Had a disappointing experience with this travels agency. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out to them and request a quotation for a trip, they did not respond at all. This lack of communication left me frustrated and uncertain about their professionalism. It's essential for any travel agency to be responsive and provide timely information to potential customers. Unfortunately, this Ambica tours and travels failed in that regard, and I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Bang average. Professional communication, not so professional work - Driver didn't turn on AC unless told to; Lazy in showing places; Talking continuously on the phone; Asked money for parking even after package included everything.

We have had an excellent trip to Kaziranga National Park. It was one of our best trip in recent times. This was our first trip with "Ambica Tours" and we all, especially my parents, are very happy with the way it was organised.
I would like to thank "Ambica Tours and Team" and especially Datta sir for helping organize this trip for us very efficiently.we are happy and would like to do more trips with Ambica Tours in the future.

Poor quality of service. Mr. Datta himself wasnt much supportive and didn't made proper arrangements. After completion of booking no acknowledgements were given by him even upon asking him more than thrice. Once they recieve payment they slow down to look into your package.

This feedback is for Mr. Datta Tak and team Ambica for their fantastic services provided to us during our recent vacation at Hyderabad.
This all started through a phone call with Mr. Tak Sir (he is also a family member to us) who carefully noted down our expectations, dates and most importantly budget before reverting back with destination options which made our life easy in making the selection/ choices of destination.
Once the destination was finalized, we're told to rest assured and Team Ambica took care of the remaining procedural tasks which includes travel tickets, in-transit meal (Veg/Non-veg), Hotel Accommodation, Vehicle for pickup - drop and our day to day travel itinerary which has the customized location visits as shortlisted by us.
Two days prior to our travel, we received the hard copy of our tickets and travel Vouchers plus our tour itinerary details through courier and a follow-up communication from team Ambica to ensure if we are all set to begin this beautiful year end vacation to explore new destination.
Throughout our tour, team Ambica was keeping a check to ensure if we are being provided with the services they committed to ensure no gaps left in their commitment which has really impressed every single member in the family and each of them had applauded Mr. Tak Sir and his team.
Facilities provided at Hyderabad were up to the expectations and the Vehicle plus Driver were instructed so appropriately that it doesn't needed to pass any instructions to him.they ensured the chosen travel locations are covered as per the scheduled plan and also took us to the places where we can taste and enjoy Authentic Hyderabadi Cousins.
All in all it was a fabulous time we had during our recent vacation at Hyderabad and everyone including kids and elders were super happy with the tour planning and execution by team Ambica.

Unprofessional staff. Unreasonable rates. Charge a lot of money for even the most basic of bookings

Had a very bad experience recently when I had to cancel an air reservation, but the staff charged a very high amount for basically doing no work. Unreasonable rates. Rude staff. Do not bother to book your tickets from here.

Our honeymoon was wonderful! This was our first all-inclusive trip so we had never experienced anything like it before. Being waited on constantly is honestly a little different for us, but it was a great experience. We enjoyed our time together and started out our marriage with very positive vibes.

Time management was absolutely bad. They should have conveyed arrival timing of bus. I had to wait for almost three hours standing on the road. Did not expect this from any travel services. Moreover, the co-ordinator was telling me it's my job to co-ordinate and not his. Really disappointed with the services.

Very bad and unpleasant experience and this company and the owner did not refund for my cancelled trip. The owner Mr Datta Tak denied to refund the amount and asks me to use this as credit for my next trip which is not feasible as I live overseas. I can not come to India whenever I want. I don't recommend this agent and the company. Bad service and doesn't value customers.

This is the best travel agency in Nashik. Two months back, we needed a car for a our trip to Aurangabad from Nashik. When contacted to Ambica Travels, the owner came so helpful and so kind that he managed everything for our trip of Aurangabad. The driver was also good. And the car which came for us was brand new car. Totally impressed with the service.
