I have been coming to apollo navi mumbai since 2019 for my dialysis and so far I have had an excellent experience with them.the technicians, nurses, brother all are well versed with their job.the machines are well maintained and so is the hygiene. Overall I am a satisfied customer of their.keep up the good work

Their appointment scheduling system is broken. In the past one month, 3 of my appointments didn’t happen because of it.

1. The first time I booked an obgyn appointment & got a cancellation message & call to reschedule the appointment- this was fine

2. My rescheduled appointment got cancelled, I got cancellation message one night before. Since I couldn’t wait any longer for the appointment, I scheduled on the same day with another obgyn doc, when I got to the clinic I got to know that my original obgyn doctor was present in the hospital and the staff weren’t sure why the appointment got cancelled. I then had to rebook appointment with the doc & wait for 2-3 hrs since I got a later slot.

3. The third time, I booked appointment through call, got confirmation message but when I reached the hospital, the staff informed me that the doctor isn’t in today - I had received no cancellation message either.

@IT team / whoever responsible for the appointment scheduling system - please take note.

On a side note, the doctors at Apollo are the best!

My son named Dhaval Kothary is a patient admitted under Dr. Bharat Agarwal. I Mr. Pravin Kothary attendant of patient left my mobile phone in the restroom of emergency admission area. I informed nursing staff to give call on my number and my call answered by emergency security staff Mr. Rahul Suralkar. He informed me to collect the phone from the security cabin. This emergency department just saved my life when I arrived here with massive heart attack. I m indebted to the Doctors and staff for such prompt action which gave me a second life. I wud recommend everyone to come here during emergency!

Dr. Amolkumar Patil is best robotic urologist surgeon in Navi Mumbai. My wife was suffering from leakage of urine from ureter during Uterus removal operation. She was admitted in Apollo Hospital in emergency. But he guided and supported us very nicely through out the treatment and procedure. He, very kindly, explained us all possibilities of results during treatment in-detail. He supported and guided us well post-treatment when we needed. When he visits the patient, his fresh face is a half-cure to the patient. Dr. Amolkumar Patil was very thorough and supportive in my wife's treatment, caring for her well-being even through his tight & busy schedule.

I visited Apollo hospitals for health checkup and here helth checkup department is well managed and staff treats you very well.

Refused to allow me entry to the pharmacy only to get bandages, my wife had to go in alone in my behalf even though I needed them due to some 1 person rule, and the staff not speaking English or Marathi.

I was a patient here and the services were on time and with efficiency. The food was good but it takes atleast 45 mins to 1 hour for the food ordered to come.

Not good experience. Not on time service or help delay lot's off work apointment take but 1 to 2 hours wait dr RAVINDRA NIKALJYE know your time important so respect other also LOTS People come from far from hospital

I had bad experience.i admited my daughter because of fever I received 1,78,000/- bill after 8days.doctor visit charges 5000 per day.admin dept never tell us our day to day expenses.u can't calculet ur bill will be? After descharged u will be in shocked.no body knows about any queries.some nurses are less experienced.if u have mediclaim then u ll take whole day for descharged which is very bad.

It looks less hospital more like a private company. Whose administration is poor, weak and disgusting. Nobody is on time. I have wait for 5 hours after my billing was done to get discharge. They send attendee only floor to floor to get the confirmation on billing. Will never recommend it.

All staff and doctors are too good and friendly in nature and Doctors are well qualified and gives best treatment in their speciality

Apollo is the best hospital in navi mumbai. The staff over there is super cooperative and polite except TPA department staff. Specially the security person who sits in ICU named Mr. Chandrakant Pandit he is the best and he is so polite security member i have came across. He always asks for the pateints health from the attendant. Which gives so positive energy to attendant of the patient. Every department needs such gem of a person.

Medical staff and Housekeeping team is very cooperative. They take very good care of patient and hygiene is also maintained very well. Foot massage is given for relaxation by housekeeping team whenever needed.

