Extremely pathetic and lousy service took them more than half hour to book just 2 railway tickets on top of that their employee was lost inspite of telling her she booked an extra ticket and charged me for the cancellation.

Hopeless agent i booked a himachal tour from this agent from 3 june to 11 june in february and paid amount for accomodation and it was decided that amount for travelling will be paid 1 month before starting tour.meanwhile his employee with whom i communicated left the job.his owner once called me in march and ask me for some more advance money as advance towards cab booking without knowing terms of payment and when i told him to talk with your employee first he became angry and told me that i will not book the cab.after so many calls he send me details of accomodation though i made full payment in advance, then i booked cab through other travel agent, now during my tour i facing a problem due to mistake in booking accomodation (while booking accomodation he booked hotel at khajjiyar 2 nights and 1 night at amritsar and 0 night at chandigarh but it should be one night each at khajjiyar amritsar and chandigarh) but there is no provision for its redressal so today money which i have spend on booking through this agent become useless and i have to bear extra expenses on accomodation for 2 nights so please dont book any tour through this agent
