Very costly and service is also not good and doctors are also less committed they only run behind money they are very rude

I had a surgery in Bhakti Vedant hospital. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. The atmosphere is very soothing. Staff is very well mannered and always on alert. Dietician and their services need special mention and last but not the least surgeon Dr Sarang is very well mannered and brilliant doctor who explains everything in detail and never let his patients feel insecure. May God never put you in a position where you need to visit a hospital but if need arises Bhakti Vedant hospital is the one you should visit.

When I visited the doctor with my investigation report with seven days, they charged me full fees. I felt cheated. The OPD counters are always over crowded and the staff works in sloth pace.
If you don't have any other option to visit bhakti bedanta else avoid

Today i went bhaktivedanta hospital with for treatment in emergency ward on where one of the docter abhay morya misvehaved with patient family and talked rootly ,arrogant which is not bearable and acceptable for anyone,mr abhay morya u r doctor and your behaving is so disgusting,not good for patient as well as hospital

Bhaktivedanta Hospital is where I visit for my medical needs. They have all the facilities to treat any and every medical need. Very trustful n efficient. The Doctors and the staff right from Security are very courteous. The OPD is crowded and would desire that there is more space for the patients to wait and also the consulting rooms.

Very arrogant, getting appointed of Dr. Dalal and Dr. Shanke has became a luck. You call everyday morning to get the appointment and you are being told that it's prebooking thing since there is no cancellation hence there couldn't be any possibility of giving you appointment. Consult somebody else.
My question is - does ailments informs 15 days ahead and come.

Dr. Are good however staff is co operative. However in Patient it becomes Difficult to negotiate and make everyone understand your problem.

Very friendly doctors and staff. Doesn't make you feel that you are in a hospital. Every person we met was courteous and strongly determined to fulfill there duty dutifully.

I always thought Bhaktivedanta hospital is one of the good hospital with specialist dr.

My nani who is 71 yrs old is suffering from stomach cancer, on first visit I was told to get her operated I arranged money taking loan and help frm friend n relatives. Half of the money were gone wen she was admitted here for 4 days though the operation wasn't done.bill was for laporoscopic done and other charges and rest wen I brought here after 2nd chemo in emergency.
After 3 chemo we ask for operation and this time the operation cost told to us was double than the last time said.

We tried for help from Bhaktivedanta trust but they denied saying she is senior citizen we can't help and now we are not in a position to get her operated due to financial condition.

Today I visited to her chemo specialist with her, he asked me abt operation date i said cnt able to arrange funds so his behaviour was so rude, I agree that I should have visited him to the given date i.e 15 days ago but nani health wasn't good, she wasn't able to walk.the same thing I informed him he is like u should hv got her admitted here why u prefer for near by clinic n wasn't listening to the condition of my financial he was like giving example like if dnt hv money then y to prefer go in 5 star should go to normal hotel.i never thought such kind of talk from specialist dr.

He should have consider patient health first.instead of giving proper suggestions in normal tone, he shown rude behaviours and saying such things.

Please guys before visiting Bhaktivedanta do consider abt ur financial position, if u sound financially good u will get 5 star treatment else they will show you the position.

Dr are there to give suggestions in soft and well behaved manner u can't be rude and say that u shld get operation date and then only we will do further treatment

It was so embarrassing and awkward moment for me n nani. It's really bad or worst feeling.

Now Bhaktivedanta hospital is only to make money. There is nothing kind of Trust/ charity, it is just for name sake.

Today we experience very rude behavior from chemo specialty. I used to believe Bhaktivedant is one of the best Hospital In Mira road but trust is broken by hospital DR. If you say them that you are not financial strong then they treat you very worst. Will give gyan but not solution. They will judge you according your finance

One of the worst Hospital, I have seen in recent time. My husband got mild infection of dust and weather that's all due to which he was sneezing and coughing regularly from past 2 months, So we thought of consulting the best senior doctors nearby.
Dr Rajesh Alimchandani (ENT specialist) of Bhakti Vedanta.