Had gone for my wife's delivery. Dr Vandana Gawdi is very good. Very caring. She gives time and addresses each and every concern. No unwanted medicines. Always gives preference to normal delivery. 3rd baby in our family delivered by her. Highly recommended doctor. 5 star for Dr Vandana Gawdi.

About the hospital, the staff in the labour ward are very good. Highly trained and very helpful.
They made the whole delivery process stress free.
Once shifted to the IPD ward, initially faced issues with housekeeping in the ward but were resolved later. The nursing staff in the ward are not very quick in responding to your call. The nurse call buzzer keeps ringing but the earliest you can expect someone to come and attend is 15 minutes to say the least. A quicker response is expected from the nursing station. At times I had to go personally to the nursing station when nobody responded to the call even after 10-15 minutes.

A special mention for Nurse Suraksha. She was very caring and was always ready to help. Didn't face any issues while she was on duty. Need more such nurses in the hospital.

Overall the experience was good. But definitely improvement is expected.

This review is specifically for the security staff and not the hospital.
I had lost my wallet and they helped me find it. The chief of security and Gajanan were very courteous and helpful.

Had taken appointed on 09-Aug-2021 for 19-August-2021 09: 30am over the phone had also visited on 10-August-2021 and had confirmed the appointment for 19-August. So Today when I visited the hospital they said I don't have an appointment. Really Apollo your hospital standards have degraded

I lost my Daughter Adhar card. Security guard help me to find my card. After three days Hanover to me. Thank you securty guards.

It's has great facilities and equipment for all treatments. But it's very expensive and the test process delay and make you wait inspite of giving us the time for collection of reports. If you someone inside, things are done quickly else wait in the queue for a long time.

Overall experience was fine, medical services, housekeeping, security services were good in particular at waiting lounge Ms Asha kamble Who took care of complete hygiene for the people and their requirements if any. Mr Ashok Sawant security head who also supported at late hours for additional support.

A very good experience. My dad was admitted in a serious condition in the ICU. The doctors and nurses did a fantastic job to give him back to me as he was in such a short time span. Thank you so much! A special mention and thanks to ICU security person Mr. Chandrakant Pandit to being very coordial and supportive towards me and my father. Felt like having a relative besides me during these tough times.

This hospital ruin your beloved one. My father-in-law admitted here since 20 days and dr in-charge is very irresponsible. Very unlucky to have come across such pathetic/money minded apprach hospital. Least brother about human life. I would say third class hospital i have ever seen. If i can then i will throw this hospital out of Maharashtra. My humble request to every one never ever prefer this hospital. All 5 star ratings are self rating by Appolo marketing staft.

The doctors are fine but the nurses are horrible. We had the worst expereince ever. My father was supposed to be transfrrd to a different hospital and we had formed for the same, one day prior. We had waited till night 10.30 pm for the procedure to be completed due to the negligence of the nurses and billing staff. The patient being in critical condition the nurses had stopped the medicines from aftrnoon itself which is inhuman behaviour. All the staff are just busy chit chatting and do not work. Would never recommend it to anybody my father was suffering that day.

I've subscribed to their bariatric package for weight loss. The science based programme helps to understand your body and helps you to lose weight in a healthy manner. All the doctors in the team are very polite and understanding. They answer all your doubts and motivate you. Also the Apollo staff is pretty helpful. Never had a bad experience in past 3 months.

Doctor's and Nurse are excellent. Hospital services is also very good. Nurse (Navdeep) stoma nurse she counselor sesion for patient. Navdeep nurse she explain how apply stoma bag. In good way to patients relatives. A very kind nurse. Saff so good in hospital. Doctor are also good.

Big & spacious & Luxurious hospital, obviously costly
Service of staff including doctors are very nice & polite, nice cafeteria.strict on their rules & regulations.
Visiting hours 11 to 1 & 5 to 7, out side foods & gifts are not allowed.
Some points are not as per their standard like.by seeing the number of the patients relative they have only one toilet in emergency building, also seating arrangements of around 15 chairs are less for all relatives which is very uncomfortable for relatives.

