Queue in early morning and evening for take ticket. Big station of western Railway so rush is very high for traveling.

Borivali station having 10 platform and mail express local train stop here. Neat and clean

Excellent arrangements particularly for senior citizens, fast working staff neat and clean.

Though the western railway station have modified the area still have a difficulty in reaching out to the counter

Staffs manning counters needs crash courses in courtesy and public relations. This is the main reasons for ticket less travels. Trying very hard to give a happy ambience to station.

Opp all shopping centres and many stores nearby & both TKT windows near out stn and local both also ATM included (best) is Borivali railway station

Mostly crowded and long queue for outstation tickets. Cleanness is good. Direction signs frequency is good enough to navigate on platforms.

All the facilities and services are available which is most necessary and useful for the passengers.

Difficult to change the attitude of working staff. They will always crib for change, find ways to pass time and will throw attitude towards information sharing.

Que is so long to be there plus no parking or traffic sense is like a hell especially when you're doing auto or taxi outside and staff is too rude

Very crowded. Don't know the exact reason why. U need to go half an hour to 15 minutes in advance to book local tickets.

Borivali being one of the most important stations in the western line, where most of the trains of western line, & some passenger trains originate, it was crucial to get a well equipped ticketing counter to tackle the huge crowds, So it was renovated back in 2017 to be precise with more atvm machines.

After long years rebuild this station please maintain before it's goes into same conditions which we seen for long years.

So many counter at one place very fast service here huge place it is local and express both tickets are available here all over India.

It has all time rush, but staff is experienced and good in their job. But if you have the smart card then you can get ticket easily it is worth if you are wondering much

One of the best ticket counters I've stood in Queue for. What a wonderful experience. You must try this once.

Very spacious. Borivali has come a long way from a place captured by goons to a well organized one

The staff is very slow and rude and doesn't give proper services to the customers due to which the queues get longer and longer. This staff show very inefficiency against work. The worst part is even after having change they don't give and always ask for change.

New yicketicking counter of Borivali west. Nice and huge space. Rush all ways. Has electronic machines too. For card holders.

The best place for tatkal tickets of North India.

As usual Western railway ticket counter, neat n clean area, specially no beggers around, fast turnaround to buy tickets n access to station directly.

Much improved now a days but bit confusing for newer person. West counters are better than east
