My mother is in ICU in critical condition, due to heavy dose of medicine she is suffering from loose motion but the cleaning staff is very arrogant and all the time they said that they are tried of doing this, and make loud noises due to which patients feels very bad.

They not give proper information to patient relative& demand money charges, also behave us very crudely

Its a very good Hospital.
I highly recommend to all of you.
They are very good with their jobs.

The worst staff in this hospital, nurses are very arogant, and cruel with patient and the attendent, they misbehave with patients, no proper care is taken of patients by nurses.really very disgusting behaviour towards patients by nurses and very disappointing.

Railway staff ke liye hai hospital par ache se nahi kar rahe treatment nahi medicine hai unke pass or nahi dr. Thik se baat karte treatment 2,2 month Tak rakhte hai patient ko

My symptoms indicated kidney stone, to confirm which, doctor asked me to get sonography done.
I went to sonography department only to find out that my turn will be after one month.
I told them that doctor has hinted kidney stone, so I can't wait for a month, but to no help.
Similar case happened with my wife. The test doctor gave was to be done from NM medical but when I called them, they asked me if I'm from railways. They said they have seperate waiting list for railways and have me appointment of after 2 months.
In both cases, saddened by the experience at Railway hospital, I had to go to private doctor

Some Hospital Doctors are supportive but not everyone second thing for Retired employees there is separate small place given for prescription and date entry.third thing is what doctor gives prescription to take medicine but standing in big que (line) on counters medicine not available and then again they send to the doctor to take another medicine name which has available at counter it is so unproper management by hospital. Forth thing medicine counter there is lunch break 1.30 to 2.30 that was disgusting people are coming from so long and standing outside counter and 1 hours break lunch. At least 1 person should there na to give medicine. You take lunch break but take shift wise why there is need to shut down the counter. Ever one is irritated and i m along them who is waiting outside retired medicine counter. Is hospital management someone is reading please solve this simple issue? Than you!

Very slow staff for case paper it took me 45 min just to make case paper there were only 15 people still it took 45 min very slow staff

On 12/01/2022 My dad gone for his regular diabetes checkup. But I get shocked after seeing the report. Glucose fasting is 230mg/dl and after 2hrs glucose is 165mg/dl. This is totally wrong how it could be possible? This report shows totally opposite and wrong statement. After this report doctor refere to take some injection every night for 6 days. I denied my dad to take that injection too.

This is completely useless and worthless Sr.doctors as well jr.doctors.worst experience I have ever been, really unable to understand what's going on with this hospital. Sr.doc does not visit, only Jr.doctors come to see patients and no any doctors on same page. They all say different on a single report. Most important and wierd without checking patients they sll update BP on report and even never tested for BP. There are no value of patients. I will forward same to Maharashtra CMO and PM as well. Disgusting and Shame

Dr. Kapil sarde is very rude and don’t have any respect towards patients and relatives. He act like a hitler which doesn’t suits to a profession like Doctor. He is very rude and behaves like a owner of the hospital, he made us wait for 2 hours just for taking lunch, really disappointed.

Doctors and staff are lazy and rude. Junior doctors
Food is of worst quality.
Staff will order you to do their work.

Doctor's are very irresponsible and not loyal to there time.
They come to the hospital whenever they want.
As well as staff is also not good.they talk with patients wery rudely.
Gastroenterologist visit once in a week but not come on time.
2 to 3 hours of waiting for visit.

Very bad hospital. Malviya and bahadur Doctors are very rude and lazy.no care for patients no sense of talking.they treat patients like beggar. No control over doctors. I wish china should teach lesson to such govt.

I will always pray to God each and every seconds of my life for Kumar Kapil and all those staff who troubled our situation in this hospital.
God will definitely make their life hell.

Staff are very corporative and doctors are very nice in section of gynecologist and eyes specialists.good experience

Most of doctors and staff are good, however some of them are very rude and lazy.

If you are going for opd try to reach early as most of the department works between 9am to 1Pm.

In night shift Some of the staff nurses and workers in female surgical ward are very rude with the patients otherwise the hospital facilities were good

The hospital is good and maintained well. But the running around for patients if they cannot walk around or have difficulties for walking
