Check in was seamless, the room clean and the host welcoming! I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. To top it off, the price was affordable. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

The flat is in one of the prime locations in Mumbai. The flat was perfect as it seemed online, very tidy, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Ajay has been the most welcoming host and provided us with the information we needed. Ajay has excellent restaurant recommendations and it was of great help. I was here for 15days and the flat actually felt like home. Caretakers Umesh and Vishal are very sincere and well trained for there assigned work.
Without any doubt have a pleasant stay here in Mumbai City Centre Apartment.

Wow it's just a great hotel as i spends 2 days it just a fabulous experience.the service the nature all over location is absolutely five star.

Rooms are really good and within budget. Near to Siddhivinayak temple. If anyone is planning to go there possibly can try to stay here. Rooms are clean. But since there are limited rooms should book prior.

AjayR as host was amazing in communication over call and in person too. He gave perfect direction to his apartment without any confusions and the place was comfortable, neat and tidy. There is kitchen to cook yourself or there is a cook who can get you tasty food. Me and mom stayed there for 2 weeks and we had no problem. This place is highly recommended for comfortable stay.

Had a great stay. Great location. Helpful owner. He helped us in getting an early check in. He also allowed us to make tea in his kitchen. Rooms were clean and spacious. The owner provides all the requisite stuff and facility that is available in a good hotel like refrigerator, electric kettle, mineral water, etc.

The room was clean and homely. The surrounding was calm. All shops and cafes are nearby. The host is helpful. He provided a good information regarding the nearby places. In future, I will definitely prefer this stay and would recommend it to friends.
The check in procedure could have been simpler. These days many facilities provide paperless check-in. It will be good if we have a paperless check-in with this facility as well

One of the best stay I’ve ever had and especially in Mumbai where you have to pay a premium to get anything decent enough, here Ajay provides you with everything you’d ever need, checks every box, be it amazing rooms, the housekeeping, he is always available if we require any assistance and gives the best solution. In one word, exceptional.

The room was more than we expected. It was stocked with much necessary stuff to make coffee and tea. Had a fridge to keep stuff cool. We choose this because it had a washing maching and a fully stocked kitchen. Swiggy or zomato are available at door step and no need to carry too many clothes. My 2 kids enjoyed mumbai and we were able to commute from this place very easily. Ajay was a splendid host and provided a list of places to visit with kids.

The stay was hassle-free and comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for a better place. The host made sure to place utmost importance in the residents’ comfort and went out of their way to provide additional services like food recommendations. The place is fully furnished with spacious rooms and modern appliances. You will want for nothing! The Mahim Beach and the Shivaji Park are very close to the property.

The rooms were immaculate, the host was beyond helpful. When in Mumbai, we will be staying with him again.

मैं अपने भाई के इलाज के सिलसिले मैं अजय जी के फ्लैट में 16 दिन तक रुका। अजय जी द्वारा फ्लेट में प्रदान की गयी सुविधाये बिल्कुल घर जैसी है।एकदम वाजिब दाम पर इतना साफ सुथरा और सर्वसुविधायुक्त फ्लेट हमे मुम्बई में मिल जाएगा इसकी हमने कल्पना नही की थी।अजय जी का व्यवहार, बोलीचाली, सहयोग बहुत ही आत्मीयता पूर्ण है। यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए इनके द्वारा दिल खोलकर पैसा खर्च किया जाता है।

3.) If u reside here then u can also use the kitchen that is common for all it will save your money, u can make tea, coffee etc any time.

4.) Like 4-5 star hotel rooms these flat rooms are very hygienic, soaps, cotton towels etc are provided by the owner.

5.) Flat building is near the main market & peaceful environment.

6.) Building is near hinduja hospital.

7.) All rooms are AC rooms.

8.) 24 × 7 free wifi facility available.

I've stopped at the Apartment with my husband on multiple occasions, when travelling from / to Europe as the location is close drive to the airport. Over last years I had chance to stay in each of the rooms in the apartment. The owner did a tremendous job upgrading the rooms to very good level of standard and comfort. He was very helpful and courteous on every occasion.

Since several years, when we came to Mumbai we stayed every time at Mumbai city centre appartement. Every time we were very pleased and satistfied because of the pleasant and silent athmosphere and the hospitality of the wonderful owner Ajay. In April 2020 we want to book again for our yearly trip with our two kids again. We tryed to book a room again, but now, for foreigners is n't possilble. We asked why? The appartments owner told us about the problems with one of his neighbour. It seems that he is jealous for AJ's hospitality. We asked us, does the neighbour hate foreigners, or is he just a rassist? We can not acceppt such a behaviour of that stubborn man. We and other Mumbain loving foreign travellers want to spent time in the save and calm and confident and quiete Mumbai City Appartement again.

Awesome apartment at an excellent location. Here you get a well-furnished apartment with spacious rooms, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi & housekeeping. The rooms are well equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker and television. Common spaces include access to well-stocked kitchen and laundry on site. There is also a caretaker available on call for any help. You get the luxuries of the hotel with the comfort of the home. I would also like to mention that the apartment feels safe and convenient. There are plenty of restaurants within a radius of a kilometre with ample choices. This place is also convenient for seeking medical treatment at Hinduja hospital. We have stayed twice at this place to stay close to the hospital and were able to take care of everything. The host is very accommodating, flexible and always ready to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend this place to all sets of travellers!

Apartment was very clean and cozy. Had all the necessaries for a few nights stay. Very comfortable mattress and bed sheets changed everyday. Felt so like home!

I have stayed here for more than 6 months. The facility is a top class facility with almost 3star to 4star Hotel kind of Facility and ambience.
The owner is a very Friendly and Cordial person who takes genuine care of the guests. The housekeeping and cleanliness is also impeccable. The place is under digital surveillance so feels safe as well.
It is a pleasure to stay in this place. Centrally located with wonderful food joints nearby.
I would recommend totally to stay without any doubt.

Being extremely accessible from Hinduja my worry of frequently visiting hospital from far away places transport and traffic with rains was gone. Very thoughtful person and over the years has really looked into all the point of view of a homely stay of the guest. Well maintained and clean apartment. Approachable owner, patient and quiet considerate to timely changes of bookings.
Very lucky to find a place like this in the time of need takes away half of your stress of not been home. Most important it is worth the money.
