Has a lot of options to buy from and most of the time they have a lot of great offers. Every staff was very helpful and friendly. The main reason I bought my clothes was because of his help.

The clothes quality is good.but go if you're M size and if you're a little healthier.you'll find only limited clothes.

I thought it would be like the rest of the outlets but this was a total damper. Walked in and staff was chit chatting in the corners. The clothes were not great to select from cause of the choice being limited. The shoes section again was a limited options and pretty high priced. The Bata Showroom seemed to have a better choice. The place was not what I expected based on the way outside advertising was done. The manager needs to understand customer value else this is going down soon. Hope they listen and get better. The other outlets I have been, were great.

One have to be alert and careful while billing. They really don't pass on the discounts which are announced.

The staff need to be trained with some hospitality qualities. They dont know to greet and solve the queries of the customer Even the manager at the counter is not polite and the security she is not at her place to check the bill and showing us eyes. They need to go under how to treat customers

Brand factory is a good store, if u think to buy near Mira road. It has many brands for men, women & also for kids like Nike, Adidas, Reebok, jm sports, Buffalo, Jack and Jones, zara, peter England, Lee Cooper & Levis etc.
But, it's not the huge. But it's good for everyone.who wants to Shop everytime at upto 50% off.

One can easily go find a wearable thing he/she wants. Lots of brand options are available polite staaf all around the experience was good.

This people put lot of advertising saying discount, but in reality they fool us, you will come to know once you reach to the counter for billing

Poor customer service - My family spent 40 mins to select clothes. And then we were told no trails and no returns (policy). The shop should let the customers know about this earlier.

I didn't get proper attention in shoes section. I was struggling for right size n gave up.

If you love shopping you will love this place it has at least 10 to 15 top brands for every category, and you can get brands such as Polo, Flying Machine, buffalo and so on. If you want to buy anything to where you will find it here and there is always minimum 20 to 30% discount on everything

Decent choice of clothing for the price conscious people. The presentation/arrangement could be better to make it more convenient for a shopper.

Has throwaway prices but products need to be checked as they are duplicates sometimes. I go there for the Levi's, USPA, Gap, Aeropostale and Jack and Jones which I don't afford otherwise lol.

I don't like the product of brand factory, because I think not all products are genuine brand, like 1st or may be 2nd copy, because being a designer I know what good brand use to maintain there TAGS or Design branding, I found that missed on their product. That is why they can sale very cheap or discounted price.

The employee was rude. She didn't have change. And her exact words were "Mere paas change nahi hain pehle hi bol rahi hoon ". Is this how you behave with a customer?

डिसकाउंट में परसेंटेज कुछ अलग बताते है और कँश काउंटर पर बिलींग करते समय टँग पर रेटमशीन क्लिक करनेपर कुछ ज्यादा ही दिखाते है। बिलींग काउंटर बहोत देर लगाते है, इसके अलावा रेडिमेड कपडोंके काउंटर साईज वाईज लगाके रखनेके पश्चात सभी कपडोंके साईजेस सब मिक्स होते है इसलिए साईज ढुंढनेमें बहोत परेशानी होती है। काफ़ी परेशानियों का सामना करना पडता है।

Generally you will get a good deal here, if you know and understand the terms & conditions of their offers.
Lots of brands with different discounts are available all year.
Here the problem is related to staff.firstly there won't be any person available to explain the product or offer applied on it.
Secondly at times when good offer is available they don't have extra billing counters to meet the billing requirements.
So you need to waste more than couple of hours to get the deal.

Apt name for such a place where one can find everything, still one cannot be content in finding all of it as the store lacks in providing kids clothing size. Only few variants available still one can be satisfied when purchasing.
