I visited Burger King near bandra station yesterday around 11: 45 am for dine in and takaways. There were few customers though crowd had begun to move in later. Yesterdays experience was very bad. The place was full of flies, awful smelling. Though ordered through kiosk, took more than half an hour for food to arrive. The chicken whoppers were ok with one onion ring, small tomato slice and one onion slice and sauce was very little. Fries with cheese were limp not crispy at all. Chicken crispy bits were limp and not crispy. Staff was grumpy. My takeaway order took another 20 minutes. The tandoori burgers were too small with one onion ring and half a tsp of tandoori paste. Pepsi was without any fizz. Fries were limp. I used to like burgers from BK and used to pick takeaways from Churchgate branch and Infinity mall and Growells. For a spend of around inr 1000, this experience was pathetic. Dirty tables with flies all around. The disposables area was full, couldnt empty our trays easily and no one to assist. Wonder how their kitchen will be! I feel roadside stalls would be better. Not worth the spend at BK with pathetic food and pathetic service. Will not visit again.
No cleanliness the there was no guest at the table for half hour still no one cleared the table…it’s very bad impression for such good brand and the staff is eating bubble gum in front of customers…. Kindly look into it
The worst Burger King outlet that I have ever been to. There were literally flies on the tables and I had asked the staff to do something about it but they did not pay heed to my concern. I have been a frequent visitor of this outlet, the staff is very arrogant and rude to customers. They don't pay attention to the customers if they even order the food. I waited for 5 mins at the ordering counter while the staff member did her work, after patiently waiting I asked her to take my order but she refused and told me to go to the kiosk up front at the entry. They are not at all attentive to the customers.
The food is good, but after the flies incident, I am not sure how hygiene must be in the kitchen. I seriously doubt that if the hygiene standards are even being followed properly.
Even after paying so much, what remains the difference between a fast food restaurant and a street vendor?
I wouldn't even give one star to the branch of burger King as the management is pathetic and specially the manager (Hina Khan) herself is rude to the customers and make you wait for hours for just one single coffee. Worst Experience Ever!
It was the Saturday morning 8: 20 am It was the one of the very very very very very very very very very very very bad service I had The person on the counter doesn't no how to take order I have told the order three times but then also he make mistake and he was talking with his co worker and they don't know how to behave with coustomers Please send them again for training Burger King is an international not a local brand I hope it will take seriously action
