Repeated delays without proper explanation and frequently changing flight times made precious time terrible

Take Air India if you like to get harrassed, they change flight timings and itinerary at will and lack common sense

I am very disopoint with air india always delay flight and cancel flight any time without informing us

Pathetic Service by Airindia.does not able to handle to customer request.no online service full depednacy on customer care support and they not understing the request at all. Too much of waiting in the call and no fruitfull result.

Most pathetcic service i have ever seen. Cancelled flight at any moment and it's been 8 months they have not refund the amount. Everytime you called they have same answer i am taking your complaint and initiating refund process.

Not even deserve one star.so bad service.don't book ticket by air india they will not give you refund.fraud people.jst give you excuses for returning back your money.

Willingly Took off without any of the passengers baggage.