He suggested to show psychiatric doctor, I wonder what he thought to say this nonsense thing. There was No Regular check up from his side he just asked the pateint What is the problem? And wrote severe sleeping pills and some Nose Spray.

And Wow for doing nothing he charged 500 Rs + medicines somewhere worth Rs 600 that includes spray and other drugs which was of no use to patient.

No wonder why this hospital is going in Bad Books day by day.

I'll highly recommend not to go in this hospital, despite go to some Professional Specialist Clinic.

It's a Good Hospital.
But I recently visited the hospital and no Covid rules are being followed patients roaming without Masks, no distance between waiting patients followed either. As you can see in the pic.

The Doctor's and Staff is very cooperative and understanding.all queries are listened and assisted.hygienic and has all amenities which a hospital should have, the hospital supports the needy patients through collaboration with charitable trusts which is rightfully a noble deed, has temple for spiritual Wellbeing and peace of mind, the Cafeteria is Clean and offers Satvic Food.shall definitely recommend it.

Poor management poor staff.agar patient ka 50RS bhi pending hai bill mein toh discharge nahi dete hain aur patient ko admit karne tak processing fees 10 baar haath faila ke maangte hai bhikhari jaise

Very very ridiculous staff talking rudely and not listening to the patients. What happened with me is I had a visit to Dr on Thursday he told me to do some lab test and come to him again as I went for the test on Thursday itself then the reports came to me on Friday (now for point to be noted here is this is obvious and common sense that ek dinn toh lagta he hai reports aane Mai) so on Friday I got my reports at night.then on morning I called the hospital that is Saturday when I called for the appointment they said sat and sun Dr is not available then it is not the patient mistake then I got my appointment of Monday and I charged with the equal fees that is 600/- this is so ridiculous and very sad that this hospital just runs behind making business of money nothing else. 2 days Doctor see on that fees only as I was told this but I charged with 600/- again. This is so ridiculous. Please understand the patient situations too.

Been for Angiography.overall hospital is good including staff, nurses.renowned one. Mediclaim/TPA staff/process is very impressive

I had very bad experience in this hospital. My younger brother was admitted because of pancreatitis. He was not treated effectively Dr parab never attended him in person but his fees was charged. Even after no improvement in the condition they still gave him discharged. And later the condition got more worse. Dr. Parab and Dr samrat are Incompetent doctors. Very disappointed with their treatment will never recommend anyone to go there.

Canteen is very bad
Staff serving food dont use gloves or tongs to serve food he serve it with bear hands on top of that he isnt wearing mask
Tables are dirty not cleaned after every use
U end up with no choice but sitting at the dirty table
They have kept those huge bins to put the used plates instead of racks, people after finishing their food are thowing their steal plates in the bin which creates a loud noice u cant even have food peacefully
Rates are normal but the food served is not meeting the price tagged

No Specialist Doctors. So if you have Malaria, Typhoid etc small disease you can think about Bhakti Vedant. All doctors are treating their patients as case study. They will keep increasing the bill of patient without informing him/her relatives. In the name of GOD they looting public. They always say Hare Krishna but at backdoor they mint money. Bhakti Vedant hospital is epitome of where Car maintenance cost is way higher than its purchase price. So here doctor fees is very less to attract more and more people but once you admit in the hospital betaji it is at par with all 5 Star hospital

Worst hospital in the world.they don't treat patients with care.and doctors are careless and often ignore and make mistakes which causes more problems (I personally got this experience from doctor Vaishali from gynaec department) worst phase of my life.staff is more rude than Pakistani people for Indians. I had to visit 40 times for the same post operation problems.please don't come here even if this is the last hospital in the world ‍️

If anybody coming for sonography for baby. Ensure that they will not allow husband or anyone else to see. Feeling very sad.

One of the best hospital in the area. Excellent Doctors, very nice facilities, good staff, food inside is expensive and doesn't taste that good (it's a hospital anyways, can't complain about that). Rest other things as I mentioned are very good.

