I celebrated my husband birthday here. I am so glad I chose this property. From arranging a cake to a beautiful royal suite with high tea; everything was just the way I planned.

The room was clean, very quiet and very well prepared. The service I received was fantastic, and I felt very welcomed. Thanks to orient taibah.

Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was good. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I recommend this hotel for stay.

Me my parents and 2 kids checked in on 31st oct 2022, we were supposed to stay for 3 days, we had our own car and drove 160 kms after being in to wildlife Safari.

1.quality of room extremely poor broken marble table top, torn bed sheet and head board

2.food drinks from outside not allowed mentioned on the reception counter as policy, the food of hotel is also poor so what i cannot get food from outside? & forced to eat inside, i am the person who need to have little alcohol at night so what i cannot get it from outside? Unfortunately this point was not raised to me while booking or else i would have never come here because even i am a hotelier and in every hotel you can get food from outside and alcohol from outside in your room that's ok if you don't help me with cover set up i can help myself with disposables.

3.we were allocated room number 404 and 405, it was not even an hour i spend inside the room i came out to go to another room just for a minute and when again tried getting inside room card was not working, however housekeeping helped me out, i requested if someone can get my room key reconfigured they replied " you only have to go to the reception and get it done". I was exhausted after a long drive, hungry and this is the answer i get from the staff.later when i went to the reception to reconfigure the keys the system was down and i was told to ask house keeping to allow me access with the master key, are you serious? It's my room i have paid for it and i am totally dependent on others for access and need to stand their for the keys with a 5 yrs old and 10 month old kids and old parents. This is really very very disturbing.

4.my kids were crying to calm them down i was trying to switch on tv in 404 but the set top box was not working.

5.i went to 405 and put on tv majority of the channels were not their on enquiring the person who was fixing the set top box replied that channel subscription must have not been renewed, so who is supposed to do that? There was no cartoon channel for my kids and amazingly i missed my world cup match.why you have placed the tv in room if you don't want your guest to see it? Or what are you charging me for this shabby experience?

My vacation was already ruined, i dint wanted to make it more worst so i went on the reception and had to ask them for my check for the consecutive day which is 1st november 2022.

This one of the best place for sure and it's luxurious as well. Visited for a friend marriage and it was amazing. Food quality was good to be honest. Everything was quite good

I really loved my stay here. Rooms very cleaned and staff was good too. Ambience of this place was pretty good. This place is couple friendly and even accepts local identities. Receptionist is very good and cool for everything and behaviour like awesome over all My experience was wonderful.thanks to all staff at hotel taibah

The most important thing they lack was to be polite and help the guests as the staff felt they owned the place. Specially reception night shift guys and F&B manager.

First of all, if your hotel kitchen has limited menu you need to allow outside food for guests. Secondly if you are staying longer and you don't like the restaurants food then too you will order form outside.
First night on our stay they gave us plates which they forgot as they had only Dal Khichdi to offer us. 2nd day too we ordered from outside so we ordered just plated asking them to charge for it if they want. An hour of waiting and no plates.then they say they never allowed. When we order something from them still they would not give food nor give plates to eat. I had to step down once and then again to get the plates myself. I see that the reception guys were having dinner but they didn't want us to have it.had to literally go to them and beg for plates/spoon. They F&B manager is rude and lies on the face.
The washbasin water from toilet keeps free flowing in the bathroom. The tap of the basic is on extreme left of basin and not centre so if you to use it then it has to spill over you as well. AC takes it own sweet time and mood to cool the room.

Breakfast was decent. Rest staff was also good. Imagine hearing a conversation between reception guys while waiting outside their pantry room 'plates inko deni hai ke nahi' after waiting for 2 hours and when they went to eat their food.

It's not worth to have such a hustle after a tiring day. Food and plates are basic things to expect with charge if not complimentary.

Rooms and staff behaviour not satisfactory.their are many hotels in nagpur whose facilities are batter then this hotels.
Never sugest to stay.

