Overhyped place. While it is a good option for the college nearby but not worth making a detour or stop. Basic food and have had better at other places.

Amazing food! But costly with no service! And yes we have to be in queue to get a token & then food! (Street food!)

This place is easily accessible and one can stand by their vehicles nearby while they wait. As the queue is long because of the popularity of the eatery. They offer a variety of Vada pav, Dossa, Sandwiches, rolls, Frankie, and beverages. Food preparations look reasonably hygenic. They offer take away option as well as ready to eat.

It lives up to its hype for the most part. The frankie is pretty good, and fusion Vada pavs are something to try if you're bored of eating the same old vada pav everywhere

Extremely busy whenever you go.food is good but the experience of pymt and getting your order ruins it.the beggars add to the chaos and there is a risk of getting robbed while you are trying to get the attention of the guy taking your order

Sooo one of my favorite place to go for some of the delicious food in vile parle. CAUTION: SUNDAYS ARE HOUSEFUL HERE️ Actually the whole day people come here to eat some special dishes which are served by them. The best thing the food is made infront of your eyes with care. The best things to eat are there variety of dosa and sandwiches. Also try different varieties of franky. If you do not want to eat heavy than must try there butter vada pav, So people the place never disappoints must try.

One of the best vadapav on Mumbai Street. Other food items are also good. As it is a street food joint you can't think about ambiance and hygiene. But taste is really good. We ordered Cheese veg sandwich, vadapav, strawberry shake, chocolate shake, Ginnie dosa, cheese dosa and Plain dosa. Every thing was tasty.

The most sought for Street food for collegians is at road where NM College, Mithaivai College and other institute of SVKM is located. And why not? This area has students from all over three country. At Anand Vada Pav, you will get Maharashtrian Vada Pav with three Chutnies on Butter Laden pav. You can also relish Sandwiches and Dosas.

The best place for eating vada pav, dosa, sandwich! Absolutely love the gini dosa and veg chesse grill sandwich! Get a parking spot can be difficult but u can park close by and just walk it up! Usually open till 11 pm at night! Don't miss the mojito to go along with the dosa!

Best local stall for dosa and vada Pav. Though one word of caution, this place is always crowded and not an ideal place to visit during covid

Always awesome taste. Came here after 5 years, and it's still as good. All dishes are superb, but I personally think Schezwan Paneer masala dosa and butter sada dosa are must try! And ofcourse the Vadapav!

The Mithibai Vadapau stall this is. Awesome Vada was served, fresh & spicy. But to my surprise the Dosas were even better which I didn't expected. Nice little place where you mostly can get a road side parking & ofcourse once a while TV celebrities as we catch one. The thing i mossed was green chilly which i think if served with Vada pau than it will be a deadly combination. With dosa, we gets chatnis only but those were morethan enough to satisfy your dosa cravings. Crisp dosas were served. I think i will never miss a visit whenever im in that zone.

I had Schezwan Grilled Vadapav here, it wasn't good as compared to other places.
I have even tried Gini dosa and Chinese frankie here they are totally worth it.
This place is best if you want varieties in food.

Totally overhyped place. It's because all these rich kids go to mithibai, nmims and they haven't seen what real street food is like. It's also overpriced alot. You can have a sub from subway and make your tummy full rather than having dosas costing 200-250 rs. Taste wise it's average and not sooo tasty like these people say but if you have tasted real street foods like real vada pavs and dosas then I bet you will find these place overhyped too. Beleive me I had hear about their vada pavs from my school time but when I went there in my JC it was like I have been fooled with those vada pavs and Frankies. I still prefer real street foods which is definitely not what Anand sta is. GoodLuck!

Beggars humiliation is very much with no digital payments being accepted although hygiene is also expected for the road side eaters.

Variety of vadapav. I ate butter vadapav and it was awesome. Will definitely try something new next time.

Tasty dosas, sandwiches and vada pav. I found vada pav expensive, 25 Rs.for one. They follow a token system and traffic noise is prominent. No washroom nearby. Parking can be done on the road side.

This place is just amazing! I was in mumbai for a week and made sure I atleast went there twice. I wish I had more time I would definitely go there again. It's always crowded. This is much before COVID. So I am just glad I went there before all this happened. Anyone going to Mumbai must definitely visit this place.

Butter vada pav! I have been eating since 1988 when I studied in Mithibai college. The taste is the same. Highly recommend trying it while going past this stall.

You ll find a number of varieties here, its a street food but the quality and the taste is just delicious you ll never feel you are having from any less than a reputed cafe.

Over hyped dosa and over priced. Just the cheese on top makes u feels delight but the taste is not as before.

Must try for variety of dosas. So much on their dosa fillings menu. Yummy vada pav. This is small place but very happening place opposite to Narsee. Lot more on menu other then dosa, sandwich vadapav. You can say it Mumbai Street food.

Overhyped place. The only reason it is popular amongst Mumbaikars is that it remains open till late. Otherwise the quality is substandard. They use margarine in Vada pao. Such restaurant with a name should use some good quality butter.

This place has gain much fame due to its various types of Dosas, frankies, Vada Pav, Sandwiches etc.
We had try their Special Paneer Chilly Dosa (Prepared with red chilly gravy with vegetables, masalas and Paneer cubes, on dosa and served separately).
The price is comparatively higher as compared to quality and quantity. As we had eaten similar kind of dosas with similar taste at other dosa Stalls. May be due to popularity the price is on higher side.

Hygiene is not well maintained

Originally, the place got famous for its butter vada pav. Now it's famous for the variety of vada pav and dosas. The vada pavs are different than what you normally get on the streets. The chutneys make the taste unique. If one wants to experience a little different vada pavs, whether it is simple butter or grilled, shezwan etc, then it's a must try once

I just love Anand stall it's been ages I have been visiting here. Should try the taste and quality is just the best.

This place, right opposite the Mithibai college serves amazing Vada Pavs. The dosa counter, set up next to the main stall will serve you mouth watering dosas of different tastes. This place attracts college trendy crowd and is one of the must places to be eaten at in Mumbai. Service here is quick and eating along the road side offers its own charm. Do visit the place.

The dosas here are really tasty but slightly over-rated. You will find equally good dosas many other places at lower prices.

The best place to taste the street food of Mumbai. Famous for vada pav's and Dosa. Rates are slightly expensive comparing to other street food but it's totally worth the delicious food. I would recommend you Panner chilli dosa, it's super tasty.

Ordered the all famous jini dosa and must say wasn't at all disappointed with it! Excellent street food option near mithibai. Do not miss it if you in or around juhu.