Good hospital best part of the hospital is best doctors specialy dr vaishali chaudhary every patient are given good food and diet according to there condition patients get food on time and holistic atmosphere with good treatment by staff

Most on-duty dr in an emergency are in mode of making more comission than treating patients and attitude is like God will feel ashamed for such human being, careless irresponsible like any govt department

Some drs commision racket is active and request police and authorities to identify and punish the culprits

Bhakti vedant not accepting their own pcr negative result, how come others can trust, And why they are looting common people in the name of fake tests

Pathetic lab service. Imagine, they took more than 72 hrs to send covid reports. Continuously followed up for 2 days then finally they mailed reports. Called lab almost 100 times on different numbers. No one seems to be bothered to call back even after promising to send the reports. 1 star also they do not deserve. I would rate them in minus stars

There is no Marathi boards in hospital, hospital is in Maharashtra, and they're using Hindi with English, my relatives unable to understand Hindi, bcoz IST not our language, in our own state we've to learn Hindi if we have to go hospital, according to state act and rules, Marathi language boards should available but clearly they're using only Hindi and English, is this hospital is in Maharashtra or in up or Delhi?

The most well organised hospital I have ever visited because of their token system. Friendly staff including everyone from the security team, to the nurses, helpers, and doctors. They even go out of their way during such times to make your experience memorable. God bless you all️

It is like government hospital.doctors not taking cases seriously. Charges are taken more than other hospitals. Not giving medicine without sonograph. My wife was having twins but miscarriage happened don't know due to medicine or injection or not proper treatment. After second sonograph they are saying nothing is remaining everything cleaned. But that is not the case. I will never go to this hospital.

Hospital environment is full of positivity, very helpfull and polite staff, also treatment and dr. Are very good and polite. My mom took treatment (she was admitted in hospital) from dr. B. C Shah and i must say dr. Is very calm and helpfull. Keep it upgod bless u always.

Feeling cheated got 3 estimates 2 from Dr. 1 from hospital varying from 31k to 33k for deluxe ward.admitted my daughter isin general ward final bill was 39.7k than got a discount of 3k.still trying to understand how can even after going in general ward charges become so high. Dr. Charges and there is another instrument charge over above surgery

Special Thanks to Dr. B. C. Shah and strongly recommend to all for great Gallbladder surgery as Dr. Shah is best doctor for Gallbladder Laparoscopic Surgery. My spouse admitted on 23rd Feb 2021 and surgery done on same day by Dr. Shah. He is great & calm and listen patient problems and treat accordingly. Surgery was successful and now my spouse recovered very fast. Really thanks to Dr. B. C. Shah and team members.hospital Staffs and nurses are really helpful and great support to patient in ward they take personal care of patients.

Doctors are good but the hospital is no longer good as earlier days. Its been more incline towards profit making organization. There estimate for surgery keep getting change specially when you have insurance. No visibility what medicine is covered under package. Even after opting for package you will land up having huge medicine cost which is no more part of package. Also no medicine discount for senior citizen if you opt via medical claim, no matter if your expense raise beyond your sum assured. Pathetic management and staff, only some doctors are extremely good.

Bhaktivedanta's doctor does not know anything. Some even give tests by writing. Say it and it doesn't work

Partial on certain grounds. Biased to Mocdoc. We paid 850/-, Mohammed answered, was rude to us and cut the call saying payment not displayed. Don't use this hospital unless you are biased towards a certain religion

The hospital is so much automated that there's no human to guide you where to go and what should be done next. Until and unless you are educated about the automation no one can understand the scenario of the hospital. My suggestion would be for the staff and authorities of hospital, that atleast they should have a board prepared in front of enquire desk about how the registration and OPD works. And at the entire section atleast 3-4 members must be present. The lady sitting at my visit hour was all alone by herself. At the billing desk also there must be a board prepared as in what all process is there about the token and waiting for the token. And after billing comes the doctors section. How will a person know that he or she has to give the appointment card inside before waiting for their number. In my case I was waiting for almost 35 mins and then lady after me went inside and then i understood the process. This is a drawback of the hospital and i wouldn't recommend this hospital to my friends and family, becauee i didn't find the service good at all. I found the doctor very good and that would be the only reason for suggesting hospital, if i ever do.