The food was exceptionally good and tasty. The location is pretty much what you need close to the station as well as airport The hotel staff is helpful and cooperative, if requested changes are made with some bribery at the reception. Overall an okkish experience.

Rooms are good and specious. There some issues with room service. Rooms service is not up to mark.
Easy to reach from bus stop and Railway station.

Hotel Taibah Very Neat and clean, Hotel Service is impressive and staff is very helpful and also provide fresh food.

Worst hospitality attended weddings few days ago. Food was horribly tasteless don't recommend this place at all and the host ask the hotel something else and they placed something else

Not clean and safe to stay in this pandemic. Very bad experience we had in terms of cleanliness, Standard of food.giving chicken parts in chicken curry and the cost is very high. We don't mind in the cost if the standard is good. We will not recommend this for the one who wishes pleasing and safe stay

Stayed for 15 days in a very good room. The bathroom with 2 shower heads, hot water every time, double mirrors was my favourite. Spacious room with big closet, password protected locker, lots of lights, a big comfortable dressing table, dual AC and all the usual stuff. It was a perfect stay with very good buffet too!

Saddest hotel in Nagpur. No concern for customer service and hotel hygiene. Highly avoid recommendation.

We installed our Suntria energy plant. And I regularly visit this site. But personally it's very riche look restaurant of Orient.

Too good experience. We stayed here for almost 6 days and everyday Breakfast is good. All the staff behave very well.

The worst food facility i have ever seen in banquet hall, the pates were wet and dirty, tasteless food, lack of fodd quantity, they have given me icecream in paper plate without spoon, and there is no manager available to arrange facility

Here is no medical facility and no single medicen like a nice and paracetamol hotel is so bad and in case you are in emergency condition then hotel staff say i cant help you sorry its not our problem its your problem last night, (12 am) i went to medical 3 km long for a singel paracetamole medicen so i suggest evry tourist and nagpur visitor DONT STAY IN THIS hotel

New Property of the Orient Group. Good Interiors and Services at the Hotel. The Banquet is really good and all the Services provided are also excellent.

The hotel is situated at Ghat road Near baidynath Square, main bus stand. Nearest landmark is crematorium of Ghat road and State transport bus depot. Quality of food is better. Here hotel provides hall for conference and meeting of all leading corporates. One can easily reach here as it's easily can be located.its opposite to Imamwada police station.

Place look neat clean and actually very rich. Almost like a 4 star hotel. Food was not great. Both break fast and dinner. Had limited option as I had booked via oyo. Staff and service was nice.

Pros: Nice place, nice hotel. I am a critic when it comes to hotels and I still Quite liked it. Services are good. Staff is polite and understanding. Rooms are big in size, centralized ac works good. TV has good channels. Room is clean (stinks though). Lifts work perfect and are spacious

Cons: Breakfast has nothing at all. There was bread, poha, vada, sambar and chana only. Nothing else. Food had flies and only after pointing out he covered it which means he could do earlier too. Bathroom stinks & clogs. We changed room but all their bathroom clogs. Hot water is a joke here and you shouldn't book it in winters. After running tap for 15 mins it started giving hot water but that's sheer wastage of water so I took less showers as it was cold.

Conclusion: Book only if you get it for 1800 or lesser. Worth that much only

The AC here dosent work properly! Lot of problems faced in the banquet hall due to this issue. Otherwise good

The housekeeping and maintenance staff need to be more professional and pro-active. Hot water in the bathrooms issue remained unresolved. Banquet and reservations staff deserve accolades

Awesome interiors and magical ambience make this hotel somewhat special in terms of royal experience. Superb food with quality and hygiene taken care of. Very good for functions like marriage or reception. A little costly.

Good hotel, but with hardwork improvement can be made to improve its rating. There is no refrigerator in the room. Cooking not that good, every gravy is alike. Butter chicken is without chickenpieces, I had to search for chicken pieces. Staff is good but not coordinated. Anyway lot of scope for improvement.
