I have been booking tickets to Bangalore from Ambar since last 10-12 years.and never found any issue.they employees are well versed, soft-spoken and understanding during the booking process. I prefer going to them instead of any other facilitator.

Worst and fake service, took and confirmed ticket for a location in Goa but when travelled bus didn't had that stop and dropped us many miles before our destination. After discussion with amber guys there was no and no compensation.
NEVER BOOK FROM THEM!

Overall Ambar Travels service is excellent.

We waited our bus for hours, and the service was not very good they were a bit rude actually. I don't recommend it

I traveled from vashi to Ahmadabad and I booked multi axel Volvo but when I enter the Volvo that facilitates are very worst

Very prompt service and helps in getting tickets even at the last minute be it bus or train tickets.

Having very nice experience and services provided by amber travels. Always prefer amber travels for short and long journey and vacation nd enjoyyyyyyyy. Thank you guys
