Everything was good except hotel in Mecca, No room service even once, dirty bedsheets, which no once changed even after complain.some even had mites

Alhamdulillah the experience was really good, I'm satisfied with the services and the hotels as well as with food, the managers were always there for help and the staff was also very nice. Impressed with Arabia Originals.

So looking at the reviews and promises made from the tour people we went ahead, but unfortunately that was bad decision indeed. So we were just around 40 people from Arabia Original, Pune and all decent enough crowd. But these people merged other two groups (rural) with us which went to like 120 people with such a small dining place. The food used to finish in half an hour and the quality and taste was not good. Also the rooms provided were not as promised. The photos showed were not close to the room provided very unhygienic room condition specifically in makkah. So, please before booking make sure and ask are they merging people with you. Because the inconvenience will be caused to you and they will earn their share of commission or profits.

Overall management is okay but Hotel rooms are not comfortable (no windows) in makkah. Madina services are not so good.

Travelled with Arabia tours in December with my family and kids. The tour went as per plan. The service was very good and cost effective option for the facilities offered. The staff is very friendly especially Tariq, Shakeel et al. Faizan bhai is accessible all the time and always tries his best to serve people. Overall a pleasing experience and definitely recommend Arabia tours.

I have hear about this agency a alot and after completing the trip I realized the hype was indeed real. They took care of everything from hotels, food, ziyarat, riyazul jannah slot booking (for ladies) to zam-zam distribution.
I stayed in Azka Al Safa (Macca) and rooms were in good condition, there Murtuja bhai was very polite and helpful. The food was very decent like indian ghar ka khana and we never had upset stomach in our whole trip.
The laundry service under Arabia originals is also decent, you need to drop the laundary and you will get fresh one on the next day (free of cost).
Faizan bhai was also very helpful and always available on whatsapp to resolve your problem. Overall I will rate 9 out of 10 and inshallah we will chose Arabia Originals for our next Umrah/ Hajj trip.

As salaam alaikum I have one of the best experience with Arabia Original for Umrah they are excellent in Visa processing they got my Visa in 3 hrs on the day of my departure their was delay in getting my passport it is a miracle which I will not forget in life accommodation is excellent and very near to Haram food in Mecca is expected because of Kitchen facility but in Madinah food is catered from outside that is the reason for somewhat little cold food but still not bad I fully recommend to travel by Arabia Original for Umrah and Haj Allah Hafiz Afzal Kazi
