Absolutely fraudulent! Please don’t fall pray for their false promises…. Once you pay them the assigned person just disappears…. No reply… no call backs… I just lost a big amount for airfare because of their absolutely fraudulent commitments….

I booked a car for 100 kms/ 10 hours.
Our driver was new in Mumbai. This was his 3 rd day to work. The driver had no clue where he was driving. He was good in driving but he could not read or talk in Hindi. We had unnecessary traveled atheist 30 kms and every now and then stop and had to asked public. We live in Europe.
They should not have given such driver to Us.
Be careful before you book the car or take another company.

Agency is a fraud. They charge you fees initially delay your process deliberately and then again ask for extra money for fast processing. Stay away from this scam. All the good reviews must be paid I believe

Worst experience, i suggest dont spoil your vacatin with akbar travels services, representative mr wahib mistry told me for my Singapore package city tour is included in my package after landing over there i found its not provided by them, i called mr wahib for clarification he told at end of 5 day they will take us for city tour but unfortunately on 5th day he clearly told me you have to payextra 5500 rs for that, and they spoiled our vacation and now i decided to file complain against them because i have prrof of that what they comoted to me and how they responded me on my WhatsApp today i am goinf to file complain.
