Barbeque Nation - Mumbai - Belapur

I totally loved the food, atmosphere and everything else! The starters (I ate veg) were amazing and they included paneer tikka, mushroom, brocolli, and pineapple along with crispy corn which I loved. The buffet had a lot of options and you could really eat your heart out at this place. Must-visit!

BBQ Nation is very good in all sphere. Staff is humble. Food is tasty. Try moong ka halwa.

Pathetic attitude of the staff. We just left without eating. There was a big truck blocking the entry point due to which we got wet and instead of moving the truck or saying sorry they are being rude.no service joint can treat it's customers like trash. Happened on 13th Sep 2023 at 2 pm

Very very bad experience

Great place with awesome people like Aqib Ali, Sanjana, Suman, Vikram, great in hospitality, service, and prompt caretaking.

I have visited BN after 6 or 7 months
This time what I thought was the grill items which is why BN is famous was not that good. Fish was not fresh, the mutton seekh was frozen from inside and prawns were just ok.
But the main course was good. They have improved the taste of main courses specially mutton curry which they serve was good.
Was dissatisfied with the starters.
I hope they improve what they are famous for.

Was a great experience getting involved in the grilling part and the main course was depressing. It was writing kerala fish curry and it wasn't that.

This particular belapur outlet intentionally delays or avoid prawns and mutton dishes and promotes only chicken and fishes. And this is not a expected behavior from such a reputed chain of restaurants

Great place for buffet. Staff is very good. Food quality and overall experience is excellent

There is great fall in their quality of food and varieties of starter. Staffs seem to be local now and late service. Managers are just roaming around and shouting at staffs in the floor. Went their to celebrate my birthday and returned home without doing it. Soup and other main course items are not hot maintained. Keep serving the same over cooked leftovers. Very disappointed.

Service was very slow, we have prebook table before going for dinner but we have to wait for 45 minutes. Also during eating we have to wait.

I have been to this place many times, both for lunch and dinner and have had a great experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. I highly recommend this place and suggest to reserve a table beforehand to avoid waiting. They make subtle changes to their menu from time to time, which is quite interesting. The staff is very polite and even take special care of every guest based on every customer’s personal choice and taste. The starters here are so tasty that I must warn you to not overeat them or else you'll miss the desserts, which are also extremely good. My favorite items are kajun potato (veg starter), chicken sheekh kebab (non-veg starter), veg dum biryani (veg main course), chicken do pyaza (non-veg main course), anguri gulab jamun (dessert) and chocolate kulfi (live counter).
During the lockdown, we have also ordered their Barbeque In A Box and I'd rate it 3 out of 5. It just tastes much much better when it's freshly prepared and served right there.

Excellent Service and Delicious food. Enjoyed the dinner thoroughly. A variety of cuisine ranging from starter to drinks to meal and deserts and many more. A wonderful place to celebrate occasions.

Had ordered one veg and one non veg, Was served veg starter’s in non veg plate, food quality of starters is degrading day by day, was not served proper starters…. Adjacent tables were different starters, when I pointed that after finishing the dinner, just smooth things was given cold drink as an by way of apology, but entirely disappointed with the experience I have faced.

Eventually this will be my last visit to the Barbeque nations… till they introduced their old policy of displaying the menu they are completely all over the place.

Special mention to Mr. Alam khan who came has saviour and handled the situation very well when it came to his notice.

In food starters are amazing. Main course is average. Desserts are great and service is excellent

One of the best managed Barbeque Nation Outlets. Perfect number of guests, staff wearing mask, and good hospitality. As usual Starters and Deserts were outstanding, and Ice Tea was fantastic

Only one observed issue is the number of vegetarian starters kept on grill is just 3 - Paneer aka Indian Cottage Cheese, Pineapple, Mushroom.

Beyond excellent. Vimlesh Sharma and Ravikant deserve all the accolades in the world for making our experience delightful. From their service to their demeanor, everything was impeccable. If I ever return to Barbeque Nation (and I totally will), it’ll entirely be thanks to them.

Booked a slot through dineout. Was given a table immediately on arrival. They have introduced some new starters, loved the fried chicken. Rest is the same. Washroom could be cleaner.

Best place for any kind of celebration with family and friends. Kudos to MV Saraf and Alam for their Excellent service.

Great service. Mr. Alam and Mr. Muntazir were very hospitable and took extra care and made sure that customers enjoyed their bbq experience. Food was excellent. They customise the spice level and taste as per our preference. The restaurant followed all covid measures. The staff wore gloves and masks throughout.

