Staffs manning counters needs crash courses in courtesy and public relations. This is the main reasons for ticket less travels. Trying very hard to give a happy ambience to station.
Difficult to change the attitude of working staff. They will always crib for change, find ways to pass time and will throw attitude towards information sharing.
Borivali being one of the most important stations in the western line, where most of the trains of western line, & some passenger trains originate, it was crucial to get a well equipped ticketing counter to tackle the huge crowds, So it was renovated back in 2017 to be precise with more atvm machines.

The staff is very slow and rude and doesn't give proper services to the customers due to which the queues get longer and longer. This staff show very inefficiency against work. The worst part is even after having change they don't give and always ask for change.
