गेले वर्षभर मुळव्याधीचा त्रास सहन करुन मी कंटाळून गेले होते. दवाखान्यात जाणं म्हणजे मनात एक अनामिक भीती वाटायची. पण विहिणबाईंच्या सांगण्यावरुन मी त्यांच्यासोबत अॕस्टर आधार मध्ये तपासणीसाठी आले. डॉ. एम्. एस्, कुलकर्णी सर यांनी OPD ची वेळ संपली होती तरी मला तपासले. तपासताच छोटसं लेजरद्वारे आॉपरेशन करायला हवं म्हणून सांगितले. कोणत्याही सोपस्काराची, साधनांची हाताळणी न करता आपल्या इतक्या वर्षाच्या वैद्यकीय अनुभवातून त्यांनी निदान केले आणि तिथेच माझा त्यांच्या उपचारावर विश्वास बसला. ठरलेल्या दिवशी मला अॕडमिट करुन घेतलं. आधी कोणत्याही टेस्टचे अवडंबर माजवले नाही. बल्ड रिपोर्ट आणि ECG एवढंच स्टाफला सांगून बाकी सर्व सोपस्कार पार पाडले. शस्त्रक्रिया विभागात सज्ज असलेल्या स्टाफने धीर देत, भूल दिली. आणि पंधरा मिनिटात पेशंटला विश्वासात घेत शस्त्रक्रिया पार पाडली. अतिदक्षता विभाग ते स्पेशल रुम पर्यंत पेशंटला आणेपर्यंत डॉक्टर, सहाय्यक डॉक्टर, नर्स, सिस्टर, ब्रदर, वॉर्डबॉय सारेजण पेशंट आपलेच आहे या भावनेने काळजी घेत होते. प्रत्येकाच्या चेहऱ्यावर स्मितहास्य आणि रुग्णाबद्दल आपुलकी यामुळे मी स्वतः दवाखान्यात आहे. हे विसरुनच गेले होते.
रुममध्येही शिफ्ट केल्यानंतर बी. पी. चेक करणे, वेळच्या वेळी औषधं देणं, मलमपट्टी करणं. गरम पाण्याचा शेक देणं सारी सेवासुश्रुषा आईच्या मायेने केली जात होती. जणू माहेरपणाला आल्याचा अनुभव येत होता. सकाळी लवकर येऊन रुग्णाला प्रसन्नतेने Good morning म्हणणं, कशा आहात म्हणून आत्मियतेने चौकशी करणारे इथे सारेच भेटले. जेवण, चहा, नाष्टा अगदी पेशंटचे पथ्य सांभाळत दिला जात होता. बेड, बाथरुम, टॉयलेट, रुम इतकेच काय जेवणाचे टी- पॉय यांचीही रोजच्या रोज स्वच्छता केली जात होती. ती ही कोणतीही चिडचिड न करता. नातेवाईकांना वाईट न बोलता! उलट सर्वांशी अगदी आदराने वागणारा इथला सर्व नर्सिंग स्टाफ वाटला. रुगणाला भेटण्यासाठी आलेल्या नातेवाईकांनाही तितक्याच आदराने दवाखान्याचे नियम सांगितले.
खरं तर या हॉस्पिटलमध्ये इतका मोठा स्टाफ आहे की नेमका चेहरा ओळखणे पण अवघड आहे. पण तरीही आपण रुग्णाला आधीपासून ओळखतो अशा पद्धतीने इथे रुग्णाशी वार्तालाप, संवाद साधला जातो. रुग्ण औषधापेक्षा मायेच्या चार शब्दाने आणि सहानुभूतीने लवकर बरा होतो. आणि नेमकं हेच काम अॕस्टर आधार करतं यात वादच नाही. नावाप्रमाणेच रुग्णाचा आधार. अॕस्टर आधार!

सर्व सुविधायुक्त अद्ययावत हॉस्पिटल. पण याचे बिल खूप जास्त असते इतर हॉस्पिटल पेक्षा.
मोठ्ठा परिसर आहे पण पार्किंग ची व्यवस्था ठीक वाटली नाही एवढं मोठं हॉस्पिटल असून.

This review is about my father's treatment for covid from 27th Dec 2021 to 3rd Jan 2022. Dr. Ajay Keni was the doctor in charge who visited only 3 times during the hospitalization of 7 days, some other doctor was appointed in his absence. The doctors seem to be arrogant as when the patient complained about some pain during urination he replied saying you are admitted for a lung infection and this is none of our concerns.
Some of the nurses were good but there are many interns who are NOT well trained for injecting the saline needle properly and got my father's hand swollen.
Only get admitted if you have good health insurance as the billing is as high as other big hospitals in Pune, Mumbai. My total bill was around 1,00,000/- for 7 days twin sharing room hospitalization (2 days with oxygen) without ICU or any other operations. Some of the amazing charges are GLOVES RS. 2410/-, SWAB RS. 14/-, MASK RS. 646/-, GOWN RS. 2708/-. Which you have to pay out of your pocket as the insurance company rejects them.