In the main building they have 3 lifts out of which 2 can go to top floor to visit the patient, because of that lift stops on almost each floor which take so much time.waiting time for the lift is around 5 to 7 min every time.

Nice place to body checkup and staff was supportive.

I reached hospital in time, supporting staff welcomed and procedure started immediately and all tests done within in time frame.

It is an bloody money sucking hospital, if any body walks in they will make them go out in stretcher. I went for general health check up and they recommended all sorts of tests over the health package, and thankfully all the tests turned out to be negative. I can imagine myself going out on structure if one of the test turns out to be positive. Luckily ran out and escaped from this hospital.
More over they recommend only the most expensive medicines available in the market, even when there is an alternative cheaper medicine in their own pharmacy.
A big NO for anybody who wants to get treated in this hospital.

I did my surgery in this Hospital. Overall it's Good but the major concern is the services which you get from the hospital. They don't have proper management of what needs to be given to the patient after surgery there food service, nursing service and house keeping service is very slow in response. If you want something we have to tell them before 45mins then you will get it which is very irritating for patients who are in pain and made to wait With no other option.

It was excellent experience especially with Mrs Jays parira who was very helpful and courteous in making us comfortably and getting checkups and tests dine as fast as possible.

Well organised. Rest room hygiene must be improved. There should not be any parking charges for company health checkup packages. Variety of breakfast need improvement.

If you book appointment for any specialist as per better choice with extra cost the physician will be referred you to others to visit.
It happened only in Apollo.

Hopeless staff, uncaring doctors, and incompetent attendants. The nurse who tended to my abraded knee had to try three times to get the dressing right, while two doctors were just roaming around, avoiding eye contact with me when I asked them to do it properly instead.
I had to spend an hour in there just so Apollo could charge me around 800 bucks for occupying their bed apparently. And for the entire hour, I was hooked to the pulse measuring thingy. It was clear my pulse and blood pressure were normal, yet no one was ready to let me go. Idiots.

Clean, hygienic and prompt service. Food quality was not good and needs improvement. Fresh juice should be served rather than pre packed ones with preservatives.

I wonder if it is really a hospital. The intention of doctors and staff working here is only to make money from every patient walking inside. Just for a case of disentry they gave us a quote of 45000/- which was absolutely not required. Patient was absolutely fine immediately after the IV was finished. Thankfully we consulted another doctor through phone and he just told us to walk out from the emergency ward just take the patient home. Reception staff was very arrogant. Funniest part is the price list of rooms which they share with every patients family members.once should just visit only to see the price list available at reception. 2 Young doctors were simply mingling with each other's as if they are in lover's park. Not bothered about patients around which seems very unprofessional. Worst Hospital I Have Ever Been To. Just Big Names!

Terrible experience.
A most disappointing experience at Apollo hospital belapur. We were trying to check the status of certain reports, both from the reception as well as the depatch unit to fix an urgent appointment with the doctor. The reception thrice kept us waiting and then disconnected. No one responded to my tell calls

Not good number of staff to attend patients
And those who are on duty maybe are paid less or are made to sit on gun point
Empathy is too much to expect, you would be lucky if they manage to do justice to their own work.

I have hospitalized my mother and wife in this hospital for bone fracture which is treated by Dr. Sanjay Dhar and for gall bladder operation by Dr. Salin Dube. Both Doctors are brilliant and a great human being. They have given personal attention and human touch, which make us very comfortable and confidence.
Amenities in hospital are best and in Hospital available in Navi Mumbai.

They loot /robe you. Better to go for municipality hospital for simple things.
Or any other hospital.

The support from Hospital is poor.in case of emergency doctor is not supportive over the call.they are asking to come to emergency department when query can be solved on phone.hardly 5 mins is required. I had taken my mother for consultation with Dr Ram Chaddha, spine surgeon. The doctor clearly diagnosed the problem and gave a proper plan of treatment. Nice facility & good Doctors.
