for patient requirement. Dr. Kadian is knowledgeable and helpful for all patients. Till now my experience has been good with the hospital. Most OPD doctors are great here, I also get my dad treated here for minor issues like Bone health etc. All the doctors are quiet young and polite. Please do keep up the quality of service.

Hi, my wife is 36 years old and recently we did her full body checkup under Women's Health Checkup package at AIMS Hospital. This package covered almost all kind of routine Test and few special test like Bone density, Pam smear, Mammography which is needed for women's after 35Y.
During examination, all the time dedicate person guided us all the time and they are providing breakfast also.
When the test results comes, all the consultation is included in the package like Physician, Gynecologists, Diet consultant and Dental consultant. All the doctors and supporting staff are very much cooperative and supportive.
My wife gone through one major surgery and it was carried by Dr Deepali Lodh and we personally thanks to her for extra ordinary treatment. Now my wife is perfectly alight.
The whole nursing staff, wardboy, Mavashi even thought careering staff also very cooperative.definitely i will recommended AIMS hospital for health treatment to my family and friends if required.

I went for vaccination purpose to thid hospital. The employees of the hospital doesn't have any sense of talking to the patients and there relatives. We had an heated argument with the employee, however security guard intervened and spoke abruptly and hit me and there was no regret from any of their employees for this behaviour from their end.

Very good hospital with all kinds of opds. Very good doctors speciallt ent and ortho etc whom i had good experience. Nursing and support staff also very supportive and helpful.

We have taken 6 chemo in guidelines of Dr Rakesh Patil sir he is very Excellent and gave good treatment thank you very much sir God Bless you sir and Sini sister and Reshma sister who are working in Chemo ward are very excellent and they took proper care of my wife and both are very humble today was our last day of chemo both of them guided very good and gave good hospitality during the period God Bless Both of them Thank you very much it was good experience

THE pathetic hospital I have ever seen.
No concern and sympathy towards the patient.
If you want your loved ones to stay long better don't admit them here.
Even though spending a huge amount of money there is no service from their end.
They won't even admit a patient under any circumstances if you don't pay 50,000/- to them at the start.
And because of their carelessness, I lost my Papa.

Very unsatisfied with the Hospital (Lakeshore). Came for my sister but only male doctor was available on premise. The staff is also very rude. I came for Dr. Divya Nair, but she no longer seems to be working there it seems. Any idea how I can get in touch with her?

My dad was hospitalised at AIMS Dombivli due to POST COVID Lung Fibrosis transferred from Optilife hospital after COVID treatment and RTPCR report was negative. At AIMS, Dr. Sandeep Kumar Kadian was handling his case, doctor was not at all supportive to tell details of treatment, very less spoken, always loudly speaking dad’s illness in front of him, huge diconnect between doctor and patients relatives due to doctor’s rude/arrogance nature. He never took initiative to do CT Scan while admission on first day and finally we did it at our risk after 8 days (score was 25) when dad was critical and we never see any improvement after a week, unfortunately my dad passed away on 12th day. I will neither recommend Dr. Sandeep Kumar Kadian nor AIMS Hospital Dombivli for any treatment.

I have been given a best treatment for covid. I personally feel AIMS hospital is one of the best specially for covid in near by vicinity. Dr's and all supportive staff is up to the mark.

manager पांचाळ एक नंबर 3rd class माणूस बिलिंग मधल्या सर्व म्हाताऱ्या फालतू उत्तर देतात जस तुम्ही हित येऊन चूक केली. तुमचा टाईम पण खराब आणि पैसा पण वरतून पैशंट ची वाट लागते ती वेगळी. Dr.sandeep kadian ला विचारल काही कदी बर वाटेल त हो जयागा अरे काय हे हॉस्पिटल कमी सर्कस जास्त आहे.

Hospital is very neat and clean, maintain good. But same time expenses also so high. Depending on people, please capable to pay hight prefer to go. Nurses co-opearative, Dr also more prefer unwanted Test, Expenses going very high.

Waiting since 12 pm took appointed on call in the morning and still waiting since 3 hours. Also was never informed regarding token system plis 150₹ just for a file folder understand the operational charge but this is too much.

Dr sandeep kadian, Is a senior doctor and also a very busy person, as he has lots of visitors to meet daily in opd.
Without even discussion in detail about the problems, no enquiries about eating habits, no details asked about bowels movement, frequency and temperature, fever timings, sleeping patterns, have suggested for covid rtpcr, dengue, malaria, cbc, HBAC1 and all test.

Most important is that I am having none of the symptoms that require above tests.

Normally doctors enquire about problems and then give prescription for required test.

This way he is more of an astrologer than a doctor.

Doctor Deepali is well experienced and knowledgble but the billing department is chor they will fool you like anything they charge you as per the insurance Csec operation will charge different as per your insurance.

I had future generali and a fellow patient had vidal bcoz of which my wife treatment was for 1.22lac and my fellow patients wife trearment was for 95 K.

When you ask them About the break up of the charge they will not provide you the same.

Number one looting. They get you admitted without proper reasons and start doing all tests. Once you are admitted, all the rates are trible or 4 times. Staff is worse except few. You will get more care from house keeping than nurses. Billing personal will kill you if you are cured. No proper management. It is a mess hospital. Never go hearing the name. It is for you to attract.

Dr. Divya Nair (Palava Phase 2) is very polite and cooperative but they have pathetic administration. People on reception behave like they are doing favour on us by proving their service. Very very very rude staff. I had gone to give my blood sample and nurse in front of me was talking on video call with her family while taking my sample. Horrible! You don't get polite answers here. I hade to call reception 3 times to know my results of Antigent tests as well they just disconnected call saying 'hospital me ake leke jao na call pe kyu janana hai? ' I was like it's for Covid what if it's positive if I have to collect it physically from reception. Very disppointed.

It is very bad experience with Aiims hospital. Staff is very rude especially onco front desk. Which people are coming to hospital and specially in onco they already frustrated. Be polite with them.
They are taking money first but forgot to give receipt. I highly recommend do not go in Aiim hospital Dombiwali.

There is no management for OPD. Each and every appointment staff will give preference to their relatives. It's worst management.

Don't ever take appointment of Dr. Sandeep Kadian. He never listen your problem and starts giving medicines and seems rude.
