I really appreciate to Dr Arvind Pandey Sir. Hi is excellent ENT SURGEON. We got a best result. My mother was suffering from sinus problem. Dr.arvind sir has did her surgery. Now she is so happy with the result.hospital staff is so supportive. Hospital and ot is soo good. Best ENT SURGEON in Kalyan.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Pandey, who performed surgery on my left nostril instead of my right nostril. I was suffering from a deviated septum in my nose, which made it difficult to breathe through my right nostril. Despite reading many positive reviews, I decided to have the surgery at Balaji Hospital.

Before the operation, I visited the hospital for outpatient appointments, and Dr. Pandey's behavior was not good. He displayed a high level of attitude and ego. However, I chose to ignore it due to the positive reviews.

After the surgery, I realized that I still couldn't breathe properly through my right nostril. When I raised this concern with Dr. Pandey, he couldn't answer my questions satisfactorily and told me that it would take time for me to be able to breathe through both nostrils due to the surgery.

After 15 days, I noticed that there was no improvement in my breathing, and upon checking in the mirror, I discovered that my deviated septum on the right side was still the same as before. Dr. Pandey had mistakenly operated on my left nostril.

I plan to take strong legal action against the doctor with all the necessary evidence. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at Balaji Hospital. Thankfully, Dr. Pandey is not a heart specialist or orthopedic surgeon.

I came here for my eyes treatment. Today I m happy with the result of Lesic surgery. The guidence given by Dr.brahmi madam is so down to earth and give us accurate and proper information. Greedy attitude - Kept giving heavy antibiotics and made sure I come again for a couple of times

My Nani was was facing Left CSOM, (a hole in left ear-wall) she was suffering from too much ear pain and continuously fluid was flowing from the ear. Her age was 74 years then. We visited Dr. Pandey in Balaji ENT clinic and he suggested a surgery. The surgery was successful. We really had a very good experience in this hospital. We are really happy with the system and services that are maintained in hospital. Staff is so cooperative that we got homely feeling.
It's been more than a year since the surgery was done and there is absolutely no complaint from my Nani, further her hearing ability have improved substantially since the then.
