Highly recommend Bombay City Eye center for their precise and detailed approach. I got my lasik surgery done at the center and Dr. Saumil Kothari was very patient through the process. Explaining the potential risks while answering our questions in detail. He managed a slightly difficult situation with ease through the procedure.

एक महत्वाचे म्हणजे इथे समपूर्ण स्टाफ तुमची योग्य ती काळजी घेतात, डॉक्टर योग्य ते मार्गदर्शन करतात. रु 500 मध्ये सल्लामसलत करण्याची आणि तपासण्याची फी आहे. ती एकदाच भरावी लागते. वेळ निश्चित करूनच भेट घ्यावी लागते.

One important thing here is that the entire staff takes proper care of you, the doctor guides you properly. There is a fee of Rs 500 for consultation and examination. It has to be filled only once. You have to make an appointment only.

They have damaged my Nana eye sight it's all scam happening here Dr are trainee not experienced

They have blinded my father. He lost his eye sight due to one of its dr Sonia. My brother has given the details in his review.

My grandfather got blind by the hospital's mistake. They say that the head doctor will operate but inside the operation room they let the substitute trainees to operate. Their negligence in operating made a simple operation into a complete disaster resulting in complete loss of vision and irreparable damage to my Grandfather's eyes. They hospital initially accepted their mistake and said they will pay for the loss but later denied everything and is not even giving us reports and recordings of his operation. Please never take your loved ones here for any major or minor operations.

This is the worst eye institute ever,
They failed my grandfather’s surgery, A minor cataract surgery, he lost his eyesight in the process, the operational staff is very careless and didn’t check the vital test before or during the operation. He is in immense pain and suffering. Yet these people call themselves “the best eye institute”

Ridiculous kind of behaviour by their staff including counseling staff too especially your "RECEPTIONIST" she is so arrogant, uneducated experienced it on call and in clinic too.
Doctor seating next to receptionist is also worst.
The overall treatment to customers is like the vegetable market.

I would sincerely recommend Dr Kothari for any eyes issue. People often have travelling issues or financial issues and they tend up not visiting him. But I would suggest plz don't do that n miss opportunity to meet such a wonderful doctors.

I have been going to Bombay City Eye Institute since last 13 yrs, for my mother in law. The Doctors are very professional equipped with latest equipment's and perfect diagnosis. My mother in law had a major problem with Corne, the whole team headed by Dr.kulin Kothari and Dr. Sonia Kothari had worked so hard without losing hope. My mother in law who had lost almost 80% of her sight, got it back with their tireless effort and support. With my sincere heart I thank the entire team for all their support all these years.

Doctor Anushumali Mishra treat patient very rudely. He dont have manners to talk with patient politely. He was very impolite and rude with me. Yesterday he checked for the first time and the swelling became worst came for check up as recommended by polite receptions instead of check up rudely sent the patient away like the patient was begging from him. Excellent service. We visited pediatric ophthalmologist here, and she was really nice with kids and professional. She answered all our doubts and explained everything properly. Rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for patients of all ages

The place has high tech equipments and the doctors are pretty helpful however the process from checking in to checkout take looooong time. Actual testing took around 45 minutes however the wait for both days was 3 hours that is because the process is not streamlined.

Suggest you visit this place if you have 2 to 4 hours to spare

Very good. Both the doctors are cordial and caring Dr. Soumil Kothari and Dr. Soniya Kothari. Got my PRK with C3r done for my right eye last week. Still on the road to recovery but very cooperative and supportive both the doctors are from my experience so far! For all your eye related problems this is the place to be:). Poor staff these month father went to your clinic your doctor shouted my father with out any reason. Give session your doctor and your staff how to talk with petient because I oberserv all clinic your staff is very rude and just shouting every petient. Dr Kulin Kothari is probably the worst doctor I have come across in my life. I went to him to get a check up done on a stye operation done by Dr Akash at Bombay Eye Institute. I was still feeling uncomfortable in my eye after a month of the operation and felt like 1 stye was left in when I had 2 to 3 of them in my upper eyelid of my left eye. When I entered the room to meet Dr. Kulin Kothati, he checked my eye for 2 seconds and genuinely started shouting and being defensive because he knew I had come to complain about the surgery. I am obviously anxious as a patient and crying in front of him because my eye irritation is causing issues in my life, he further just kept defending instead of offering me a tissue or even helping me calm down. I left from knowing that he had 42 years of experience and understanding that he will not treat me because he believes there is no further check up required and my concern was foolish. If these are the kind of doctors that are treating people, I can ensure you that the business of healthcare will just remain a business whether people are properly treated or not is not a concern especially for this doctor. I will definitely request you to get another doctor for yourself because if you go back with concerns you will be told that your anxious and your feelings are baseless. I feel like the doctors long years of experience may have come in the way of his bed side manner with his patients. Extremely disappointed on this and I hope nobody has to face what I had to today.

Efficient reception and initial testing. Well organised. Well trained staff. Doctors are courteous and well informed. They do a good job of solving the patient’s problem.
