Excellent SERVICE. Got low fare tickets with the help of Mr Ahmed on Monday 17/10/2022 for my relatives from Kanpur to Mumbai. Mr Ahmed was available to help us at mid night on phone. 10/10 to him and to akbar travels.

I would say excellent customer service to plan the travel and Holiday, Specially Ahmed who help me to book the flights and package on budgeted price, always support booking during emergency time. Over all good experience and Recommended.

I am overwhelmed with the services and giving me pocket saving facility by Akbar travels vashi branch specially Qureshi sir.

They try to hide facts and cheat on customers, only intention is to take as much money as possible from the customers.
This is regarding the Dubai/UAE visa
They lied to me that Ok to board is mandatory and charged me 2500 INR per ticket.
Another lie they said was even If am a resident of Europe I need seperate visa for Dubai.
In both of the above cases they grabbed as much money as they could.
Here is a little story behind it. Sunday the airline was closed so I could not confirm with airlines if OK TO BOARD is required. When I called akbar travels they scared me that I will not be able to travel without OK TO BOARD and made me pay 2500 INR per person. When all the other travel agents charge you around 1000 INR.
And the next day when I got in touch with airlines they mentioned OK TO BOARD was not required.and another instant they tried to cheat me, if a person is a resident of a European country, a visa on arrival is sufficient. Akbar travels lied to me that I am not eligible for VISA on arrival.

Mr. Pratik pande is such a rude and mannerless person he does not have etiquette to speak
Guys if ur planning for the trip kindly don't take support of this person very proudly person and attitude is High.

Guys please choose other travel partner but not them.

Most of the travel consultant does not have a proper knowledge of travel restrictions for Covid at the passenger's destination. They simply just send an email to the embassy and wait for reply, wasting time of passengers. If a passenger has an urgency and such delays lead to price rise in the ticket. Overall it seems these guys are not customer oriented they give maximum benefit to Airlines. I haven't got solution from Thane branch. Instead wasted my time. Worst customer service.

I booked my air tickets for my family and Akbar travels got me a good deal.
The only issue it on a later date in these trying times i tried to contact them through Phone or email and just could not get through. Even sending the reminders was futile.

On that basis I woukd like to rate it 3/5.

Not really good.people at the counter when we aporoach them they show as if they are very buzy.dont know r they really buzy or act buzy