My Mrs sheela Pawar age 62 underwent total knees Replacement Surgery by Expert Ortho Surgeon Dr Shailendra Navare. Surgery was successful and post surgery treatment was excellent!

Well Treatment but.
Hospitals insurance department not satisfiedly communicate to Cashless Insurance company about some billing items rejection.some billing items *not described specific by Hospital, so Cashless company reject* them.for example Equipments and Instruments OPU Charges 11000×2=22000/-
Hospital only say to patient- "Cashless company rejected this items, so pay in cash. "

Very costly than other hospitals.covid rtpcr test charges Rs 1800/- are costly than other hospitals and against of government rules.

Doctors, nurshing and housekeeping staff all are appreciable for excellent services. Special thanks to respected do. Navre sir and ortho team for my wife's operation.

Nice hospital, overall staff is suportive and mean thing is cashless mediclaim facility available.

Hospital by its maintenance is good but the main issue is the Doctors timing. Each doctor has his own timing. If u want to c 2 or 3 doctors in a days, is not possible. Either u have waste ur whole day or u have to visit another day. If it could be managed than it is a good milti specialty hospital.

Was hospitalized multiple times for Aplastic Anemia treatment. Excellent doctors. Hospital is neat and clean. While being discharged, had to wait for almost half day each time.

Best in Kolhapur vicinity. Bit pricy according to the locality.

Staff is organised. ICU staff is excellent. Outside ICU staff is okay. Few nurses behaved irresponsibly.

I am Abhinandan Patil from Sangli district I had visited this place a lots of time with family for any personal issues, but today with my brother for her issues.when I entered in the campus, there are gardens for feel good to visitor, and when I entered in hospital I feel very happy with the interior of hospital.l feel I am in heaven so high and beautiful experience. And staff also so cooperative with all patients there are various departments to opportunities in building floors and mean thing is that very clean surrounding area with all safety guidelines.
As soon as we entered the hospital we were directed by the security guards towards the reception that was centrally air conditioned. The hospital was very clean and maintained well. At the reception there was a big crowd of people. Some were seated while others remained standing in anxiety.

All services provided by hospital are best in kolhapur district.medical insurance department, doctors, sisters, rooms, canteen are best.

Best hospital in kolhapur, specially the nursing staff provides best care possible despite of their hectic duties, the diet is provided according to disease Condition which is best in hygiene, prices are high ofcourse but paying it makes relatives efforts less.

I had very good experience with this hospital. My wife was being treated prenatal and admitted here for delivery. Dr. Shilpa Joshi and Dr. Damale applied their maximum efforts and made the safe and successful normal delivery. Very good in house facilities hence it was very convinient for me to admit my child in NICU for further treatment.
The hospital doesnt make you feel like hospital.very clean, pleasant atmosphere and very good cooperative staff and doctors. Food is also good and hygienic.

The hospital offers very good treatment to the patients. Dr.ajay keni speaks positively. Their behavior is very friendly to the patients. The food is very good for the patients there. And they are provided well in time.

All facility are here. Hospital is best for all treatments. But canteen food section are not much good.

When you are here with patient you don't have to worry about the patient! Further relative's food & other arrangements are also done by the hospital.

I was admitted in the hospital for 18 days in very critical situation due to accident but I overcomed from that only because of tremendous treatment given by doctors and staff. Specially Dr. Deshmukh is very intelligent, polite and enthusiast person.

My granny's gold ornaments lost in ICU. She was in glance that time someone came took out her gold bangles. Hospital administration is neither in a helping mood nor they are ready to check cctv footage. My granny is of 90 years old she leaves my aunt who is also of 65 yrs. No body is their to take care of the further things if they go to police. Very careless administration

V admitted my dad to ICU. He was suffering with pneumonia. Bt I'm very unhappy with the nursing staff. I'm also a nurse by profession by v never neglect the clients bt n ds hospital nursing care was very poor.really Dy neglected my dad's feeds even v were not allowed to visit our dad offenly in ICU. Finally I lost my dad. Everything overed.

Hospital services are very worst. No seriousness about patients diagnosis. Dozen of test carried out. No experienced doctors team available. Treatment carried out through only fresh doctor's. Nursing staff are done activities as defined format. No daily follow up from doctors. Only good thing are clean hospital & costly services. Even though cost is beared but patient not treated properly. My father was admitted for chronic thrombosis. Doctor's (neurologist) more focused on abdomen for 11 days with only dilute diet. As they have to focus on diagnosis. I had spent 1.86 lakh rupees for treatment. Still zero progress. Lastly I had shifted my father from there.
No command by hospital management for treatment progress. I'm complainant many times.but no one have a time from money making business.very very worst hospital.

We had visited the hospital due to an emergency kidney stone operation for my husband. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the service and the treatment.

I cannot complain about their rates as we had it covered under insurance. They have a very supportive insurance desk who do not harass clients instead are willing to help them. Also their rates are justified for the cleanliness and service provided and the rates ate in par with other private hospitals.

This is so clean it does not even feel like a hospital. The staff (besides the security guard who behaved like he owned the hospital) are very cheerful, polite and helpful. The food is only veg but very very good and hygienic food.
