Quick service and delightful experience. The staff is kind and humble. Food is worth ordering, as both quality and quantity is too good. Location is the best positive thing about this place. One time visit that's it.
Capital Social is one place which easily can become your go to places on your weekends. Give it a try with your buddies and the atmosphere won't disappoint you. The ambience, food and music is absolutely on point.
Overall, my experience at Capital Social was nothing short of exceptional. It's clear that the team behind this restaurant is passionate about delivering a top-notch dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary creations. If you're in the mood for exquisite food, impeccable service, and a charming atmosphere, Capital Social is the place to be, Happy eating
Ambience is amazing, they have have made beautiful use of simple things like the plates, trays and utensils. The food is great. The pizzas are crispy and thin crusted. Nachos burgers, pastas all are amazing. Menu can be improved. Which was online and quite annoying to use. But otherwise brilliant
Horrible customer service. Super slow Sloth speed. Food is decent, ambience us good. And dry day for what idk. Yea bad customer service. No one pays attention only
This hip hangout & workspace with an arty vibe is one of the smallest Socials in Mumbai. The eatery has extremely restricted seating limit yet the stylistic layout is very lively and alluring.
Food:
With restricted food choices on the menu, the place is good for munchies and drinks with your buddies.
Here is my take on the food:
1. Peri Peri Chicken Sizzler: Grilled Chicken in peri peri accompanied with rice and wok tossed veggies. The dish was somewhat zesty yet was the star of the day. Chicken was impeccably barbecued - not very chewy and not very difficult to cut. Rating: 4/5
2. Butter Garlic Prawns: This is my go to dish in any eatery. I've been baffled with the dish at many places yet the butter garlic prawns at socials were truly stunning. Pieces of prawns tossed in creamy butter garlic sauce and veggies hit the right notes. The quantity was enough for two. Rating: 4/5
3. Minced Chicken Baida Roti: Baida Roti is an iconic street food of Mumbai and I anticipated it to be good at socials. Chicken was very much cooked and it had the taste yet the baida roti could've been more crispier. It got mushier as the dish turned cold and adhered to the butter paper. Rating: 3/5
Service:
Service is extraordinary and quick. The servers know pretty much everything about the menu and are extremely well mannered. The spot likewise follows all the Coronavirus protocols besides from temperature checks.
We ordered thru dotpe/QR code scan and had to remind the service crew about our order after waiting for more than 45 min. Special menu/deals are not updated on the online platform, had to face inconvenience in paying the bills.
Food is good. But to say, I like the Powai and Chembur ones more than the Capital outlet for some or other obvious reasons.
It's okay, the place is very small and the seats are very uncomfortable. Food is also very average. It's just close to office so people go to chill but I wouldn't recommend
It's okay to meet people and have a good time They do not have clear instructions for toilet according to gender A large group cannot sit together since there is no such seating available
Pathetic staff. Refused to gv us a table of 8 saying there was a reservation coz there were just 2 of us. Told them we will get up the moment a larger party arrived, but no. And then promptly let 3 people who had arrived without reservation much after us, sit at the same table!
Worst possible service from Capital Social. Ordered food online directly from Social's website.
1. As against advertised devlivery time of 45 mins, food was delivered after 2 hours. No live tracking. Store manager is either clueless or fooling people of not being aware of the situation. 2. Even theorder delivered was wrong. Website is taking order for different types of breads, but same type delivered. Store manager says the foot item is not serviceable. Why are you taking the orders then? 3. Bad quality. Food delivered had stale items.
Never order from Social's own delivery. Never order from Capital Social.
Order no: 4925606 Date: 20-Jul-2021 Order from: Capital Social, Mumbai Contact details are mentioned in the order.
First: the QR code system for menus is HIGHLY Appreciated and thoughtful. Especially mid-pandemic. Second: the Quantity served for the price is justified according to me, and gosh was it tasty! The plating is a lovely bonus. The blueberry pancakes were hella fluffy. Prolly the best I've eaten. The Oreo mud shake came in an actual gamla and in good quantity. The mocha too looked lovely - the glass, the layers of the drink and it's taste all top notch! Starbucks who?
Worst food delivered from capital social bkc, mumbai, Ordered vada pao bao and kheema pav. Kheema pav was surprisingly no kheema but chunks of stale leftover chicken with pav and vada pao bao without bao which are steamed buns. Just below average vada pao that too tasteless! Wasted my money. Never order from this place
Absolutely Loved this branch of Social, and its Capitalist theme. The wait to get a table was quite tiring, but worth it in the end. We had a couple of drinks and the paneer china box, that was served with noodles. Extremely appetising, and the service was really quick despite the crowd. A great place to hang out in BKC, however, since it is really small, it may also come off as noisy, and may end up not being the perfect place for a great conversation.
Bachelor's Bombay sandwich was not good we left the sandwiches in half, cheesy loaded Nachos not up to the mark as mentioned it wasn't cheesy at all. Paneer chili was amazing. I ordered Khus Chilli mocktail it was the worst ever. This time I found Social food quality low as compared to what I had before.
Located in the heart of BKC this place is great for impromptu outings post work. Relax with a drink at the high tables and enjoy the dim lit ambiance. Food is good too. Staff is courteous and service is prompt.
