Packed the shoes from fresh stock and both the pairs are different size.will have to go and remake a trip.total waste of time and money

Bata shoes are outstanding, more comfortable than Reebok but at much lesser price, but this showroom staff is less trained, just roam store yourself instead of their recommendation.

Staff does not respond to us, when we ask for other size they say ‘we don't have it’. Not even a sorry! NEVER VISIT THIS STORE. *IT WILL JUST WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME* this is by personal experience.

In 2 hours my belly shoe got torn claim for new one haven't received any call from there kindly look into it.

I bought a pair of super expensive slippers and it has worn out in couple of months.
I thought Bata has slightly better quality than the rest but that's not true. No need of paying a premium amount for garbage stuff

Not more choices, very fashion sandals and shoes. No sale and no season discount. No more color options or sizes.

This store is conveniently located. It has Men's, Women's, Children ample footware varieties. But during the rush time one finds lot of stock lying around on the floor, attendents less responsive and common sizes out of stocks.

Varieties of shoes from child to adult. The Bata show room is located inside the mall. Do have parking facilities but on first come first basis. Parking nearby road is not allowed, chances of vehicles getting towed is high. During sale offer the place is over crowded. Those who intend to by size 11pair might find less option.

A famous store for shoes lover.these is the oldest shoes store.people prefer buying shoes from here.as it is the trusted store around the world.you can find variety of shoes collection in the store from formals to causals as well as School shoes.you can also find accessories for yourself.the salesman over are very helpful and also greet their customers.

A big store worth many choices for men, women and kids. Opposite borivali railway station, so beware the crowds at rush hour. On the other hand, it's handy as you exit the station. Take the lift to the third floor.

The staff does'nt even check the size of the shoes and gave me two different sizes of shoes in the box of the same leg. Pathetic staff and pathetic service. They are not even guilty abt their mistake.l went back to the store to change it. They were not even bothered about their mistake.

Place is good but stock is not up to mark, no one cares once you reach store, sales persons are least interested, even you ask for number different they are least bother to show you, so. Better not to visit this store

Worst service they are very ignorant. Today was a 25% off on second shoe. We took one shoe and got the bill but before leaving we saw another shoe so we told them to give an off but they refused and said that the bill is already made. It was a women's day and still they refused to cancel the first transaction since it was a lengthy process I would recommend never go to this shop. Bata was good before but now it has a very negative attitude. I just hated the service and the main in charge was also rude to us.

Very easy to locate, this is on the third floor of Thakkar Mall, right opposite the station exit of Borivali West. Huge collection of Bata shoes. Sizes available for most. There was a special women's day offer going on and a lot of nice shoes were up for 50-70% discount, which I didn't see in any other Bata outlet. And the discounted items were in good condition. The store is big. However they need to have more sales people, or need to train the current lot how to manage customers. They are well behaved and have other skills, but poor on crowd management. Also they have option to pay through Paytm but the QR code is fixed above a height of 7 feet, impossible for most to reach and scan. And it is kind of unnoticeable too. They should keep it at the counter so that more people gets access to it. We had to pay through credit card eventually.

Great Variety.and pricing. Bigger compared to other bata outlets in the area. They have an entire kids section.but the sales staff is bad. Also the location not that great.

Lazy staff good place but good collection but lazy staff I Soo wish I could give a 5 star but the staff just spoilt.the entire mood they were so disinterested in showing me the goods that I really was disinterested in buying stuff from them. Like what is the process to get hired around in bata you just get anyone? I hope the owner gets it you driving away your customers this showroom staff is bad and lazy and Soo disinterested in their work.bata has a nice collection. But the staff need to be changed or motivated.

It's a really big space and it has quiet alot of variety that Bata has I really like the collection somewhat because they had a sale and the thing I wanted to buy was gone so I wasn't so keen. One star less coz I had to wait for the sales rep to come to me they were just standing there talking and wasting time, after I called one he didn't seem too keen in helping me out, it would have been a awesome thing if the staff was a bit pro active, It was nice but that was the thing that put me off a bit rather than the fact that what I intended to buy had been sold out of stock