My experience was very bad for that hospital, very disgusting. Dr give discharge at 8 o'clock but for billing they take our 7 hours still patient waiting there.what procedure they should do fast free to us.

As a cancer specialist & as a life patron of ISKCON, it's not unsual for me to visit the only hospital from ISKON, in India.

The fees are reasonable & after interaction with the palliative care physician, I believe the hospital gives ethical & quality care with affordability.

One of the biggest hospitals of Mira Road. Canteen is good. Staff needs to be given lessons on customer relationship and interaction. Treatment is on the expensive side.

You never get an appointment of the doctor u want.even if u come early morning for appointment we r told doctor don't take same day appointment. Come in emergency. Their contact numbers are always unavailable.please provide us with some other alternative rather than asking patients to come in emergency or asking them to take advance appointment as illness doesn't inform us in advance.

Worst hospital in mira road they will be not behind your patient they will be behind your money all they want is how can they dig your money out from your pocket worst Dr.samrat Mehta that person is the worst person u can ever meet doesn't know how give respect doesn't know how speak with people doesn't know how treat patient my sister age 15 Gods gift child left me and my family last friday that samrat mehta was so careless all he want is to put my sister on ventilator she was good before admission but after 24hrs of admission her health gone drastically down on first 24hr i asked them how is the patients report they told me all is good so my father told if she is good or improving better why dont you shift my sister to P. I. C. U to general ward they told me we will do and after 2 day you take her home and after 10mins they took blood sample for some kind of report and when the report came they told co2 level in body is very high we have to put in ventilator in 15 years she never been to the hospital this was the first tym we took her for general checkup they admitted her say that heroxygenlevelislowwgho

Good reputed hospital with all necessary machines and facilities.

Best hospital n Doctors in Mira bhayander. There's a combination of modern technologies along with spiritual blend.

A beautiful atmosphere in the hospital with culture of ISKCON with nonprofessional charges and maintenance even at two decades age. OPD is congested, needs expansion.

Very good hospital and caring staff, I took Ayurvedic medicine from Dr. Nanasaheb Memane for Fertility and got successful result.

Worst management especially the Doctors are not even brothers of patients. After operations they treat patients like strangers. Rather than admitted there it is better to go municipality hospital

We have taken my father to this hospital for angiography. We have heard lot about the Dr. Harminder Singh (Sr. Cardiologist). A well brilliant doctor, very kind and humble. He gave us better treatment and suggestion. He told us that your medical expenses will that much. But when we said that we have mediclaim facility to management they have charge more money and give us some kind of package. Which is completely different from the rate which is told us by the doctor.

When I raised this question in TPA department to Mr. Sanjay Bajpai, (Corporate Relation Bhaktivedanta Hospital) told me we have different package for person who giving cash and mediclaim and argue with us on Un logical point.

I think bhaktivedanta hospital are the best looters, who have mediclaim facility. I do not personally recommend this hospital.

Dr. Harminder Singh a small suggestion from end in healthy way. Sir kindly do not work with this kind of hospital its going to impact directly to your reputation. Your a good doctor as i mentioned already. People come to meet you by knowing your reputation not by the hospitals. Kindly take this suggestion in healthy way.

Feeling like visited to municipal hospital because of Doctors behaviour with patient, recently visited diabetologist Mr Yadav, even after prior oppointment the waiting time was around 45 minutes and consulting was charged like bomb. Doctor behaviour was very rude he kept asking us question and he did not bother to explain anything to us.for one of our question his answer was "sugar medicine aap marneke baad chalu karoge" means would you be starting taking diabetic medicine after ur death. Bhakti vedanta mgmt services are getting worst day by dat.pls do improve.

I did my appendix surgery here. And the experiencing was very good. Doctors are highly qualified also staff is also very polite. And it feels like home.