Barbeque Nation @CBD Belapur is one of the best outlet for Lunch and Dinner both the services.

Unlimited Buffet with unique starters for both veg and non veg is unique. The services offered by the store is also great and each customer is treated like King.

Main Course has variety of options for both the veg and non vegetarian food.

Tasty food, very good service, well managed polite staff, loved it.
We had booked our reservation at 2.30pm but we reached early there still they managed to serve table for us.
Musaraf who served our table he was very polite and attentive and quick.
We also liked the service given by captain Alam. He was making sure that we are satisfied with the bbq service.

Great ambience and very friendly staff. The chef came and personally asked for any suggestions for the betterment of taste. Visited here twice with my family and both the experiences were memorable and pleasant. A must go for People who love to fill up specially with starters over main course unlike usual ala-carte meal courses.

It's really a great place to hang out and have food. The outlet keeps up to the name and fame of the brand. Food is great and the service is great as well. Cleanliness is maintained and the staf is very responsive. The variety of food items they have is quite impressive. It's located behind the SBI so you may need to search for it but it's still pretty easy to find as the location is prime. Drinks are also available as they have a small bar section inside. Dessert options are also very good. The atmosphere was lively and happening. I would definitely recommend to go and try atleast once!

It is good Place. They server alcohol too.the food taste was good but the spread was very limited. So little disappointed there. Staff are very good and helpful.

Not as good as other outlets of Barbecue. We had made a booking and still we had to wait before we got a table despite being on time. The food also got over too quickly and live counters closed by 9 pm.

Worst experience! I would suggest there are many more better options. Never prefer this place. On 27.09.21 I along with my friends visited here. Here they favor people. Even if you have booked table you will not get first.

Its a good BBQ outlet. Quite easy to locate. Have enough parking options. About food taste it was amazing. Varieties were also good. Staff was co-operative even on busy day. Ambiance is what I felt not that good. I mean there were enough tables and space but for group there was less setup with two grills. But it was quite good experience

Worst Experience in a Barbeque Nation after a long time. Not sure whether it's shortage of staff or stuff. We had to wait for a long time to get the dishes. Severe shortage of bowls, spoons & other basic cutlery items. Also number of dishes were very limited.

However taste was good & the staff were really good in terms of managing the show with proper masking. Kudos to them.

Reception staff & some staff are very arrogant. They don't know how to treat the customer or BBQ policies. Prefer panvel BBQ rather than belapur.

As usual an amazing lunch at Bbq Nation. These guys always rock with their hospitality and service. I feel Belapur's BBQ Nation is best among the lot in Navi Mumbai.

Deteorated post lockdown. Items like live couter, pasta counter, chat etc closed down. No melted chocolate for icecream. Service is good as before though.

They didnt allow to enter as prior booking was mandatory and customer care didnt inform for such condition during the call

Horrible service. We were a table of 10 Adults and 2 under age kids. We made a advanced reservation and yet we were asked to adjust in a cramped up space, which we agreed instead of arguing. Then whilst we were dinning we asked requested for zero spice prawns for kids which we kept on requesting on more than four occassions and yet we never saw or herd about that request from any of them. Then we asked for lettuce salad which was again requested for four times to their servers and that never got replenished. In this manner our regular service expectations were not met or addressed.

I would request one to reconsider to dine in at this Belapur branch.

Visited for lunch. No waiting lounge in BBQ. To get the reserved table had to wait at the gate standing for 15 minutes. The grilled starters were good. The Buffet lunch was average. No breadz were served. Food not up to the mark. The deserts were ok. Gave a Spl cake for B'Day greetings. Thanks.
Scope for improvement in food quality and range.

Overall it was good but if you're someone who prefer veg than you should explore some other options too. Taste was good.

Amazing unlimited food with reasonable cost. Can have an intimate birthday party or celebrations. Variety offered everyday with amazing taste

We have placed 2 Non-veg Barbeque box meals from BBQ Belapur on Saturday 31st July 2021 and the order was duely placed through their app and accepted via order number #696511.