Awesome place and samad is way too good. He is a gem and is an assett to social. Great music and lip smacking starters. Drinks are too good. Overall food is so delicious that u can't have it anywhere else. Manager Vicky is so helpful and courteous. He ensures that every one is been taken care of and well looked after. Seems like he has that knack to connect with any stranger. Thank u entire team for making our evening special. It was unbelievably fantabulous awesome experience. Cheers to you all.
The vibe overall was kind of dull. As in, the then atmosphere couldn't live upto what my friend made be expect. And now coming to the food. I don't have all the pics but the Veg Loaded Nachos were actually one the best ones I have ever had. The spaghetti, which seemed to be like an Aglio Olio was on the drier side of the pastas. And the fries were okay, neither exceptional nor bad. Well, and the cocktails were good. This place is recommended if you don't want to have lots of people shouting and dancing on a weekend, and just solemnly sit and enjoy the food along with your choice of cocktails.
1 of the most happening places to b at bkc, it offers a good menu, staff is friendly and help u with good choice of food. Music is good, ambiance also is good. Must visit
It was my brothers birthday and we had an amazing experience. High music voltage, good food and well maintained staff but food and drinks got little high.
We were 7 people and have got a great time in which 2 of them were an elderly persons.
Ms. Manju - the one who takes calls knows nothing about the place she works at - Capital Social. I had called this place to check whether there is valet parking (she said yes) but didn't inform me that they charge for it (Rs. 50) as they park at Jio Garden apparently. Also, when I asked her which right turn is it from the main bkc road, she replied 'ask anyone'. Really unprofessional and unfriendly staff member Ms. Manju. Recommend you to bear in mind this before planning to visit this place
Excellent eating experience.from walking in the door and being greeted by Deepak Shetty, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste. Deepak Shetty was very friendly with us I was enjoyed a lot
The place has a different theme as compared to other Social's. The seating is limited but since the weather is pleasant, one can sit outside too. The food and drink options are the same as other Social branches. If you are around in BKC and want to grab some food and drinks, then this is a good option. If you have a weak bladder then you might have be prepared because during packed days, the waiting line can get long.
This Social is smaller than most other Socials. Happy hours is the best time to go here. Less crowd and great offers (1 + 1). We tried the BBQ board and the classic cheese poutine. The poutine was just regular fries with cheese melted on thr top. Restaurants have got to stop passing this of as poutine. The BBQ board was pretty good except for the pork chops which seemed to have freezer burn and tastes a little off. They were quick to replace them with extra wings instead. The corn on the cob although so simple, was exceptionally good. Unfortunately it was only one piece. The potatoes were good and the sausages were ok. The wings were the best.
Absolutely not good place the servers behave as they are working like for our sake the poor food quality and there is no proper menu and not the best food in the menu that you can order
Looking for a venue in BKC for lunch with cousins, Capital Social was something of a no-brainer, being very close to my location, and also because one of my cousins was yet to visit a Socials outlet. We walked into a small but comfortable and airy space, with the typical rustic Socials look. The table and the couch were quite roomy, though the backrest was short and non functional. We opened our account with Deconstructed Moscow Mule, Captain Palak and Blueberry Pancakes. The pancakes took a while to turn up, a recurring theme with most of our orders. The drink and our first starter was thankfully served without much delay. The vodka based cocktail had a nice ginger after taste, and the starter didn't disappoint either, the fried green vegetable going really well with all the chaat ingredients as well as curd, having a sweet taste overall. The pancakes, when they finally arrived, were fluffy, the maple syrup wasn't overly sweet, so we at least got our wait's worth. Up next were Fully Loaded Nachos and Sausage Fest, the latter being of the pork variety. The nachos were above average in my opinion, being prepared with inadequate cheese, and the chips as well as the beans being the saving grace. The sausages were a pure delight, the red meat was cooked to perfection, a must-have in my opinion. Also a shoutout to the accompanying mashed potato, I thoroughly loved it, one of the best I've had. My next drink was CCCP, a concoction of Captain Morgan, cranberry juice, cinnamon and pomegranate juice, hence the name. It was another hit, very much up with Social's high standards when it comes to cocktails. We next opted for Cajun Roast Chicken, which was below par, both quantity and quality wise. The plate contained more greenery than poultry, and the meat was quite stiff as well. Full On Falooda and Chocolate Blood Bath were the desserts we chose to round off our meal. The former, served with malai kulfi, was more of basundi than falooda, and we had no complaints at all with that. The basundi was thick, the kulfi was creamy, and the jelly dipped in the basundi only enhanced the dessert. Therefore the other dessert had big shoes to fill, and boy did it do so. Cake, brownie, fudge, ice-cream, mousse, sauce, all of it in chocolate format made for a heavenly treat, I highly recommend it. To sum up then, Capital Social has more hits than misses, the drinks and desserts being particularly fantastic. My only gripe being the painfully lethargic service, be it placing an order or merely asking for water, it took forever to get the task done, as the staff was either nowhere to be seen (inspite of it being a non busy afternoon) or simply had little attention towards the customers. The attendants had the hashtag ASAP printed on the back of their uniforms, I guess it stands for As Slow As Possible. If they were to sort out the sluggish service, I would be happy to give a 5 star rating.
Pretty good place for hanging out with friends. Loud music with happy hours is a treat for all youngsters! A separate section is available for those who would like to enjoy in open space. Staff is very friendly and can give you customized dishes.
Filling sandwiches. I wish they removed the hard crust. Good coffee! Service can improve in terms of taking orders and billing. Fancy location. Good place for semi formal interviews.
