And delivery boy waited there for long time. Also delivery boy is not treated well. In the end we cancelled the order. Bas itna hi tha.abhi pizza mangvaya hey caprino se mangvaya hey. Mast service hey abhi aayega.
Very slow service waited 2 hours for order but still not received the order so I canceled the order. The also didn't treat the delivery guy well. Misbehaved with him. In mean time I ordered from caravan and had the lunch. Their service was very fast. Even there dine in service is slow always keep us waiting.
The staff are polite, professional very helpful and take care of you provide active service. Staff really good, no matter how many number of time u call them ask anything, they polite help n do the needful. . The food is delicious veg, non veg, seafood all of them. . BBQ Starters are brilliant in taste, still the staff ask you for your suggestion to more or less the spicy level or taste. . Desert, kulfi, fruit, salad, Main courses, Briyani, gravies, paratha and all each n everything u eat is good. . Full on "paisa wasool' place. . Ambience is warms and nice huge dine in place they have inside the mall. . Chat as in pani puri n all can be improved a little rest all the place is 10/10.
Great hospitality, Overall options in food items could have been wide. Hygiene levels could become better. Anyways the food is great but the cleanliness bothered my belief about the food as a cockroach popped up on our table and the management said that they just had pest control last night. After that we were allotted a different table, thereafter everything turned out to be better.
I was bit disappointed by food and ambience I.e food was so masala less and crowd was so noisy and disturbing and music played which is pathetic but staff attention and service was good enough, It's totally different from my past experience @ barbeque nation.
Today being Xmas Celebration and BN is over crowed. We had our reservation done but still have to wait. I personally thanks to BN Koram Mall Manager Alvis and staff who were dedicatedly serving customer in their best possible way. Food and service is excellent. Proper hygeine and COVID-19 protocol are maintained.

My first experience in barbeque nation in korum mall was awesome.great food.lovely dance entertainment by chefs, Nawaj bhai (serving boy) was very helpful. And all the other staff thank u for the great services
Worst it is.i even found small cockroach.starters are good.but their main course is a big no.taste less and worst it is.wont visit again.main course is a big no.
What to say about this place. BBQ nation has always beeen a go to place when it comes to buffet dinner. With absolute yum starters but how about having the same sitting at your home sweet home yes it's awsome the new BBQ in a box. Me and my family njoyed it alot. N best part was it was good enough to server 5 ppl.thanks BBQ nation.
We visited the place on 18th Nov 21. It was a memorable experience. Good food & above all very good service. My compliments to the entire team with special mention of Arif, Sufiyan, Golu and the unsung heroes who work tirelessly in the kitchen behind the scene. A must visit place for connoisseurs of barbecue food.
Don't rely on online booking as you have to wait for some time even after booking time. Counter person will say that tables are full and will call you when table is free, but you have to wait at the counter. Management improvement is required

I've been in BBQ's most of the outlets but the service, food quality & food taste was offered in Korum Mall's BBQ was below the avarage. The chicken was uncooked. Found hair in one of our dish. Plus it is more costly than other normal outlets. Waste of money.
Excellent experience at this outlet of korum mall. Staff members were serving quickly and asking to improve taste. Specially Mr Golu & Mr Nawaz who were serving the best food. Excellent guys thank you so much for the hospitality and amazing food taste specially at this outlet.
I had been there on 18th Sept 2021, my table was served by Rajib at Barbeque Nation Thane Korrum Mall. His service was excellent. I and my Friend both felt nice.
Maintains hygiene and covid protocol. The starters remain slightly above average and main course average- exceptional of Aaloo tikki which was really good. Overall it is losing the thrill of doing a barbecue intl table as it is no more a new concept, but is value for money considering the food options and quantity. Innovation would improve the experience which is overall slightly above average.
Food is amazing. Staff is very polite and the the cost is completely worth it for the food and ambience. Its good for visits with friends and family. Very cozy as well. This is the second experience and I am definitely gonna go again.
We have ordered lunch box today. I felt waste of money. All starter were so much salty not able to eat any, except corn. One gravy was too salty none of us eat it. Taste of other gravy was ok. Brownie was not fresh.
We have ordered non veg meal box from these outlet through zomato they forgot to put the dessert and the worst part was they sent rotten chicken leg it was sticking. Than I call up them they were not ready to sent my missing items they said send come to our outlet n than only they cn do the needful than why u ppl are accepting online order. Outlet manger was left for the day at busy dinner out Pravin was there on call and monoj who was not ready to share there surname n they said go to food department and complaint. What ever you want to do we can't do anything about it.
Okay food, the quality of food has gone down over the years, especially during the corona period. The buffet food is dry and gravies doesn't have much taste. Deserts are good though

