Actual rating that I would love to give is -ve or zero star. Pls avoid this hotel.they are are scammers. I booked hotel on 4&5th Sept through OYORooms app and infact made payment at the time of online booking nearly 2 days before checkin. At mid night when I arrived for checkin, they denied saying OYO has over booked for this hotel. But the jokers allotted rooms to 2nd person for walkin booking at higher price. Infact they are succers, they don't know about hospitality and hotel business. Pls avoid booking such hotels as they are scammers.
Reasons why one should not visit this hotel: 1) Staff is a cheater squad. They provide false information and charge people more than the tariff they actually signed up for! 2) Nothing is complimentary. 3) No paper rolls in washroom! 4) No hand wash or body wash in the bathroom. 5) Breakfast is one simple dish (Misal Pav) with no good flavour or variety. 6) They lack customer service. 7) Dirty towels ans bedsheets. Plus the blanket was torn.
I booked this hotel for a day. The online booking is successful. But when I approach hotel for check-in, they denied check-in, saying all rooms are occupied and you need to contact customer care. I contacted customer care they booked another hotel and same thing happened. How ever I raised a refund and got another stay (without online booking this time) But how they can do like this. I have travelled alone, what if I travel with my family. Things like this will disturb our plans and internery we planned. Utter nonsense. I suggest pls don't have hopes on hotel bookings. Careful if you are travelling with family.