Below is the food review of the pathetic order delivered by Belapur Barbeque Nation:

- Firstly, We received incomplete order. The breads were missing in one box meal and in another I had received Veg pulao instead of biryani.
- Secondly, the breads which were received in the other box meal were burnt to the core. Seems like they have used the old batch of meals, re-heated and sent.
- Thirdly, in the other box meal, I had received Veg pulao (stale) instead of Non-veg biryani as was mentioned in their menu
- Fourth, the enitre box meal (both the boxes) was stale, no taste at all in each and every item of the box. Moreover, everthing that was received, was stale to the core. Starters like tandoori leg kebab / tikka were undercooked, the chicken had blood stains on them including the peculiar smell of uncooked / undercooked chicken, the fish tikka seemed like it was not even cooked before sending, though prawns were marinated and sent (not cooked or grilled)
- Fifth, coming to the other items of the main meal course, evrything was just heated and sent. No taste and foul smell were the typical traits of all the items
- Sixth, there is no option to put up a review, contact BBQ and raise your concerns either via app or direct ljne

Note: The app showed that the food was prepared by Chef Manoj and seems like he did a pretty decent job at disappointing and serving the customers

Recommendations:

- Never order from BBQ Belapur, Navi Mumbai
- From the quality that BBQ is serving, never order from any outlets across, unless you want to spoil your taste buds and time

Highly disappointed at BBQ

Worst experience ever.first we book through call and they didn't send any confirmation msg. When we arrived they told us that our reservation is canceled. They didn't send any sms about cancelation and the restaurant manager told they can't do anything about it.

Barbaque nation is the place where you can enjoy A low cost buffet with 4-5 starters, 3-4 main course dishes, 5-6 types of desserts (indian and other), ice cream. And finally the best part is the kulfi with different toppings.
This time the chef and manager offered two extra special starter.thanks arpan and paresh

Worst service. Menu is too bad. Noodles is cannot even smell that pungent smell. Nothing is right here. Food quality is worst. Don't ever go here. Only bill come on time. Starter also not cooked. I didn't even touch main course menu. It's so dirty.

Service has gone downhill since I went there last time. They may improve upon it. We had to wait for our ordered extras for too long even when the place wasn't too crowded.

Superb food taste & quality as usual, food was awesomely packed & was hot, enjoyed a lot after long time, it's all because of humbleness & concern of staff, who was very professional, well mannered, specially Mr.vipul. Thanks a lot again for wonderful food, keep it up guys, cheers.

One of the best places to go with your family and loved ones, whatever be the occasion. I've tried almost all of the BBQ nations and so after the Nerul outlet, this is the outlet that I prefer cuz for their service and hospitality.

Very bad experience for me because there is non veg facilities more. And veg and non veg staters are mix with the seeks of the iron.veg item very less there. For non veg people are good BN.

It has nice ambience. A good spread of starters. I had vegetarian meal. Slightly disappointed with their buffet spread. Tasted wiered. The kulfi selection was also ordinary tasting.
However overall a good place to go. Went there without booking but advance booking is advisable.

Good quality food. Starter rarely changes. They do festivals but starter is still restricted to 5-6 dishes (Buffet). Main course was good, but still not much variety. But it's worth paying a visit once.

Best starters ever. I love their prawns and potato starters. For kids they serve french fries as starters. Also try the cakes, desserts and Icecreams. Worth the price. Try going on a weekday, you will definitely find it less crowded and a little lower priced compared to weekends.

Placr is good, comfortable for celebration. We had spent very lovely lunch over there. They even celebrate our wedding anniversary. Food was delicious. Staff attitude was very friendly and polite. They always take care of your need. Chief comes to your table for your requirement. They always take care of your taste requirement.

Was mostly done by Starters so didnt tried much on Main course. Had biryani, lahsuni daal and butter naan.but they have lot to offer from Pastas to noodles and lot more options for vegetables!

Coming to desserts, they had Phirni, Gulab Jamun, Icecream and chocalate cakes which were too good!

They have live counter for Golgappes as well so that you can digest all excess food you have enjoyed.

Overall complete worth a visit!

The experience is very nice. They could improve the starters however. I believe they serve desserts in a good variety. I loved the brownie with vanilla topped with hot chocolate sauce. The pan kulfi was epic.

Nice place to eat both veg non veg food unlimited at 600 per head for veg and 700 for non veg food was tasty and quality was goooodd.

Food is good, ambience is also nice, staffs were great, but i think barbeque should include more dishes. It was same as usual, change the celebration songs its always the same collection and washrooms should be clean

I eat at one of their locations every time I come to Mumbai. Prices are reasonable and the food is good, it is an all you can eat and buffet combo, veg and non veg. Very popular with families celebrating special events. Gets crowded the later you get into the evening.

The menu needs to be changed as i visited after a year but its been the same boring menu since 4-5 years

Food is unlimited but quality wise its average.starters are good. Main course is average so is the dessert
