Wonderful service by BTW especially Mr. Prathmesh at Dadar Branch. We were applying for Turkey visa and we had only 10 days until our travel date. We were refused by Akbar travels and were told that we should either cancel or reschedule our visit. And in sheer desperation, we contacted BTW. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and cooperative. Within 3 days, they managed to get us Visa. The entire process was hassle free. Mr. Prathmesh helped us a lot and was very amiable. Overall we had a very good experience with BTW. They have excellent work ethics and customer satisfaction.
