I went with a group of people for lunch. As we went on a week day, we got a table without any reservation. The place is very less crowded at that time. We had vegetarian food. The hot spicy Manchow soup is perfect for the amazing monsoon weather. Paneer tikka is soo good, it felt like a piece of cloud. Their oriental stuffed mushroom is very delicious. You must try this stuffed mushroom for sure. Amritsari Kulcha is also good. The dishes are a bit pricy tho. The service & the ambience is good.

A nice restaurant with different types of seating arrangements. Food is good and the vibe is happening. Located at a calm place. Good place for dinner.

Unclean washroom on first floor. Food has lost its charm. Overpriced chilly chicken with no taste. Not sure why I went to this restaurant.

Over all experience is good. Liked the food and atmosphere.service wise due to rush you may get neglected some times.good for parties, big screen projection.lots of variety of seating options.

Almost food and food sitting place are very good and beautiful place. They staff is very reasonable and tolerance persons.

Had bday function. Staff was cooperative.
Banquet was good to occupy 200 ppl.
3 star bcz banquet guest has to go a floor down for toilets.
Washbasin is provided on floor but not toilet.

This hotel is very bad, bad service no light no water.

All managers and waiters are very bad bad behaviour.
Managers don't take seriously and very bad attitude talk like silly people.

This hotel is very good there are many wedding ceremony are taking places in this season it's near the London Bridge

One of the worst dining experience we had.

We had booked table for a birthday celebration of our family member. And it turned out to be a big mistake.

Starters arrived but the drinks arrived after 40 mins and that too not all the drinks. We had to follow up for 6-7 times and then finally escalate it to get one beer.

Main course took another 1 hour to arrive. The quality of food is basic and the price is not justified.

Please avoid this place.

Worst ever service!
Starting from parking - No management at parking, no one is guiding where to park vehicle.
After entering in hotel you have to register your name and they will call once table gets vacant that is ok, but yesterday we experienced fully unresponsive behaviour from restaurant Cruz as they have told us to wait after registering name and after half hour informed to go upper floor as on ground floor there is too much rush, after waiting 20 mins at first floor no one is contacted us so we approached floor manager he sent us to ground floor again by saying here is no table vacant for 1 hour, we waited for 20 mins to ground floor again, almost we waited for 160 mins to get table. If there is too much rush or crowd then hotel management should not take people in till crowd gets less. Why customers with have to suffer due to poor management?
After almost 2 hours we ordered started food, we got started food after 30 mins of order got placed, in main course they have served very immaturely.
Finally at conclusion worst ever experience we have got in blue water.
Highly unrecommended, don't go for it.

Worst hotel sirf loot. Not providing filter water, insisting for package drinking water. Charging 60/- + gst per bottle and many more. Don't ever visit.

Awesome ambience, food. The live band was a bit noisy but since we were seated upstairs so it was ok. Enjoyed my time here with family. Would love to visit again whenever possible

Good restaurant in ravet area of PCMP. They have different sitting arrangements and has good ambience overall. Food quality is really nice. Recommended for family and friends

Excellent food, excellent hospitality, excellent Ambience, Spacious Parking facility, etc. Restaurant looks Grand. Good connectivity near one of important Bridge (Suspension) PCMC area. Crowd was also excellent. Good arrangements for Marriage, Engagement and other functions with capacity around 300-400 can be accommodated in Halls. Staff strength is also adequate to take care of the same. Personally, I attended there for engagement function and it was a good experience. I would definitely suggest it for dining, functions, etc. In Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area. It also serves Alcohol and beverages. Overall it's a 2-3 floor structure.

I want to give this restaurant 2 stars because this restaurant staff comes every 2 minute and ask for your order, the second reason is there are a lot of mosquitoes, the third reason is that the coach on which we were sitting was torn the fork was broken. So u didn't like the service. But the food came fast so it was good so giving 2 star

They don't follow any rules suggested during the Covid 19 pandemic. Visit on your own risk!
The management barely has masks on they face, rest of those who have the masks are below their nose

No sanitization
No rules to be followed at all!

They ask you to park your car's so close to each other that you can barely get out of the car without denting other car and vice versa. The attitude of the watchman was absent arrogant and annoying.
This is a good place, ambiance is good but the live music is loud which is annoying also the attitude of the staff needs to be corrected!

Over time this restaurant has turned into an arrogant and biased place. Discriminatory policy, one needs to have a BIG car to earn a parking spot.

Just one thing needs to be taken care. I lost my one suitcase wherein I couldn't trace the same through CCTV camera as they had backup for only 8 days.

Very good food and deserts and starters as well. The ambience is also very nice. Pets allowed only in the open area and not in the ac dining area. The service was really slow. They took a really long time to get the food. And not so friendly staff.

Food quality and taste is good, however the staff is not very experienced to handle/ manage public coming in bigger number on weekends/ special days, resulting in chaos.

When I enter, some earsplitting music was banging everywhere, so I chose air condition restaurant, but the place was even worse with too chaos. I requested staff to close the door to avoid music noise but it looks like nobody cares for same.

Best place for small and large events. They have spacious area with good staff members all precautions taken for covid-19. Catering services is also good with variety of options available. Parking is also available for all types of vehicle.

Food quality is really awesome and the way they treat customer is also good over all i am giving 5/5.

Ambience is the biggest positive bluewater has which is supported by the live music. Food in taste and variety is both average. However, cocktails are again a plus.
You can choose to visit with family or friends both, it's a fun place to spend a nice evening.

They have guitarist and Singers who are too loud. They don’t even take a break and sings continue. It irritates. One cannot enjoy peace with luxury dinner. Taste is not at par.

A very good and cozy place to have a good dinner. Ambiance is very good with an beautiful waterfall at the entrance and a bar by the side. The live music was far better than other dine outs and the cool air around set the mood. Staff was very hospitable and no doubt the food was awesome. Delighted by the way food was served. Desserts are something that one should taste, specially the chocolate brownie. Had a very good experience and it was an evening spent well.

When I've no option to go anywhere, blue water is where i visit! Best in every posilsible way! Prices you may find a bit higher

Good hotel, I went here for Mehendi program. Hall is good. Sound system is good. Food quality was just okay, not tasty to remember it. Toilets are a bit long distance from the hall at rear side. Parking is crunched.
Scores three stars for location convenience. Lot of scope for improvement.

If you are looking for perfect evening then this is the place.ambience is good with variety in food and live music.but bit costlier if you are looking for regular hangout
