Food quality was good but song's volume in here can beat the jet engine. On top of that Cashier Vishal memon was reluctant to start the AC even after persistent request. Gave a reason that it is OFF due to maintenance work. So no ventilation at all at upper deck. Your's is a limited company operating chain of restaurants, right?
It's totally frustrating my first experience in burgar king was worst. They delivered wrong food it's very bad even they never responded back. It's better to order MacDonald.
Today a midnight I was ordered but they delivered wrong order and didn't respond. I was tried several to connect burger King but they can't receive my phone calls it's very unprofessional behaviour from burgar king.
Bad experience with burger king now they are not allowed cash on delivery at night and the bk application is also worst we can't cancel the order from app and the delivery taking 1.30 to 2 hrs to deliver the order from only 2 km distance. Last time they had offer buy 2 get 1 combo burger offer but I received only two burgers. Careless service.
