Unable to place order.as they have only few items.only one staff at counter.not accepting upi payment.only card and cash.

Nice place to hang out and to have a good chat session with friends while sipping over great coffee.

The place is good but issue with staff. They're not customer friendly. Was my go to place but recent staff behavior have made me switch to new place

The card payment never works here due to network issues and they will tell you this at last moment making you run around for cash withdrawal (as they dont accept paytm etc)
Staff can be a bit more courteous.

This particular branch is run by ruffians who wouldn't know good service or food if it hit them smack in the face. Threaten customers into ordering their stale food and atrocious coffee. Avoid at all costs.there are way better options in the area that actually serve good food and don't extort their customers.

Quite and nice place to hangout, separate place for smokers, mostly empty, good parking place for bikes but for cars, it's problem, finding parking for car is tough job, there are 2 employees and they are quite nice and friendly, bathroom also clean n nice, wifi is pathetic, no cold coffee available here, so sad

It's a cool place to hangout. People use it as a co-working space:) the staff is really awesome. And they have a lot of space

Its straight away cheating case as they serve regular cappuccino despite in ordered for king cappuccino.over the top they were arguing. Not recommend.their call center also did foolish arguments

We were 3 of us, sitting here since morning working. In the 1st half we had 4 drinks amongst 3 of us. Had gone out for a meeting and came back.this time we were sitting for about 30 mins without ordering anything (as we were working) to which the server said that if you want to sit you have to order something. When I went to order 2 drinks for 2 of us (the 3rd one dint feel like having anything) the server said if you dont order 3 drinks then 3 people cant sit only 2 can sit against 2 drinks. Apparently supervisors were on visit and every sitting patron should order a drink. Flabbergasted by the compulsion to order we left the venue.

Never seen or treated like this at any cafe!

But today is the last day of mine here.
Rude staff to the core.
Just ordered for Pomo cherry and lemonade
After 20 mins after asking he says "just now I have put it for chilling. " Half of the products are not available with them.
I had been so regular that I visit this place trice a week on an average. Even when imI travelling I. Prefer this brand.
From bad sandwiches to dry cup cakes, from soggy samosa to pathetically made Ethiopian coffee i have never written any review.
But your staff has pissed me off.

Ground floor A. C.not great. Last afternoon gets quite warm due to direct sunlight. However it is better than the other CCD on Baner road.
