The place is located just outside the churchgate station having both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is good as expected from Burger King but I didn't like the service. The staaf was very slow otherwise the ambience is great. A great place to hangout with friends

Worst staff ever! They don't have the basic etiquettes to talk to their customers, half of their bill counters don't work, very slow and very rude staff! Food was good but the staffHighly disappointed!

Great ambiance decently busy place. Really like there burger. Options in burgers are lot. Found them to be pocket friendly so good for college /school kids also. Usually prefer there double patty as it’s filling for tummy and your burger craving.went for a quick coffee and it was good.

The service is absolutely disgusting they make you pay first& then they loose ur bill and say We are really sorry can u plz tel us ur order no or the amount paid no payment history is saved funny but true also made us wait for 46 mins My hunger just gave up.very very bad experience

Took almost 45 mins to recieve order I ordered on the table and after 45 mins he ask me to get the bill and then gave the order till then I have to wait missed my trains got very late

At this time, I noticed some delay in preparation of order lack of communication between staff itself. May be this can be due to pandemic situation, inadequate of staff or new staff members earlier this was one of my favourite burger king I had been and I use to visit it frequently. And so I had come to this place after so long time but a bit disappointed. Rest everything is as it was early before pandemic.everything deserve 5star.

I visited this place last year on my birthday, it's amazing, it's very crowded but this branch had provided lot of seating arrangement, Interior is well designed, taste and quality is awesome, price is not that high, offers were very nice. Overall great place to fill your tummy.after finishing your food over here you can explore different streets of Churchgate, enjoy Marine drive.

Burger king is one the finest joint in mumbai.
One can choose the best and really big burgers which can full your stomach.

Good options available specially if you are tired of other burger joints. They also have self-service kiosks which is best thing compared to standing in line. For menu check zomato or their own website.

Food Quality is Good and Cheaper as compared to other Burger Joint's but if you want to fill ur tummy you better visit some Restaurant

It's right outside the Churchgate station and the food quality is good. Everything here is cheap and Burger king is nice spot for quick food. But don't expect your tummy to be filled here. Even though the food is cheap, it's not enough for a average person. Prefer some restaurants near by.

Very delayed service. My hunger ran out untill my order arrived. It wasn't even a big order. It was One single BK Grill burger, still it took them 30-35 minutes.

Directly outside the church gate station and nearly a kilometer away from Marine drive gives it a pretty good location and pretty good connectivity. Despite having rush, waiting time was less. Food is tasty as usual. Outdoor dine and indoor dine makes it really spacious. Great for takeaway rather than sit there because just a kilometer away, you can have the sea in front of your eyes and a burger in your hand, sounds delicious right?

This Burger King joint is in my opinion the worst fast food joint I've come across. The seating is good but the burgers here are an absolutely disgrace.

Decent food available at a decent price here. There is adequate place to sit. Customer service is usually on point. Personally, I would recommend the chili cheese melt (chicken). Although there is plenty of variety available for both veg and non veg.

I m not a daily visitor, but i have visiting their almost twice a month. Service is good and staff is ok. I think one shop should also open in virar.

Order smartly. They sometimes tend to give Crispy Chicken burger when you have actually ordered Crispy Chicken Supreme.

The place is very well lightened. Ambiance is good, very close to the station. Eating outside the shop is also good, with that red umbrellas and tables.

Wow, it's the worst Burger King Branch ever. Horrible Customer Service, and quite a few Not-Experienced staff when it comes to dealing with it's customers.

We had basic burgers which were basic af. The sorbets were epic though. But then again we were damn thirsty and desperate for food, so we can't say for sure. The staff was extremely helpful though.

Burger at its best. A restaurant specialized for Burgers, the ambience is awesome. The waiters are very active. The service is fast.

Whenever I'm in town, I always try n make it there for a quick bite. Burger King is better than d rest

Nothing much to talk about food. It is very standard and if you like junk food, you will like BK. Restaurant has ample seating, service is quick and efficient. Ambiance and hygiene decent. Parking is a challenge. They have outside seating space.

Fast food, assembly line burgers. Mostly bland, the whopper was large. Americano coffee was weak. Kids liked chicken fingers. I stuck to my veg burger. Nothing fancy.

Nice place to hangout at Church gate. During the week days its too difficult to grab a place because it's over occupied with the college youngsters who are having out.
Request the staff of Burger King that there should be monitoring required if there are some occupied for a larger amount of time.