Since it is family restaurant.it can get noisy during the weekends because of too many kids roaming around and crying. Also when we visited this place had around 9-10 birthdays and everytime they used to play the birthday song.kind off irritating after a point
The service is most valuable, the respect each and every customer, the offer various dishes to eat I think it is the best place for any occasion, they also serves you a cake if it's your birthday, they also play a melodious birthday song, and makes our day a very special day, and the main reason to visit this food hub is you are free to eat anything and unlimited, good flavour+ good food + family=barbeque nation
Just wanted to give a feedback on my first food experience with BBQ.
Ordered a veg meal box through the bbq app today. The food items that came in the box lacked flavour. All items were either too spicy or salty. The paneer pieces in the curry and the grill were all rubbery and hard. The gravy of both the curries was very watery. The biryani was literally tasteless. The rotis also were chewy and uncooked. Even the dessert items were not upto the mark. The gulab jamuns were hard and the sheera was tasteless. Overall had a very poor experience and would not consider a repeat order ever.
In fact I would go to the extent of saying that I wouldn't have this kind of fare even for free. The lack of quality in the bbq box was appalling. Very disappointed with the poor quality food.
1st time I had visited this barbeque nation in korum mall thane west before locked down with my 1 friend and enjoyed the delicious grilled dishes happy meals and now 2nd time I visited same barbeque nation after locked down keeping in view the pendemic situation there our table was sanitized in front of us and taste remain same delicious. We got a complimentary Birthday which we enjoyed with my 3 friends
This place used to be fun but recently the food quality has gone super down. I had hosted treat for my friends here. Everyone was disappointed with the food we had. The startes seemed bit okay but dessert options were total disaster. The cupcakes seemed as if they were baked yesterday, tasted stale. Bakery items were too frozen to eat & it was crumbling while consuming. I even extended this concern with the manager & the chef, they couldn't get it fixed also nothing was compensated for it. Sorry to say this but i ain't going to this Barbeque outlet anymore.

Barbeque Nation is such a wonderful concept. You are sitting at the table and have barbeque at your desk. They serve veg and non-veg both grilled item. Then you can ask to change the spices also. They have verity of food. Their buffet is one of the amazing buffets I have ever had. Staff is so friendly and I loved their hospitality. Atmosphere of the restaurant is also pretty good. On top of this attentive and helpful staff. We’ll definitely be visiting again.
Great place to have a buffet. Its worthy for both veg and non veg lovers. Lot of variety and great taste! Their service has been improved throughout the years! Ambience is good. Going before 7: 30 pm for dinner can help you grab some discount!
Really loved the ambience. Mr Rajib Deka made us feel comfortable and provided the best service. He was I visited to celebrate my sister's birthday and it was a great experience. Well behaved staff, they were excellent in looking after their customer's needs. Food was extremely delicious. Overall it was a memorable experience.
After a number of months using this restaurant the staff and food are just great. A recent update to the menu is also pleasing with a number of new dishes they are happy to cater for small and large groups. I will recommend to try this bbq nation

Bad experience at the entrance of the Korum mall BN. Was denied entry by a far from courteous attendant. He said all tables are booked from 9pm onwards and it's only 8pm on my watch! We left not because the tables are booked or so, we left because of the guys etiquettes!
Awesome concept with good ambiance hospitality and palatable taste, good and healthy way of cooked food. Must visit once to enjoy the concept of barbeque nation
I have been going to barbeque nation since it was in sun Magneta and I feel that it has grown for the better but it could get more better as I cannot wait to see you feel artist that I get in previous hotel
Fantastic experience l Ike always. I've been to the western suburbs ones many times but it was the first at koram mall. Very enthusiastic staff high level service and great food. Kids were delighted.
Ever since they have updated their menu, I have been looking forward to the variety of food they offer. Service as usual is excellent here. You can feel that proper training and processes are in place and the staff does not skip a beat when thrown a googly. Eating here in the afternoon means you have to plan for a nice long siesta afterwards. The veg variety is also tasteful and interesting.
