Love the Coffee Experience provided by this particular CCD, a staffer called Anjali is wonderful at coustomer service, great ambiance, will visit again!
We used to visit regularly with our dog, as they have mentioned on the gate that it's Paw friendly, and 1 day their manager realized that it's not pet friendly, and dogs are not allowed inside. Staff was also good, but now even we will not gonna visit again.
Worst Cafe Coffee Day experience yet. The staff acting smart as if they know what we want better than us. He treats as is we have come to get every thing for free. Definitely not coming back here. I've been to CCD stores that have been manned by a single staff but even there I have received much better service and staff attitude then the gentleman here.
WORST CCD EXPERIENCE EVER. STAFF THINKS HE IS TOO SMART AND KNOWS EVERYTHING. MORE SO. THINKING YOU ARE SMART IS OK. BUT TAKING CUSTOMERS FOR A FOOL IS NOT OK. DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR. MINUS RATING PLS.
CCD never disappoints. Had met a good friend. Due to fasting couldnt east but did buy some water which they have launched but had a very weird taste. They claimed it was mineral water
In this CafeCoffeeDay on what criteria you appoint people.appoint manager in your Stores who doesn't have basic etiquettes to behave with lady customer who is severe anxiety patient and coz of your guys I faced worst panic attack who is responsible.
Went to Inorbit CCD and had devil owns cofee.must say very delicious and tasty. This CCD gives best service amongs all branches. Shikha and Sunindas service and gesture is very good.keep up the good work.thnk u.

A ground floor coffee joint at Inorbit is most convenient place for quick coffee and small bites. There is a significant improvement in the quality of service over last few years.
We Ordered a Black Coffee, Cold Coffee and a Hot Chocolate. Black coffee and Cold Coffee were good. Hot chocolate tasted as if it had too much Coffee in it.
The place is poorly maintained they should work on the interiors and the dispalys too. Part of the roor looked as if it would fall. The restroom too was not good
Spacious seating. Large porch of you prefer sitting in the open. We preferred the cooler inside which is nice and spacious. Other than that it's a regular CCD set up.
Had a lemon green coffee here. This was my first time so can't compare. It turned out to be a cleaner drink without any strong coffee flavour.
I usually like CCD, it's still reasonably priced compared to other multinational chains. This store is no different. It is clean, not crowded (for a Saturday morning) and the attendents were helpful too.
Limited seating for a group especially. Most of the seating arrangements are for two people. The staff has a laid-back attitude. The drink lacked a main ingredient and they still gave it to us and did not even inform while placing order or compensate later. Highly disappointed. But the previous experiences were fine so giving 3 stars
Service was a bit slow. Prior to ordering the cocoa cake, I asked if it was fresh, they assured me it was made on the same day. I was served the cake as shown below and on tasting, realised the cake was stale. Informed the staff about the same but they said it was frozen and all they could do is microwave it again. Had to waste the cake as I wasn't sure if it was safe for consumption.
Same old CCD. It's like the smell of your old college day perfume, you may use it once in a while but always takes you to great memories. Went to Inorbit malad one, a bit crowded but coffee was as always.
This is a great cafe serving good cappuccino with a great food menu. Excellent service and a great place nearby Evereshine Nagar. Good meeting spot. Although not One of the best cafe in the city. Awesome taste of cold coffee and yummy too. The cafe interior and atmosphere is great. I would like to suggest everybody to visit whether come with family or friends. It is not an Amazing Place. A book and a cup of coffee are two of the most comforting things in our life, I have a special love for books and coffee, the two pairing perfectly together make the day a perfect one. Cafe Coffee Day is a perfect corner for meeting people for work also. The price point of everything is resonable and environment is good.sound and everything is upto marks best place for visit. As I am a big fan of good, tasty and healthy food, I was looking for perfect place to satisfy my taste needs.so i visited this cafe as i had read positive reviews.
Good place with pleasant staff and ambience but a bit far from the Malad Railway station and during peak hours or on weekends it could take ya more than 45min to reach from the station. Parking outside this cafe is a nightmare due to being in a very busy n prime location.
I have no idea what happened to health inspection department in Mumbai. CCD in Infinity mall (Malad) location has cockroaches near their coffee machine. And i mean literally 10 of them. When i asked the girl working there, she had any answer. On hygiene ground a BIG NO to this place.
Cafe Coffee Day opp.to Starbucks, located at ground floor, off link road, Malad west. They have got nice sitting area. Tried vanilla cappucinno & cold cocoa latte, for the first time & it was overall an good experience. Ordered from CCD App, but there was a problem, as counter person told we haven't received any order, after showing details from the app for order being placed & money also getting deducted. It was bit hectic, but somehow managed to get the order after 15-20 mints. Also amount was deducted from card. So recommending not to order from app, as you may also get caught in such kind of issue.
This is one of the few CCD outlets which has bigger area and perfect place to sit and have your important discussion. I do my most important meets at this outlet. Love this place. Must visit. Indoors and outdoor sitting are wonderful.
Cafe coffee Day outlet has been renewed and is back in business. Located on third floor of Infinity mall in the food court, near the entrance, facing children game play and Hamleys. This is the only outlet which doesn't have their own sitting arrangement. The lavish sofas and chairs have been removed and some pop up shops like frozen bottle have been started crunching sitting place. Hence after you get coffee at CCD, finding a place to sit is a challenge. Cafe coffee Day has its unique taste and presentation of which I am not a great fan. Service is nice and polite. Here, buy coffee if you have got a seat otherwise stay on the counter and finish your coffee in standing.
Not good at all had ordered Afghani chicken biryani The rice was hard as stone with all messed up flavours, really not justifiable to the cost. Had ordered veg samosa too that was apt not too awesome or bad. Only thing to rate 3 is the milk shake that was worth a penny, tasty creamy and frsh.
