Thank you Anuradha mam and BTP travels for arranging our Kerala trip and hassle free service, but you need work more on hotel parts. Below is the feedback from various locations specifically to hotel.

1. MUNNAR- Hotel was good and all facilities was good highly recommended to other travelers

2. Thekkady- Room was not upto the mark, toilets was not clean, pillow was dirty and food and staff cooperative.

3. Adishakti (Kovalam) - Rooms were good, sea view photo is attached below (can't see where the sea was), food and restaurant staff behavior was not good. Not recommended to families who have children and senior citizen. Also it is not advisable as the location is at very congested place. Tempo traveller cannot easily pass.

4. Aleppey houseboat- worst of the worst experience, food quality was not good, room was not clean and the boat was very outdated no freshness in the boat. Toilets and room was smelling bad. Not recommended to anyone.

Your buses gets cancelled on time.
Then we have to suffer with no other choice of bus and seats.

They told stop the tuljapur, but when we reached near tuljapur they change their voice no there is no auto service in this root so better use govt buses it is danger journey with your family stop be alert but they give return 200, in this case 2100 taking 3seats charge but they are alloted 2 seats very bad service

We booked the package of Goa from btp the experience was very good the hotel food and sightseeing all are perfect we recommend to book tours packages from Bharat travel point it was a great experience. Guys you are doing very good job keep it up

Worst service which I have experienced from BTP (Nagpur to Chandrapur). The consumer care support is not available before 10am but the buses are. Even if the bus is cancelled there is no refund given for online booked passengers. The bus gives comfortable journey but other services are very poor. Need to improve it. Even the BTP bustop agents lie about the bus, they always say the bus is cancelled. Specially form rahte colony stop and chhatrapati sq. Nagpur

Your staff specially conductor is very arrogant. They don’t know how to talk politely and also they don’t stop at the our dropping point whixH
If anyone is travelling by btp I suggest you to look for other options

Very bad experience in was traveling from solapur to Nagpur. Bus not stop for dinner. Very bad experience.

Delay delay delay and no response from pick up man & customer care, waste of money and time

1) Late pickup
2) Stop for dinner too late at around 11: 30pm
3) very late drop
4) Staff is not professional
5) Denied to drop at the desired point.

I was traveling from nagpur to pune and I had the most worst travelling experience. Bus is too dirty and unhygienic. Very bad staff. They don’t know how to handle customers.bus almost delay 3-4 hours reached in pune, & restaurant washroom, Yawatmal route was very bad.don't book btp travels.
